The condo is exceptional. It is huge, very clean and comfortable. They have all the amenities for your perfect stay. They are great at communication, any questions is just a quick email away and they respond to you within minutes. The only thing is the parking; I wasn’t aware that I need to reserve in advance and they were out for the whole weekend. Though they are nice to give me suggestions, it was a hassle to walk blocks with your luggages, especially when it’s raining. Other than that, this is perfect

Had to call to get parking instructions sent to me once I got there. Did not get it beforehand even though it had been requested a week or two before. Had to unload our luggage on the street. A bit awkward! Condo nice but somewhat big for only two people.

The property was clean and as described. Gentrifying area but there was a significant presence of homeless people in the area. At one point when we had to put our luggage back into the car, a homeless person followed us to the parking lot, which is located on a separate quieter street, and lingered around, making us uneasy. Also expect some delays in communication.

Loft agreable et spacieux conforme à la description. Quartier un peu special de prime abord (presence de nombreux marginaux) mais il faut passer outre car au final nous n'avons ressenti aucune insecurité et la rue St Joseph est particulierement animee en terme de commerces et de restaurants. Parking sous terrain publique payant à 500 metres (7 minutes à pied).

Great place to stay for family. In a borough of Quebec City. On main street with coffee shop, groceries, 2nd hand shops close by. Lodgings are tres spacious - awesome kitchen, only downside for us is we chose loft with one bath but we knew it going in. The lofts have high ceilings so can be a bit noisy but that's family. Well worth it. they offered a paid parking space located conveniently behind the apt.

Our loft was amazing, seemed to be brand new, and It was like staying in an apartment. We especially loved having a washer, dryer, and full kitchen. It is located in an area that seems to be in the middle of gentrification so there is a large homeless population, but the price was right. Parking was a problem. We paid for it in advance. However, when we arrived, there was no spaces available (they only have 10 spaces). There was a forklift in 2 spaces. One car was taking up 2 spaces. I gave the license plate # to the staff and she said no one was registered there with that plate. Instead of having the car towed, she said they could refund me the money and I could find somewhere else to park. Instead, we waited an hour and finally 3 cars left. They were all construction workers working on a nearby property. Obviously, the property manager doesn’t monitor the lot at all and random people park there for free.

The apartment was huge and very comfortable overall, but the cleaning crew did a horrible job with a big I cleaned area by the door, a dirty glove on the kitchen table and a dirty bag left in the clothes closet. Aside from the poor cleaning job the place was magnificent and highly recommended

Aucun stationnement disponible à notre arrivée dans l’espace des lofts que nous avions payé. Nous avons passé 1 heure à en chercher un. Nous en avons trouvé sur le bord de la rue sans avis de déneigement mais nous nous sommes quand même fait remorquer et une belle contravention salée! La vaisselle était sale dans les armoires, la bouilloire, le toaster et le plancher de notre chambre également. De plus des serviettes sales ont été laissées dans un garde-robe. Les gens ont fait la fête vendredi soir jusqu’à environ 3h du matin dans le loft juste en face de nous et le samedi soir ça recommençait alors j’ai contacté le superviseur des lofts et il ne m’a jamais fait de suivi! Lits peu confortables et divan du salon désuet et brisé.

The loft apartment we had was great. Clean and so big. We felt comfortable from the moment we walked in. It was a great location close to the railway station for us. And we walked everywhere else. Groceries were a couple of minutes walk and lots of cages and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend.

The services management are really bad, unfriendly. The bed sheet can not covered the bed and really dirty. The window outside can hear the people singing during the midnight and the the window can not be closed totally which have a really bad smelling when the garbage can outside. I have report it to the hotel and nobody cares all the issues.

Les Loft St Joseph was a nice very spacious flat that had many nice features including 2 large bedrooms, and a big kitchen and dining area. I wish the TV had a live TV option and the track lighting throughout the unit was minimal at best. A few more upgrades would make this unit much better.

Second time staying at Lofts St. Joseph. The building and lofts are very nice and comfortable. It's very difficult to find parking, especially in the evening/night. The only other issue was that the internet barely worked at all. I had the tether my laptop to my cell just to browse the web.

This is a great space, very comfortable and large. Communication was quick and easy. We needed an hour extension on checkout and received confirmation quickly. Only thing is the beds were a bit hard, could use a mattress pad. Great walking area, and 20 minute walk to old Quebec so we didn't need to drive to dinner.

Very nice loft on Rue Saint Joseph with comfortable beds, full kitchen, washer/dryer and bath with a soaking tub. Enjoyed the loft very much and was quiet and comfortable. WiFi was not good-but didn’t need it much. If you are planning to work from here you will have issues.

Beautiful spacious loft. Just a note…. The area can be a bit transient so we found we were in at dark. Good security as you need a specific code to enter the building and then for the unit. Nice 30 min walk to old Quebec City and close to the Metro for groceries.

We liked the unit and it was in a great location. We didn't love that the main bedroom had a queen instead of a king and that there is only one air conditioner in the living room which didn't really keep the bedrooms as cool as we would have liked. But we made it work and everything else was fantastic.

I’m satisfied with the stay, apartment is very spacious and clean. We were able to cook ourselves for a couple of simple meals. The only issue we had was after we entered the apartment they gave us, they told us that’s not the right room and front desk asked us to leave. There was no elevator in that building and we had to carry our luggage up and down and walk to a different building. They said they would compensate for the inconvenience but never did.

This is a great space, very comfortable and large. Communication was quick and easy. We needed an hour extension on checkout and received confirmation quickly. Checking in was a nightmare. I never received the codes nor the email re the checking instructions. So i had to do all that at the door by phone! And having no humans arou d to assist was a major flaw! As i write this review, I am sweating because the AC is not working and the temperature outside is a very humid 76 degrees!! I regret this selection snd i blame Expedia for misleading me!

It was an amazing 3 days, 2 nights stay for a couple. The place was huge and cozy. Communication with the team was fast. We arrived early on the day and they accommodated our early checkin at no cost. The area had a lot of dining options and shops. It's a good amount of walk to Old Quebec like 20 mins. When we got lazy, uber was just $9-15 to anywhere we went to. We will definitely book with them again on our next Quebec visit!

This was a great property and worked well for us. There is a check in process that was a bit tough to navigate since my email address had not been provided to the lofts by Expedia so I didn’t have the code to enter. Was quickly resolved but better to know!

My sisters and I loved staying at the Les Lofts Saint-Joseph. It was in a great neighborhood and was within walking distance to the old district. The apartment was spacious and clean. It had all the amenities needed to keep us comfortable during our stay. We communicated with their staff through email and always got a response within minutes after sending a message. We would definitely stay there again!

Die Unterkunft ist eine von vielen gleichartigen Wohnungen für Touristen in der Stadt und eine gute Option für einem Kurztrip. Alles gut sortiert und sauber. Der Parkplatz kostet 20 Euro pro Tag extra un muss reserviert werden. Soweit auch alles in Ordnung. Nun zum grossen Manko der Wohnungen. Vor der Tür tummeln sich zahlreiche Obdachlose (das Stadtviertel ist wohl dafür bekannt), die betteln. Das ist auch gefühlt erstmal nicht so schlimm. Aber auch nicht angenehm. Wenn sich die Obdachlosen dann am Abend direkt am Mietwagen niederlassen, dann beschleicht einen doch ein Gefühl der Unsicherheit. Auch wenn bei uns nichts passiert ist- man möchte es auch nicht herausfordern. Nachts hört man auch immer wieder laute Schreie, die mir zumindest sehr ins Mark fuhren. Wenn man sich nicht daran stört, ist die Wohnung empfehlenswert. Ansonsten lieber nicht in dieses Viertel.

The apartment itself is very good and well stocked. There were no paper towels though or a kitchen sponge. There is a grocery store Metro 2 minutes away by foot which was very convenient. The check-in and check-out were easy. We paid for an early check-in which was affordable. The area has a lot of homeless people roaming around the street and it was noisy at night from near-by establishments and a homeless person screaming.

This place was wonderful, on the inside of the property. The suite had everything you would need, from brand new appliances to comfortable beds. Great open concept made the space feel HUGE. Probably the best suite I've ever stayed in. Cons: LOTS of aggressive homeless people around. I went out for thai food 2 blocks away and ran into a legit bum fight between a psycho with 2 milk cartons full of something and 3 older bums using their stolen shopping cart as a battering ram. Ran into ANOTHER homeless guy a block away yelling at a brick column of a shuttered business thinking it was his dad or something. Finally, my wife got yelled at by a homeless guy in the alleyway where the Loft's designated parking space was. second con: hard to unload the car into the property as the street is one way, public parking in front of the door is by chance, and sketch people are eyeing you as you unload. Once inside though, the place feels like heaven. summary: GREAT lofts with everything you need, just a sketch location.

The property is conveniently located: walkable to Old Quebec if you can handle the uphill & downhill; less than 10 mins drive; close to hwy; grocery and eateries nearby; relatively safe despite of some harmless homeless folks few blocks away from the property. All in all, it's a good place to stay.

Everythings good except the parking lot. Walking from/to the back alley of the building to get to the parking lot and the building unit can make you feel uneasy as there's some homeless in the area specially at night time. If that doesn't bother you then it's a good place to stay. Location from Fairmont Frontenac was great specially if you are travelling with car and the unit itself was good.

We loved the spacious apartment, especially the grandchildren because of the bunk beds. The only negative is the transitional neighborhood it is full of homeless transient people until one walks up towards the old city where one feels safe again. For this reason we did not venture out of Rue St. Joseph at night

Très bien situé, plusieurs commodites à proximité, restos, épicerie, café. 15 minutes du secteur du Vieux Québec et de la rue Grande Allée. Près du musée d’art contemporain. Spacieux, on peut être en famille ou avec des amis.
