They have a problema with the wifi. Even changing the room supposedly to be closer to the wifi router it didn’t work. I had to used my data package to work. Not nice. I booked this hotel also because they have a gym. But very disappointed. Treadmills and bicycles out of order. And the heaviest weight was 5kg. Anyway, they have to improve.

Superfin placering, hvis man bare, som os, skal have en enkelt overnatning i Kanazawa. Nogenlunde velholdt, men værelset var fyldt af ting der larmede eller lyste kraftigt. Fitnessrummet indeholder så godt som intet udstyr. Morgenmaden var ikke særlig god. Ville nok finde et andet hotel, hvis vi skulle tilbage.

お部屋が広く、アメニティも充実していました。車で行ったので、夜は駅の方へ食事に出かけようと思っていたのですが、生憎の雨で急遽2階のレストランへ行きました。美味しくてとっても満足しました。また、金沢へ行くときは是非利用させてもらいたいです。

また宿泊したいと思えるホテルでした。出張兼家族との滞在に使用。広いお部屋に大型デスクやチェアがあり、0歳児用にベビーベッドの貸出も手配していただけました。 2階の飲食店（地場物居酒屋）の料理はどれも美味しく疲れが癒やされました。人気店で予約しないと席がとれないというのが誤算でしたが、部屋の内線から予約を入れ、席が空くまで部屋で落ち着いて過ごすことができました。

スタッフの対応がよかったです！お風呂場もユニットバスなのに広くてきれいでした！只、お部屋の床がほこりっぽく、細かいところは掃除が行き届いていなかっみたいで、たまたまお洋服を床に落としてしまったら埃がたくさんついてしまって悲しかったです。折りたたみの鏡もほこりまみれで使えそうになかったのでそっと元に戻しました。駅も近いですし立地は良いと思います。

客室はとても広く満足感は高いですが、冷蔵庫の隙間のゴミ、埃が酷く清掃が行き届いていない印象でした私が最も気になったのは、布団のシミです血のようなシミがいくつかついておりとても不快でした。私が宿泊した部屋だけこのような状況だったかもしれませんので、また出張の際に利用させていただきます

東京のMystays Premierには毎年宿泊しているので、安定安心感があって予約した。入室後広すぎる部屋に驚き好印象であったが、浴室に入り真逆に！トイレは尿の匂いでくさく、浴槽内には長い髪の毛がべったりついていた上に、皮脂汚れが残っていて非常に気分が悪くなった。気持ちが悪いので浴槽にお湯を張ってお湯に浸かることができなかったことも残念だった。ここまで掃除が行き届いていないホテルは初めてだった。１週間旅行ラストナイトが台無しになった。

Don’t let the name “Premier” mislead you. There is nothing premier about it except for the size of the room. We purposely picked a larger room but the bathroom is very tight, so tight that they could not put a hairdryer in there. There were only Japanese channels on the TV. The bed and pillows were very hard and made our backs ached from sleeping on them.

寝ていたらどこかの部屋のドアが閉まるたびに揺れて起きてしまった。部屋が広いのに何故か寛げなくて、原因を考えたら、部屋の窓の横がすぐ隣のビルでカーテンが開けられなかった。また、部屋の匂いも気になった。最初に部屋に入った時、甘いに独特な香りがしたが、何か嫌な匂いを消すための強い香りのような感じで、嫌だった。チェックイン前に荷物を預けたら、名前を何度も確認された。チェックインの時に、聞き間違えたのかと思い、もう一度お願いしますと言ったらとても嫌な顔をされた。もう二度と泊まりたくない。全く休めなかったし寛げなかった。

This hotel is wonderful and convenient just right across street of the main train station with easy access. I was amazed of how beautiful this property is. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and nice. Staff was attentive and welcoming. They allowed storage of luggage while we already check out to explore furthermore of the city. Location was a short walk from train station and buses. 5 minute walk. Definitely will return in the future.

The hotel is several minutes away from the station. A subway with an elevator connects the station to the junction close to the hotel. It is an easy walk even for me, who has big luggage and travels with my parents in their 70s. The main advantage is avoiding using buses to get to the hotel. However, no matter where you visit, you need to get back to the station to take a bus. It takes slightly more time, but is acceptable for me.

Stayed four nights at the Mystays Premier to explore Kanazawa / Ishikawa-ken / Shirakawa-ko. The hotel itself is about 300-400 meters from Kanazawa Station (west exit, easy walk); the bus from Komatsu Airport (1,300 yen) arrives in front of the station. Quick, easy check in at 3:00 p.m. Spacious room. I had a rental car for a couple of days, and I was able to park it (1,500 yen per night) in the hotel's garage (enter on the back side of the buidling). I didn't use the hotel's restaurant, so I cannot comment on breakfast / lunch / dinner. There are plenty of good restaurants at the station, and there is a 7-Eleven right next to the hotel entrance. As other reviewers have pointed out, the hotel cleaning staff could do a better job of cleaning (vacuuming?) as I found several long, black hairs in the bathroom / on the carpet. Overall, I had no problems.

また宿泊したいと思えるホテルでした。出張兼家族との滞在に使用。広いお部屋に大型デスクやチェアがあり、0歳児用にベビーベッドの貸出も手配していただけました。 2階の飲食店（地場物居酒屋）の料理はどれも美味しく疲れが癒やされました。人気店で予約しないと席がとれないというのが誤算でしたが、部屋の内線から予約を入れ、席が空くまで部屋で落ち着いて過ごすことができました。
