Breakfast was amazing. Fresh fruit. Two types of eggs. Many types of meats. Yogurt and granola. Breads. Coffee and teas. Amazing!

The location was fantastic, and the room was very comfortable. Loved having a balcony to sit and have coffee. Breakfast was not very good, and housekeeping skipped our room one of the days.

Other than the location, this property is awful!! The rudest people I have ever experienced. No hot water for the first day and a half we were there. Broken shower head when we finally did have hot water. The breakfast was terrible!!! I don't know how old the pastries were, 3 days??? The scrambled eggs were cold and runny, the bacon was cold and undercooked. The wait staff at breakfast was cold and uninterested in their customers. If they weren't in the location they are in, I'm convinced they would go out of business.

I think this is the general characteristic of this nation. Noone smiles. Customer service is the poorest I have ever seen after visiting 40 plus countries

we really pleased with hotel and we wish we stayed more days in Atlantic palace. price we pay we felt five star. Rooms really clean and cozy. everything is close to this hotel and breakfast was really nice and fifth floor with nice view. Thank you hotel Atlantic palace
