Motel is amazing, a little difficult to check due to lack of on street parking, and finding the carpark is a bit tricky after check in, but can't fault the rest of the stay.

Great place to stay, clean and very welcoming staff, room was great, the area around the accommodation was very sketchy. Underground parking at extra cost of $15 for the night but well worth it due to the area.

It's so near the metro and there's so much halal food around. Not to mention Westfield Liverpool is just a short walk down and there's so much to shop and dine there. EV parking is available too and it's free!! I will definitely come back here again 100%

The property bills itself as non smoking. Both of the rooms we booked reeked of cigarette smoke and mold. The sliding glass doors were left opened upon arrival to air out the rooms and ashtrays were on the balcony tables. For a hotel property that bills itself as smoke free, it was the opposite. Area is very unsafe, public intoxication, adult entertainment stores everywhere, sketch people loitering. We ended up paying for 2 nights, 2 rooms and stayed 1 hour. The property refuses even a partial refund. If you say your smoke free then do that minimum!

For the price you pay per night you think the room will have a coffee machine. You only get one room card which was inconvenient. Room stank of smoke, was provuded eith an air purifier but did nothing yo rid the smell. Hotel charges $15 per night paarking.

This hotel is easy to find and convenient to where we stayed - the couch is very uncomfortable to sit in and as a sofa bed it would only be suitable for a small child - as it’s not comfortable fir and adult or teenager - they actually need replacing Otherwise unit was spacious - good balcony

Quest is a fabulous Hotel. Staff superb. Room was excellent. Clean in all aspects. Very generous shower with great water pressure.great. Kitchenette has everything you need for your stay. It is however situated in a noisy part of the city. Lots of small restaurants around but forget pubs if that’s what you like.

Everything was great, staff was wonderful. Room and ammenities were great, except for the mattress 😕 My husband found it too hard and uncomfortable. I loved the sheets though - I’m very partial to good sheets 👍

Felt unsafe, neighbours in other rooms too loud- constantly banging noises and hearing footsteps outside, next to main road-sirens blaring- can’t get a good sleep in. Tv apps don’t work, aircon wasn’t good or strong, and some of the staff weren’t very helpful when it came to me wanting a refund for the rest of the weekend (would pay for the one night and I’d leave) they weren’t helpful in my situation so I felt obligated to stay. Won’t book there again.

Totally Functional, comfy bed, kind staff, great shower, clean but nothing fancy. The only gripe I had is the TV offering is pretty sad, its 2025 connect your tvs to the internet!

The main reason for the low score is that the bed (THE number one important factor for a hotel) was broken (or at least very worn). The hotel is ideally situated right next to Liverpool train and bus station, so is very convenient. The appearance is pleasant enough, but it is Liverpool, and Liverpool is generally not a hot place. Check in was simple and of good note was that front desk called me to check all was well as Sydney trains suffered a break down which delayed me for 4 hours. The room was clean and tidy, nice shower and cooking facilities. Unfortunately the bed was a huge let down. It leaned into the middle of the two divans (two singles pushed together). It became clear that one divan had collapsed towards the middleon the base. I reported this to reception and got an apology but it did not appear that he was too concerned about it. I won't be staying here again. Like I said. It's Liverpool.

I had to stay at Quest Liverpool overnight for work. It had been a really busy day for me, to the point where I hadn’t been able to check in until 9:30pm - close to when reception closes. They stayed in touch with me throughout the day to check my eta and ensure that someone will be there to help me check in even if I’m to get in really late. I was very thankful to them for doing so given how hectic my day had ended up being. Check in was easy, the layout was also easy and my stay was just what I needed for a last minute booking and late arrival.

I arrived at the property on 29th december from work, needed a shower and no hot water. Awoke following day to have a shower to go to work once again, no hot water. The disturbing factor is receptionist didnt mention this upon arrival. Poor and deliberate communication, will not be returning.

The clerk at the check in was a bit rude and a couple of days later as well regarding the hotel being full due to an Ice Hockey match apparently. The area and suburbs have changed tremendously with new immigrants into this country and it could be due to their cultural background & self entitlement. I just found out what she meant by ice hockey game, It’s on the search engine on google.

Facility was great, had our room cleaned every day of our 5days stay, our flight landed in SYD early (9am) and we were able to check in early at no extra costs, this was a deal breaker for me given we were tired and just needed a rest after a 45mins delayed with our flight before landing, staff members are always helpful and made it so effortless to cater to our needs and requests. Mohamed made us feel at home and always ensuring that we had everything that we needed. Should I visit SYD again, I would definitely stay here, everything is within close proximity and the hotel is situated in a great area, with only a 5min walk to public transport. Thank you!

The block surrounding the hotel seemed very dodgy and we did not feel safe walking of a night time, there were a lot of derelict, abandoned and unsavoury businesses. Stopping areas for check in were non-existent, we had to drive around for 30 minutes to find a park which was very difficult because majority of the streets were all either one way, had no right or left turn signs so it was almost impossible to get back to the hotel. Communication in terms of this and check out process (dropping off key before leaving car park) were non-existent and we drove around for almost another 30 minutes after leaving the hotel car park before we could get back to the hotel and find a car park to return the room key. Only one elevator went to the car park itself so we had to wait while the other elevator came and went repeatedly The room itself was nice, although air conditioner did not seem to work very well. Room kitchenette was very nice.

It was a port in a storm while I had to visit the local hospital. Compared with the room at other Quest properties I have stayed at (Eg, St Leonards), it was equal but the very poor environment of Scott Street Liverpool diminishes its appeal considerably. I wouldn't voluntarily stay there again

This place is very good. Highly recommend. Close to shops, restaurants, public transport and in main part of Liverpool. Place was clean , tidy and the staff was respectable and professional.
