Hotellet ligger perfekt i Karlovy Vary, lige midt i den smukke by. Vi havde en suite, stor med masser af skabsplads. Der er IKKE parkering ved hotellet, vi måtte gå af stejle bakker med vores kufferter fra et parkeringshus( lå 650 meter væk) lyder ikke at meget, men det er det pga stigningerne. Personalet på hotellet sagde hverken godmorgen eller goddag, morgenmad var uspiselig( spiste der kun den første dag) Sengene var meget hårde, fik ondt at sove i dem.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, fußläufig alles zu erreichen. Unser Deluxe Doppelzimmer prima, passend zur Umgebung eingerichtet, ein kleiner Balkon und ein sehr gutes Badezimmer. Alles sauber, Teppich ziemlich abgenutzt. Empfang zurückhaltend freundlich, Personal spricht nur in Landessprache, kein Englisch. Aufzug wohl schon seit Monaten defekt, was für körpergeschwächte Menschen ein Problem sein könnte. Keine Parkplätze vor Ort !

Très bon hôtel avec bon emplacement Mais l’accueil est catastrophique . La réceptionniste ne parle ni anglais ni allemand ni français et du coup il a été impossible d’arriver en voiture à l’hôtel car elle ne nous a pas ouvert le passage pour l’atteindre. Obligés avec les bagages de parcourir 1 km dans des ruelles en descente dans la nuit depuis un parking. Je pense que c’est indigne d’un hôtel de cette catégorie

차로 갔는데 네비게이션으로 간 곳은 길에 바리게이트가되어 진입할 수 없었어요. 20분정도 돌아서 아래쪽 주차장이 있는곳 아무곳에 주차를하고 가서 물어보니 전화를 하면 열어준다고합니다. 외국인 여행객은 전화가 안되는경우가 많고 언어가 어려운데, 개선이 필요합니다. 주차요금 1일(18.5eur)이고 33번 주차구역에 해야했어요. 차를 옮겨서 주차했습니다. 1일 주차요금을 받고 퇴실시간 10시까지만 주차가 가능했어요. 전날 체크인을 8시 넘어서 했는데 1일요금을 받고 10시까지라니. 얘기해서 12시까지 주차하긴했습니다. 안쪽 리모델링을 했는데 문과 창은 옛날 그대로가 남아있어 삐그덕 거리고 소리가 났습니다. 방 온도가 좀 쌀쌀했어요. 뷰는 좋았어요. 1번 온천수와 가까워서 버스로 이동하신분들이라면 이용하기 좋을거같아요.

Really perfect location in the city centre, parking in the recommended parking location was good, the space is a bit narrow however, short walk (about 10 minutes) to the hotel. Friendly welcome by the lady at the reception. Good breakfast. Our room was big and clean, nice bathroom, the carpet was clean, but old.

Die Unterkunft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Fernseher zu klein für die Zimmergröße, Matratzen sind durchgelegen und die Teppiche haben Flecken. Für ein verlängertes Wochenende ist das Hotel trotzdem zu empfehlen, alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett.

It was our second time in Karlovy Vary and we were looking for a special place with a view, located in the heart of the city and close to all the main points of interest. This hotel was lovely, bright, with large rooms, a fantastic position downtown and with very pleasant and welcoming staff. We loved our room on the third floor with a balcony. The bed was comfy and the bathroom also very large and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Ich habe mich insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Selbst mein Zweibettzimmer Superior Nr.305, für das kein Balkon angezeigt wird (in den Fotos ist einer zu sehen, aber nicht in der Beschreibung), verfügte über einen Mini-Balkon mit spektakulärem Blick über den ganzen zentralen Kanal. Über das Wellness-Angebot kann ich nichts sagen, das habe ich nicht ausprobiert. Das Bett war gemütlich (fester Kerne, weiche Auflage) und die Sauberkeit tadellos. Der Zimmerservice fragte konkret nach, was gemacht werden soll- in Zeiten von Personalmangel finde ich das in Ordnung. Etwas ärgerlich war, dass man auch mit Englisch von den meisten Angestellten nur notdürftig oder gar nicht verstanden wird. Es gibt einen Fahrradkeller, allerdings hätte ich mein Liegedreirad nicht über eine gewundene Treppe und mehrere weitere Stufen hinein tragen können. Die Flure könnten eine Renovierung vertragen, aber mein Zimmer war sehr schön und das Bad geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war nicht überragend, aber reichhaltig und es gab auch etwas Abwechslung. Leider war über fünf Tage kein Saft zu haben. Ich würde aber ohne weiteres nochmal wiederkommen!

I was concerned after reading some of the negative reviews on this hotel but was pleasantly surprised and did not experience any problems during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed two rooms which were very clean and comfortable with small but wonderful balconies. Parking can be challenging but this is an inner-city hotel with an excellent walkable location and it is to be expected. Check in was painless and the breakfast good and tasteful. We will stay here again.

The room was super spacious..the pillows were huge for hugging!! Except for thd sysined carpet , it was fabulous...the location ideal, right in the middle of the pedestrian street Walk to mny restaurants along the canal.like..to the Thermal spa Maria at reception was very hospital & helpful! Got bottle of free wine!

Hier bin ich nicht ganz so nett empfangen worden. Niemand der einem die Koffer aufs Zimmer bringt oder fragt wie die Anreise war. In meinem Bett waren Haare, es roch komisch im Zimmer. Die Lage ist aber sehr gut. Keine Parkmöglichkeiten, Katastrophe wenn man oben am Berg das Parkhaus nutzt, da man mit Gepäck die Berge über Schotter und Kopfsteinpflaster muss. Ich war schweißgebadet als ich im Hotel ankam.

It was our second time in Karlovy Vary and we were looking for a special place with a view, located in the heart of the city and close to all the main points of interest. This hotel was lovely, bright, with large rooms, a fantastic position downtown and with very pleasant and welcoming staff. We loved our room on the third floor with a balcony. The bed was comfy and the bathroom also very large and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much!

I was concerned after reading some of the negative reviews on this hotel but was pleasantly surprised and did not experience any problems during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed two rooms which were very clean and comfortable with small but wonderful balconies. Parking can be challenging but this is an inner-city hotel with an excellent walkable location and it is to be expected. Check in was painless and the breakfast good and tasteful. We will stay here again.

The room was super spacious..the pillows were huge for hugging!! Except for thd sysined carpet , it was fabulous...the location ideal, right in the middle of the pedestrian street Walk to mny restaurants along the canal.like..to the Thermal spa Maria at reception was very hospital & helpful! Got bottle of free wine!

Gutes Hotel mit gutem Preisleistungsverhältnis. Sehr großes und geräumiges Zimmer mit viel Staufläche. Badezimmer mit begehbarer Regendusche, sehr modern. Frühstücksbuffet könnte etwas reichhaltiger sein. Es gab z.B. keine frisch gepressten Säfte und an Speisen wirklich nur das Nötigste.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, fußläufig alles zu erreichen. Unser Deluxe Doppelzimmer prima, passend zur Umgebung eingerichtet, ein kleiner Balkon und ein sehr gutes Badezimmer. Alles sauber, Teppich ziemlich abgenutzt. Empfang zurückhaltend freundlich, Personal spricht nur in Landessprache, kein Englisch. Aufzug wohl schon seit Monaten defekt, was für körpergeschwächte Menschen ein Problem sein könnte. Keine Parkplätze vor Ort !

Très bon hôtel avec bon emplacement Mais l’accueil est catastrophique . La réceptionniste ne parle ni anglais ni allemand ni français et du coup il a été impossible d’arriver en voiture à l’hôtel car elle ne nous a pas ouvert le passage pour l’atteindre. Obligés avec les bagages de parcourir 1 km dans des ruelles en descente dans la nuit depuis un parking. Je pense que c’est indigne d’un hôtel de cette catégorie

Really perfect location in the city centre, parking in the recommended parking location was good, the space is a bit narrow however, short walk (about 10 minutes) to the hotel. Friendly welcome by the lady at the reception. Good breakfast. Our room was big and clean, nice bathroom, the carpet was clean, but old.

Other than the location, this property is awful!! The rudest people I have ever experienced. No hot water for the first day and a half we were there. Broken shower head when we finally did have hot water. The breakfast was terrible!!! I don't know how old the pastries were, 3 days??? The scrambled eggs were cold and runny, the bacon was cold and undercooked. The wait staff at breakfast was cold and uninterested in their customers. If they weren't in the location they are in, I'm convinced they would go out of business.

Tout était très bien ! La chambre est grande, aérée et munie d’un frigo. Le petit déjeuner, compris dans l’offre, est également copieux et varié. De plus, le staff est très serviable : après que nous ayons oublié des affaires en partant, ils nous ont proposé de les renvoyer par la poste à l’étranger. Vous pouvez leur faire confiance 🙏

Perfekt läge mitt i Karlovy Vary. Bra utbud av restauranger och shopping i närheten av hotellet och framför allt fantastiskt bemötande och service vid ankomsten. En liten minus var frukosten som efter 4 nätter kändes lite enformigt. Jag saknade de goda tjeckiska sallader på frukostbordet. Men annars en mysig restaurang med balkongen om man ville njuta av utsikten över ån Teplá.

Struttura datata, in qualche modo ristrutturata. Le immagini la fanno sembrare migliore, soprattutto le stanze con moquette a volte macchiata. I bagni sono molto ampi e comodi, più nuovi rispetto alle camere, almeno questa è l'impressione che ho avuto. Avevo chiesto specificamente una stanza con vista, ma al mio arrivo avevo di fronte i palazzi. Per quanto belli, non era quello che avevo chiesto. Presentando il problema alla reception, è stato subito risolto con un cambio stanza. Il parcheggio era di fronte all'ingresso di un altro hotel, non proprio comodissimo, dovendo trasportare valigie e e quant'altro. Colazione super abbondante per quanto riguarda la parte salata, il buffet era veramente fornito, ampia scelta di Salumi, formaggi, pesce, insalate, insalata capricciosa, creme varie tipo "burro" alla paprika ecc. Come dolci, era presente un vassoio con viennoiserie almeno di due giorni, non commestibile, non l'avrei usata nemmeno per un albergo 2 stelle! Buona varietà di pane, fresco! Posizione comodissima, come quella di qualsiasi altro albergo lungo il Teplà. Non ho richiesto servizi, quindi non li posso commentare.

The hotel is great and really well located. The rooms are very well maintained and clean, also really spacious. Breakfast was served on the top floor, and there was a very nice view of the city. Would definitely recommend for a couple visiting Karlovy Vary.

The location was fantastic, and the room was very comfortable. Loved having a balcony to sit and have coffee. Breakfast was not very good, and housekeeping skipped our room one of the days.

Other than the location, this property is awful!! The rudest people I have ever experienced. No hot water for the first day and a half we were there. Broken shower head when we finally did have hot water. The breakfast was terrible!!! I don't know how old the pastries were, 3 days??? The scrambled eggs were cold and runny, the bacon was cold and undercooked. The wait staff at breakfast was cold and uninterested in their customers. If they weren't in the location they are in, I'm convinced they would go out of business.
