The hotel is located on a busy street, windows and doors have no isolation from any noise, through tiny walls between the rooms you can hear everything that the neighbors say and do and in the room on the ground floor you can hear all the conversations from the reception and the noise from the bar. This hotel doesn't give a damn about the comfort of their guests. At all. Btw. There is no hotel parking, you can only park on the street (good luck!) But they sell nice pictures online. And see below what you really really get.

Très bon accueil. Hôtel très propre et en parfait état. Petit déjeuner buffet copieux et bon. Très bien situé pour visiter la ville où aller à la plage. Le parking privé est un plus très appréciable. Seul petit point négatif : le lavabo est très petit....mais c'est un détail.

Smart, well-kept hotel with great staff who were friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English. We enjoyed our late dinner (served until 10pm) and breakfast, and the parking was just around the corner. The cathedral, fort and beach are all within 8 minutes' walk, so very convenient location.

The hotel is walking distance to sights and the beach. Friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious! Con: For those that may need it, there isn't a laundry facility in the premises. They do outsource it for a 'per item' fee.

Good location on the airport bus route and close to old Larnaca and the beach. Nice modern rooms with everything you need and a really good breakfast. If I stayed again would probably want a room at the back as some traffic at front.

Der Eingangsbereich und Zimmer sind zwar renoviert, aber alles nur oberflächlich! Bad uralt! Die Tür zur Küche, dort wo das Frühstücksbuffet aufgebaut ist-alles schimmlig und vergilbt. Hotel direkt an der Straße! Sehr laut ( tagsüber und auch nachts ). Personal sehr freundlich!

The room was massive I booked a suite but the bathroom was tiny there is a safe and wardrobe the shower had good power and really hot water however the water stayed in the shower tray and when that filled up the water overflowed over and flooded the bathroom the beds were comfy enough air con didn’t work as good as I hoped I think it was placed in the wrong area the balcony was tiny and had a step which didn’t help the breakfast was fantastic they had smoked salmon which for a 3* was great they don’t do tea bags they have tea infused bags which isn’t a cup of tea!!! the hotel is very neat the town about 5-10 min walk for the price for 3 nights it’s a simple hotel

It is a nice room. Large bed, but two twin mattresses on a double frame. Comfortable for one though. Not much room between the bed and the desk, I wound up not using the chair because there wasn't room for that. The TV blew out, a loud snap and nothing, the first night. They replaced it the next day. I am not used to having to have the room key in a slot to have power on. It got to 45 C (112 F, I think) outside and not having the A/C on while I was gone made it pretty uncomfortable for quite a while, and I had some trouble getting the remote for the A/C to work. Good location for the site seeing I had planned, close to the beach and to AquaDreams Scuba. Kristina (sp?) was fantastic and very helpful. When I go back in a month I will likely stay there again.

Allt var ganska bra föruttom två saker. Kylen i rummet var trasigt och vi fick aldrig en ny. Vi hade med oss ganska bra baggage och i websidan står det att man kan få hjälp. Tydligen hade inte hotellet denna service.

One of the worst hotels to stay in Larnaca. Never ever book it. Rude staff, worst customer service. Very racist people,even didn't let people sit on the reception as well.Reception staff was very bad and inconsiderate. Breakfast was very limited and continuously the manager was keeping an eye on what we are eating even though it was buffet Would never recommend it anyone. For 4 people, gave only 1 water bottle that too next day wasn't even given. Very money minded and cheap mentality hotel. No pre arrival request was followed

We arrived at almost 2am to a very warm and kind welcome. Rooms fine for an overnight stay. Breakfast buffet was good although ran out of dishes. Only hitch was checkout where guy was less charming or quick.

Staff were wonderful, helpful and accommodating. My mother was using a wheelchair. Breakfast was wonderful and specially the fact that every day it was slightly different. We ate in the evening and the food was very tasty and very affordable. We'll definitely go back again.

The hotel is family-friendly for children. The staff are friendly and helpful. The cleaner is always very attentive and kind every time she cleans my daughter's donkey toy. Breakfast was delicious and the chef was excellent! Throughout our stay, the receptionist staff provided the most helpful service. During our stay, we had a good time.

The hotel staff is amazing, professional, helpful, polite. The room is nice and sufficient. In room kettle, espresso machine, and safe. Location is phenomenal: 5 minutes walk from St. Lazaros, the medieval fort and the beach. But still quite and peaceful street.

We had originally only planned to stay one night, however, our last minute plans changed and we stayed for 8 days. It’s a nice friendly hotel, comfortable and clean. Location-wise, its position is great, a 10 minute (max) walk to the beach, but far enough away that you don’t have chaos on your doorstep. The food was excellent, well prepared and well presented, we ate at the hotel a few times and were never disappointed, breakfast was always freshly laid out and plentiful. Whether it’s a full English (Cypriot style) or varied continental, if you leave hungry, it’s your own fault. The staff, were, without exception fantastic. Whether it was management, front of house, wait staff, housekeeping or kitchen staff, they could not have been more friendly, welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely stay here again, and can only recommend that you try it, you’ll not be disappointed. PS - yes you have seen this review before, as I booked one night, then extended.
