Executive Lounge was probably the nicest one I've seen, and well-stocked. The room was clean and exquisite, however the shower was a little malfunctioning. Unfortunately no easy way to walk to/from the airport, but they provided complimentary service to the airport. Packed lunches too. Great staff!

Wonderful stay, clean and spacious room, safe, close to airport (5 min drive) w free transport, great restaurants and food options. Staff was most helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the spa which was reasonably priced. We had 4 people and had a king/sofa bed. They offered a 2nd rollaway bed, just wished there was a 2nd regular bed given the room size was large. Would definitely stay again, we were sad to leave!

The JW Marriot Sahara is one of the finest hotels we have experienced on our Round the World trip! While the traffic in Mumbai is crazy crowded the Concerige arranged for our airport pickup and transportation each day! The staff was courteous and always eager to help in any and every way! The sweet lady Baia in the 17th floor Executive Lounge was outstanding!

This hotel is five stars all the way for an overnight stay before catching your flight. The staff in the cafe are SUPERB and the food is excellent. Breakfast buffet is amazing (and that is coming from someone who doesnt really like buffets). Only one criticism: the gym is enormous and beautiful, so why do the rusty elliptical machines look and perform as if they were salvaged from an old gym 20 years ago?

We used the same property a week before as well and were generally happy with the room. Upon return from our cruise we re booked at the same hotel. The room availed was stinking of urine and what was horrific was that the house keeping team didn’t realise and expected us to use the room!

Excellent service staff very attentive rooms very clean. The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The attention to detail from the staff was exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. The rooms were not only spotless, but also well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. Hotel is good, clean with spacious room. Bathroom poorly designed with just partitions next to the tub and second bed. Didnt like it as a tripple room. Can't understand why hotels dont design a closed bathroom and toilet. International cafe was mediocre. Thai curry was awful, jasmine rice undercooked and pizza wasnt great either. An ordinary city restaurant would serve better food.

I went to the Marriot Sahar as it was close to the airport for my flight next day. The check in was smooth. My room was big and spacious. Overall I was disappointed. The bathroom in my room was awkwardly designed with a tub right in front of the sliding door. I didn’t get hot water at the basin and it took some time for the service to come and repair. In the morning I asked for some salt for myself. It took an hour and 3 calls before it was sent. I also felt the room was overpriced for the amenities provided.

Cant get an hour sleep because the person staying next room was going in and out of the room constantly at night. He was closing the door so forcefully that even my door was shaking. I thought this is a premium hotel where there will be no disturbance but felt like oyo room at night

The property is located at walking distance fro the T2. If you don't have much luggage, walking is the best option and fastest. The room we got was spacious and an excellent bathroom and bed. We took the hotel car for airport drop off and it was reasonably priced, expecially compared to the conveneince and Uber price at that location and time. We stayed only few hours before our early morning internation flight...therefore could not enjoy the facilities as much as we would have wished. Also, it is for the same reason, we cannot comment about food as we did not have time to get a meal there. But we will happily stay there again to and from our international trio through T2.

The walls have barely any sound dampening installed. Even the the slightest conversation of the next room was easy to here. Not expected in property of this magnitude. Overall experience Could have been better. Not just saying, the whole month of stay in india, I stayed at St.Regis, Oberoi, Taj and lastly with you guys coz wer next to the airport. But was the worst of all 4. You guys are way behind other properties and can do lot better.

The staff was sensational. This is not the first time we have stayed at the JW Marriott and while it is convenient to the airport and a long way into the city the Staff makes staying at the hotel our favorite place to be in Mumbai!! Dining in JW Cafe. The chef does a fabulous job. The Manager Pramod Kumar is top of class. He takes care of his guest exquisitely. Sakshi, the floor manager takes care of all the details for us! Fabulous. We were there for a week or more each stay and she was gracious! Bhumika Dey who works at the front desk managed issues, helped us to arrange office space for business meetings when none was readily available and helped us celebrate our 39th Wedding Anniversary. Yash at Romano’s was the best waiter we have had in India thus far. He learned our favorites. Knew our wine selections and made sure we had our favorite table each night we were there. The chef at Romano’s prepared some amazing Italian dishes that we kept going back for. We felt at home at the JW and will be back. Joy

We had 4 rooms reserved with 2 dbl beds. We go @ hotel after 18 hrs journey 2:15am. They were keep saying our system is down after almost over hrs they have only 2 rooms from 4 rooms and the worst thing was there were others guest in rooms sleeping! We go down they like didn’t care at all then gave us another 2 room saying stay in this we will clean other 2 in 20 min that’s almost around 4:00! Those 2 we got they also gave us wrong wrong type king!! We left hotel around 5:30am no rooms at all what we find out was they were over booked and no one was telling us real scenario! End up sleeping in our van very rude people bed customer service we came from US and we are from Texas never expected this I highly recommend others to go another nearest hotel!! Thanks Bonvoy for ruins our night!

Hotel itself is very elegant. Breakfast was good. Airport pickup and drop off was perfect. What I didn’t like was the staff at the front desk, quite incompetent and not really helpful. I checked in early. When I checked in they took my credit card for incidentals and put a hold for $120, I also told them I will be using Marriot egift card to pay for my restaurant bill etc. when I went to use restaurant and tried to put it on restaurant they said I don’t have room credit , when I talked to front desk they said we are sorry for inconvenience our manager will call you. I told them I am not sitting in room just waiting for his call, and I told I simply won’t use any restaurant . I had stayed 2 consecutive nights one through Expedia and other through marriot.com, when house keeping came I told them to come after few minutes, they never came. I had to make multiple calls to get towel replacement . When time for checkout came, I told I am going to use my marriot egift card to pay for incidentals (Airport transportation ) they behaved as if they have never heard of marriot egift card. They said did I give my egift card on check I told them I did, then they said they will have to check with financial department in the morning. At that point I was getting late for my international flight from airport. I paid with credit card. I expected better from such a upscale hotel. Because of its location next to heavy road traffic it was nearly impossible to get Uber . I would not stay here again

My stay here was amazing. I can’t find any faults with this hotel. Some of the staff including Sugam, Pramod, Shadab, Meenu were especially outstanding. These people made my stay here even more welcoming. Sugam managed my stay and checked in with me everyday whether I was okay. This service was special and he is an excellent member of staff. Shadab went above and beyond multiple times when I needed help on which shops to visit. Pramod and Meenu were in the dining area and they spoke to me everyday and provided me with bespoke food items. This hotel has an amazing ambience, the room is lovely, big and clean. All the staff at this hotel are brilliant. This hotel offers plenty services and is very close to the international and domestic airport. I would highly highly recommend staying at this hotel. The food is brilliant also.

The property was very convenient as it is adjacent to the airport. The hotel staff were very professional and helpful. Food was delicious and there was a huge selection of dishes. The staff member who helped us with our luggage took really good care of us, got us to go tea, water bottles, helped with our transportation. The pool area was very nice and clean. The areas around the hotel were noisy and not pleasant.

Absolutely loved our stay here, the hotel is well maintained, staff at check-in are helpful, buffet breakfast fantastic and staff very well organised. The Spa treatments were outstanding. Club lounge nice. Romano’s restaurant within the hotel is superb, really nice authentic Italian style pizza. Very close to the Airport. About 5-10mins depending on traffic.
