Loved this hotel. Everyone was so friendly and attentive to any need we had. It is in a great location and an easy walk to the night markets as well as other things. Our room was very nice and quiet.

- Toilet was chocked - hair dryer faulty and yet, hotel staff said it’s in working condition - Iron was faulty and yet housekeeping staff alleged its in working condition, iron spoilt my dress

1. Awesome staff. They are so sweet, helpful and always ready to have a conversation. The front desk is really approachable and welcoming. 2. The breakfast is great. Lots of options for vegans as well. 3. We got a room upgrade as well. Was not expecting that. 4. Though it is on the street, the windows are noise blocking so you really don't hear anything 5. The location is good as well. There are convinience stores, restaurants, river and the old town just 10 minutes away on foot. Problems: Nothing. Our stay was great. 0 problems. If you are skeptical about booking this, don't be. Just go ahead.

The staff was exceptional and made our stay here wonderful. The location is great, a short walk to Ancient Town! Good breakfast! Very nice rooms!
