Ok so, the staff were friendly and really nice but that\'s where the good points end. Starting off the stairs are very narrow, on the outside of the wall there was crude graffiti that had been poorly cleaned off, the moment we stepped into the room which was room 20 you could see mould all over the windowsills, the windows were disgusting the couch had all this crusty stuff on it and shredded pillows. Tacky sheets used as curtians blinds covered in muck. Plasters left in the showers and broken windows that won\'t shut. Busted and broken beds parts of it falling apart. The house keepers don\'t vaccum while you\'re there nor do they make the beds or do dishes. The "free wifi\' is 300mgb then it\'s 3$ for more, there were 4 of us in one room 300mgb doesn\'t last. In the mineral pool area there was plasters left lying around unclean and what looked to be vomit on the wall and my favorite a bottle of pee in the corner of the seats.

There was a great natural thermal pool but property in a noisy location and had a noisy pipe clanging all night. very dated and tatty. Needed renovation. Wall heater not working some power points not working. Paid Laundry had clutter all around. Didnt see staff unless i phoned them. Would not stay again.

Cheap, you get what you pay for I guess. Mineral pool was wayyyy too hot to go in (temperature control must be wrong) kitchen window didn’t shut, room only had one tiny oil heater. Blanket had stain, cleaner only provided one extra towel so 4 towels total for 2 days and 3 people? If you want somewhere cheap then this is your spot

Me & my family loved our stay. I would recommend this motel. Amazing staff, unit was clean and all, but the shower needs to be upgraded. The outdoor pool & hot pool was amazing. Our stay was wonderful. Thank you to the staff that has helped & preparing our units for us.

The bathroom was mouldy, towels were horrible, kitchen was very old with hardly any equipment or plates. Stove was terrible. Dinning area the chairs were all cracking , no couch just an old chair with holes in and a couple of outdoor plastic chairs. Blinds were all cracking. Outside of building needed water blasting and a lot of tiding and painting. Pool was green.

The room was convenient to access and the car close to the unit. The bedrooms were clean and the bedding good. The rest of the unit was slightly grubby and very worn. The couch okay but the 2 armchairs sagged badly. The dining chairs worn and not cleaned very well. The shower base had long hairs on it and needed the soap build up cleaned off. The toilet and hand basin were old and needed to be replaced. Glad we only stayed one night.

Unfortunately this motel is extremely tired and is in need of a thorough renovation. There was black mould in the showers, the kitchen floor was sticky, and the beds were uncomfortable. Wayne who looked after us was friendly, however the motel didn't feel very secure or private.

Very friendly, very accommodating, very approachable staff from.reception to cleaners. Negative: we did not mind the building as very old but to see cobwebs, red stains on walls, very old and looking unclean carpet, cockroach on floor, and wobbly bathroom floor is something we need tp feedback for everyone's safety and comfort. The bed was so soft and too bouncy we never got a good sleep. The room smelt really old, towels smelt as if not washed properly. Apologies for this feedback.

We were in Unit 29 which is a stand-alone unit with a kitchen and is very spacious. Location is good, not too far from Eat Street and shops. Negative for us was the cleanliness. It was dirty and dusty and there were alot of roaches.

Accommodation did NOT match the photos in any way, extremely miss leading. Fridge did not work, graffiti on the heater in lounge area, dirty foot prints on wall in bedroom, stains on single bed bedspread, dead insects on whole roof of bathroom. Desperately needs a fresh makeover. Bed linen was clean tho.

We got a terrible room far from the photo advertised on the booking site. The manager was accommodative to give us another room, which was better, but far from any good condition (carpet stained, old / some broken furniture / damaged door, noisy etc. So we booked for two nights but stayed only for a day. The manager was supportive and gave back the one-day rent. I hope they will fix the issues and advertise the correct pictures

Hotel room had issues with multiple broken fixtures, worn out furniture, shower head did not face down, so water was spraying at the wall, towels etc were old and worn, tv was placed in an awkward place, bed was situated against the wall heater, kitchen cupboards needed to be painted etc etc

Easy to book online, reasonable price for a unit that was spacious, rooms were worn down and could do with a but of an upgrade and deep clean, check in and check out was easy, staff friendly, plenty of hot water for showers, we had our own parking spot and it was situated close to town and Kuirau Park beds were comfortable

Really liked the very friendly reception and tour of facilities. Also loved how close to town centre we were. We had the family unit, was nice and quiet at night, plenty of beds and excellent kitchen facilities.
