Great location for exploring Prague. Room was spacious as was bathroom which made for a comfortable stay. We had a lot of luggage and felt we had room to spread out- plus a nice cabinet and large bathroom vanity. Breakfast was nice in the adjoining restaurant and we enjoyed this location. In advance of our trip I corresponded with the hotel to determine where to park and they helped get me a recommendation which I reserved in advance.

Second time staying at this hotel A very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is located close to everything there are two malls across the street from the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and tourist attractions near by as well. The hotel is very clean and quiet also the Italian restaurant inside it the hotel is great

Opholdet levede 100% til vores forventninger. Værelset var dejlig stort med et dejligt stort badeværelse med en god ventilation på badeværelset. Morgenmaden var ok, det varme såsom æg og bacon kunne godt have været varmere. Restauranten i forbindelse med hotellet var helt i top. Lækre italienske retter med en god og venlig betjening. Receptionisten var yderst behjælpelig med parkering og med at give os et indblik i muige oplevelser i Prag. Hotellet har den perfekte placering ift. den gamle og den nye bydel og med kort gå afstand til alt og med ingen larm fra gaden om natten.

Great location to explore the city with trams very close by. Our room 203 was huge, triple aspect, and great view of Paul Cernys Kafka “Head”. Breakfast was good and locate in the restaurant attached to the hotel which is a pizzeria at dinner time.

A really nice hotel in a great location. Faultlessly clean and bed was comfy, perhaps the room was a bit basic and looked a little underwhelming but the bathroom section was lovely and we had everything we wanted in the room and a bit more. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and we found it a great base to explore the city

The hotel is very well located, very clean, the breakfast buffet was great, and I loved the room—super spacious with plenty of closet space. I just missed having a piece of furniture to put another suitcase on. The bathroom was also very spacious.

This hotel has a high rating and is extremely charming but to be honest is really more like a strong three star hotel with regards to amenities and the quality of the interior. Having said that they have the absolute best staff I have seen in quite some time and I travel quite quite quite quite quite frequently internationally and stay at five and six star hotels the front desk staff is equal to all of those period specifically Nicole and Giovanni were some of the most amazing encounters I have had at a hotel in my life period this trip alone we started in Prague at another five star hotel flew to crack out Poland to enjoy Christmas then flew to Budapest and then back to Prague and I will openly tell you that this hotel based on its location and staff are absolutely worth visiting

Great location, staff friendly and very helpful , they were always willing to assist, and with a smile!! The room was clean, big, and beautifully decorated. One thing that I was impressed with was that before my arrival, I contacted the hotel regarding transportation from the airport to the hotel, and even though the hotel doesn't offer that service, they kindly made arrangements for someone to pick me up at the airport, and also to take me back to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel!!!

I stayed for 5 nights at Golden Crown Hotel and the first thing I want to commend is the staff. What was nicest was that they were available 24/7, so if you needed anything no matter what time of the day or night, they were available to you. And what was even nicer was how nice the staff was at any given point in time. They all seemed to know how to get you what you needed and how to help you; I so appreciated the impeccable customer service. The second thing that was great was the location of this hotel. Located on one of the oldest streets in Prague, it has a very centralized location. I do walk rather quickly, but it only took me 5-7 minutes to get to Wenceslas Square and about 10 to get to Old Town Square (I recommend learning the back roads to get to places quicker). We had the free breakfast for one day, and it was pretty nice. You also receive a discount for the Italian restaurant next door, which also is pretty nice. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Golden Crown, and it will be my future go-to for my stays in the Golden City.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Golden Crown in Prague. The pre-trip correspondence was easy and efficient. The hotel arranged a car to pick us up at the airport (via Liftago). The location of the hotel is right across from the Frank Kafka rotating art display; we could watch it from our window. Both the metro and tram stops are across the street making it an ideal location to move about the city. There are also several cafes across the street as well, in addition to a Tesco grocery. We added the morning breakfast to our stay and it turned out to be a great way to start each day. It was tidy and well attended to by the staff. Everyone from the hotel that we interacted with was friendly and helpful. If you are traveling from the U.S. the staff speak English. Our hotel room was spacious and comfortable. Our room had both a large bathtub and separate shower. Overall, it was a great experience and we would stay at the Golden Crown again!

Great location! Friendly and helpful staff. Very big and clean room, tastefully designed. We lacked more variety at breakfast - there were only fatty cheeses and not enough vegetables. But the dining room is cozy and the staff is very, very nice. Overall an excellent experience. Highly recommend the hotel.

Morgenmaden, hører man til dem der først kommer ned og spiser morgenmad klokken 10 så skal man holde sig langt væk, der var hverken brød, juice, yoghurt, eller ost, den sidste dag var der heller ikke kaffe. All was good with the hotel.The breakfast was good but, the”American Coffee” could have been sewer water, disgusting. Starbucks is American Coffee, so please change the name or change the coffee. Get a machine like all other hotels I stayed in(25) in Eastern Europe.
