So simple and easy process check in and out. Simple text,room number and pin for lock No Need to disturb staff or self . Pull-up and go straight into room after long days travel when arriving. So convenient and restful.

Easy parking, was not squashed or packed in with little room to manoeuvre

There is under cover parking. Great as it stormed heavily.

Check in was a breeze, the area is safe and quiet. Parking is right at your front door. Room was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Communication was excellent. Check-in was allowed early. Emailed door code so we weren't racing the clock to get there. Parking was right outside unit with no stairs to climb.

Walk in no stairs. Lovely decor, homely touches. (Wall pictures/throw rug/chairs) Th shower was nice and hot, the vanity was lovely. The option to sit out the back on the grass at a table and chairs would be good on a sunny day.

The room was very comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed the outdoor area with the small tables and chairs. The Botanic Gardens were a short drive away and the township shops were also a short drive, offering several cafes and restaurants. The room had everything we needed for a short stay, including a TV, kettle, toaster and iron. We will definitely stay here again when we next visit Toowoomba.

Very convenient location for this very tidy and clean motel. Family run, I was greeted with a warm welcome. Everything was carefully considered, making my stay very comfortable. The cowboy theme room added atmosphere! Definitely be back!

The property is near to St Vincent`s and other medical facilities. It is also peacefull and quiet, very clean and I have to say, the beds are really comfortable. The owners are really friendly and helpfull.

Owners are great people and the motel although older is very clean tidy and updated! Rooms are a bit quirky!

Overall it wasn’t very clean. Everything at eye view was clean, under eye view was dirty. Toothpaste from previous people on the wall, handles and cupboard door in bathroom dirty, fridge door dirty and the carpet was terrible. We had black feet.

The theme our room was decorated in was so lovely and unique….we had a marine theme. The room was bright and airy, the bed and pillows comfortable and the bathroom clean and the shower hot. It was handy having a toaster, microwave, plates and cutlery. The undercover parking was great….and right at our door.

Each room has a nice theme and the decor are well thought out. Pleasantly surprised on both visits with the room decor. The tea and coffee facilities, microwave, and fridge was excellent.

The room could have done with a fan. Air conditioning was too cold but needed some movement of air.

The room is very spacious. There’s a lot of pillow, which is a plus points.

Outstanding place for a stay, the management is so helpful, my car's battery got dead early in morning just before my surgery in nearest hospital so the owner dropped off me on time and kept my car in a safe place until the racq came and replaced the battery. They are so kind and helpful and i really felt like they are my family.

My husband Bill and I stayed on the 16th of October 25. We were meet by Tracey who was warm and friendly. She couldn't do enough for us. Our room was clean and fresh. The bed very comfortable . I was called at 9am the morning of check in and asked if I was coming for business or leisure when I responded leisure the lady told me it wasn’t a party motel. I’ve stayed in heaps of hotels and never gotten a similar phone call. Once I arrived I checked into my room and it looked like a thousand butterflies had been murdered so I left immediately. I asked for a refund for the rest of my stay and was stuffed around all weekend by someone who wouldn’t put me in contact with management. Management eventually called me and they told me they would still charge me for a nights stay but I had to cancel through Wotif. The lady told me she was her computer so would respond straight away I emailed Wotif who told me they had attempted to contact the hotel and they couldn’t process a refund because the hotel hadn’t replied and were uncontactable. I again reached out to the unhelpful woman because the manager called from a private number. The woman was extremely rude and eventually sent me an email and text message telling not to contact her again as she had responded to the email from Wotif like I had been asking her to do all weekend. The rudest staff I’ve ever dealt with, the room was not the room I booked it was completely different and very overwhelming. Not sure how anybody could ever sleep in the room. I should have cancelled when the woman called me so early in the morning demanding to know my private business and declaring it was not a party hotel. I just wanted to relax. Avoid

Just what I was looking for. Welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable in every category. I would recommend this business and stay with them again without a seconds hesitation. Best nights sleep I've had for quite some time.

We love the keyless entry, communication and the fact that you send the pin as soon as the room is ready. We also like how friendly and approachable you are. I missed an iron this time but know if I asked you would have helped out. We like the decore changes too. Keep up the wonderful service. Thanks.

Very comfortable room with comfy bed. Exceeded our expectations. Although the hotel is situated at a roundabout the room is very quiet. No traffic noise at all. Walkable to Queens Park & some cafes. Very close to city for more restaurants & pubs.

Lovely staff, great location to the private hospital and beautifully decorated for Christmas - a great distraction for my 2 year old!

There are shops and lots of food options within walking distance or a short drive. Very close to gardens and the city but still in a quiet leafy area. We will visit again soon, thank you🙏

Unfortunately, the meal option was not available the day we arrived as kitchen was closed for a few weeks. Printed information in room would have been helpful so we could find a cafe.

Staff are friendly and welcoming the rooms clean and tidy comfortable beds and room l like they had plates and knife and fork and toaster and microwave in the room . It close to the shops and restaurants and attractions. I would stay there again and the price was great.

I have stayed here multiple times! Although an older property it’s super clean and the staff are always friendly! The area is leafy and green and there is a great place across the road for breakfast!

Owners were very helpful….even served the best steak sandwich & delivered it to my room!

The beds were very comfortable and there were lots of pillows and cushions. I liked that I could purchase a toothbrush from the office as I unexpectedly found my toothbrush holder empty when I unpacked. We did not like that the coffee was not strong enough. We used all the sachets for two cups of coffee and could hardly taste the coffee. The tea bags provided were excellent quality.
