Great central location. Only 6 guest rooms in this historic property. Rooms are large and the bathrooms are relatively new. Breakfast is very simple European style with no hot items except coffee. No elevator, but staff help help with large pieces of luggage. Staff is also very kind and helpful with local restaurant recommendations.

This is a 6 room hotel on a second floor. The breakfast was prepared by the owner/ host. Bathroom shower was great! Unique experience for me staying in such a small property but for one night it was perfect! Price was right 😎

Central location in a renovated old building with loads of character. Excellent communication from the host pre and during stay. Clean and comfortable rooms. Would stay again if in the area .

This is an excellent location if you are staying pre-cruise. Convenient to shops and restaurants and beach and sightseeing. The bed was very hard, the tv didn’t work and the staff was gone by the time I realized it. It got fixed the next day. I already wrote about the fact that the staff did not review how to open the door to leave the property. No one was there to help m. My phone was connecting to her phone number. I finally took the risk to press the red button that did release door. I asked that they post a sign to tell guests what to do. It was done later that day. I did not have any breakfast there. The toaster did over toast and the hallway smelled of burnt toast both mornings. The second night someone was banging on the inside locked door to be let in. This went on for 15 minutes. Again , scary as there is no staff, no security. Guests need to understand that after you are welcomed and checked in, staff leaves and returns the next morning to coordinate breakfast, and that day’s departures.

If you are cruising from Civitavecchia, this hotel is ideally placed to stay before you board your ship. It is located centrally in the city with plenty of great restaurants nearby and is also close to the shuttle service from the city to the cruise terminal. The hotel is in an old building, but was very clean and comfortable. The staff made us very welcome and covered all aspects of our stay at check-in. Would certainly recommend this hotel to provide an easy time the day of your cruise departure.
