It was a fine stay, the main issue was the elevator being out of service on the day I checked out...so a bit inconvenient having to carry my bags from room floor to ground floor.

Wi-Fi was not available in our room for most of our stay, and when we inquired at the front desk they gave us the phone number for their ISP and told us to call ourselves. The number was not in service. The room was clean and the beds were reasonably comfortable. We did not use the pool because someone threw up in it and it closed partway through our stay. They closed it for maintenance and reopened it within a few days, but I was not satisfied that it had been properly cleaned. The breakfast was not worth eating. However, it is easy to get food delivery service to the hotel if you need it.

Hot tub was cold. Breakfast was terrible. Rubber sheet on bed made for a terrible sleeping experience. I’ve stayed in this hotel many times in the past and this was by far the worst experience there.

Clean modern hotel. Nice free breakfast just a bit better than most. Freight train line runs near but only heard trains at 830pm and 7:30AM. Lots of parking. Dog friendly.

I enjoyed the location of the hotel. The breakfasts were good and the breakfast staff was wonderful! The reception staff was very pleasant and welcoming. My room was located near the ice machine, which was quite loud through the night, releasing ice with a very loud crashing sound. My stay was from a Sunday to a Friday. There was a sign at the front desk stating that housekeeping would be every 2 days, which was fine. As I was leaving early every morning and not returning until quite late in the evening each day, I expected the room to be cleaned as indicated, but arrived home each night with the room having not been cleaned. After the second night I had to flag down a housekeeper in the hall for fresh towels. I finally had to mention to the front desk on Wednesday evening that my room had not been cleaned at all since I had arrived. The front desk staff brought towels to my room that night and promised that my room would be cleaned the next day, Thursday. When i arrived back at the hotel on Thursday night, the room had finally been cleaned. It is not that I am a messy guest - but fresh towels, clean bedding and emptying the garbages on the promised days was expected. Other than that - I was fine with staying at this location due to the convenience of where it was.

The bed had stains on the bedding when we arrived. It was evident under the pillows that this was not changed. Breakfast was decent. They give you voucher on check in The rooms and facility was over priced for a best western plus. I could not see anything "plus " about this hotel. I had better experience with other best western plus locations. I would not go here again if not last resort.

Great hotel, nice and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, with a good selection. We did have one issue with our room not being cleaned when it should have been. Staff quickly resolved the issue and the room was then attended everyday thereafter, so the hotel staff went above and beyond for us.

Overall a great location and the suites are nice and well maintained. On the downside, check in is at 4:00 and only one person was at the desk when we checked in around 4:30. When we left the hotel around 5:30 other guests were waiting to be checked in. It’s not inexpensive to stay here so first impression was not good. The gentleman that checked me in was very professional and apologized for the long wait time. I had previously checked in on line. My wife waited at the car while I was checking in and when I returned she said she was concerned something was wrong. As well, I was assured the room we were assigned had a walk in shower. It was a tub shower. The area where the microwave, fridge, coffee maker is located does not have any lighting. Why? These are minor inconveniences but when you pay a premium, you expect as advertised. I hope these observations are accepted as helpful hints. You asked.

The hotel staff was great! All of them were very nice and friendly. Hotel in general very clean and well maintained. The room was spacious, but we couldn’t sleep too well because of the air extractor being automatically running all the time, and it was very noisy. No switch available to turn it off. Also the mattress and pillows need to be upgraded; they seem too old.

My sick husband was evacuated to this area because of forest fires up north. When he came out of hospital to join me in the hotel they changed our room so we could be close to the elevator. Furthermore, though the hotel was fully booked over the weekend, the hotel staff managed to extend our stay so we didn’t have to move to another town. That was a greatly appreciated!!! I highly recommend this place with kind, helpful staff.

The fan was on all night I also called front desk 2 times to get a extra blanket and no answer . Then when i hung up the phone kept rining and no one on the other end . I checked out a day early .

Great location in Okotoks, with shopping, food, grocery and a Costco across the street. Physical location provides good entry and exit, with easy access to larger or main roads. Thus making travel to the surrounding parts of Okotoks or further very timely. Staff was excellent and accommodating. Also Pet Friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Okotoks or surrounding area!

All was excellent. The supper restaurant is a nice added feature from my previous stay. The hours of operation are not publicly available, potential diners must ask. It will be nice if more days that it is available will be added. Best comp breakfast I have had anywhere.

This Best Western was by far the best Ive stayed in. The service was great our room was great and the continental breakfast was freshly cooked from the kitchen not just pre-packaged crap. They went above and beyond to cook me a fresh breakfast due to my allergies.

Kim at the front desk was just so kind and informative about different things in the area!! She went above and beyond in helping us. She is a real asset to your hotel there. The breakfast was by far the best "free breakfast" that we have EVER had in a hotel......super good and great variety!!
