Missing item after cleaning – very disappointing handling I stayed at this hotel with my baby and requested room cleaning for hygiene reasons. After the cleaning, my baby’s Jellycat bunny, which was placed next to the pillow, went missing. This is not a small item, and it was my child’s comfort toy. I even provided a photo as proof that I brought it into the room. The hotel claimed they checked with the cleaning staff, but only repeated that it was “not found.” When I asked to speak directly with the staff, they first agreed, then suddenly refused. This inconsistent response was very unprofessional. They also promised to send an update by email within the same day, but I never received anything. Messages have since been ignored. I find it unacceptable that an item disappears after cleaning and no responsibility is taken. This experience raises serious concerns about safety and trust. I have reported this issue across multiple platforms and expect a proper response. If no explanation is provided, I will consider reporting this as a theft incident.
