Hotel itself was good, modern, good sized room, nice bathroom. TV didn't allow hdmi input which was annoying. Breakfast was good with a good selection of hot and cold food. Gym really good including two peloton bikes The location of the hotel is interesting. Across the road is the posh Westend area. Going the other way, you walk past love hotels and a run down neighbourhood but only for two blocks or so. Hotel is not far from Frankfurt Hbf station but a little hard to get to due works outside the station.

The room is not cleaned even I hag the "clean room tag" in front of my door. When telling to the hotel front desk is rude and impolite and just tell I have to hang the tag in front of the door. Ridiculously I told I had done correctly but they just not listen and believe. Very impolite and rudely handled. Finally I ask some plastics bags and clean by myself. Then the front desk seems satisfied for that.

Unfortunately, my husband forgot some clothes on the top shelf of the closet, and to our surprise, they were not found there. I can’t say that someone from the hotel staff took them, but it shows that the rooms are not cleaned well. This was at the beginning of our tour of Germany, and we had to buy the necessary things. The airconditioning in our room didn't work and the only option given to us was to open the widow wider. We were in a room on the 1st floor above the entrace door with guests coming and going at all hours, banging car doors, smoke smells coming in - it was a nightmare stay without any offer of compensation and no offer of a replacement room on the night. Very disappointed. Additionally the area is very seedy.

Easy check in, clean room. Beds were hard for my taste but comfy. It was quite warm at night considering its Nov/Dec in Germany so we opened the windows to sleep at night which let in mosquitos. (Who knew those damn things could survive in this weather!) My primary reason for giving this hotel 4 vs 5 stars is the neighborhood. It’s literally one block from the “red light” area full of brothels and junkies breaking glass and screaming at all hours. Lots of sirens, which were annoying considering the need for open windows. Overall fine but wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

When we opend the Windows for more air circulation, we were supriszed that our room became full of mosquitos, as there was no window screens My wife and I were awakened mid night by itching , and horified to find 50 or more mosquitos in our room. After hours spent killing them, we went back to sleep, but awoke in the morniny with approx 30 bites on each of us, on our faces, shoulders, neck and arms. We spent the next 4 days trying to recover !!!! We had no idea there would be swarms of mosquitos in Frankfurt in late November Mark Hofstetter - Toronto, Canada

Room quite spacious. Walking distance to the main hbf. Alot of nearby kiosk and restaurant. The only thing that i dislike is the environment nearby alot of dodgy people taking drugs in the middle of broad daylight. Overall i will say i had a pleasant stay. Will definitely book this hotel again if happen to visit frankfurt in the future.

Det trækker ned i bedømmelsen at vi skulle vente i 20 minutter på tjek ind, fordi receptionen var underbemandet. Bortset fra det, er alt som det skal være. Der var ikke redt op til tre personer, som booket, det blev dog hurtigt løst, derfor er det ikke et kritikpunkt. Hotellet ligger godt centralt. Parkering i kælderen super. Alt er rent og pænt. The plus; nice staff and good breakfast The Bad going from the central station, my son and I walked the 600 meter to the hotel. We walked thou the taunusstrasse, where people was drug-affected, prostitutes and a overall feeling of danger. 3 strips clubs are within 200 meter of the hotel. One Lady was injecting something while we passed to the 50 meters of the hotel. We ran to the hotel, in a state of chok and checked in. We was provided the room 242 with a view of the small square. from our 2' floor we could see prostitutes the square browsing for clients and a drug dealer who sat by one of the thee' and had "setup business" during the evening. We had arrived Thursday at 17, we had booked two nights in two reservations - at 20.00 I wend down the reception to cancel the 2'th as we just want to get away this areal. I was very suppressed that even I canceled ahead, the app only would provide me 15% return - THAT IS ALMOST A BIG THEFT. Never the less, we hardly sleep during the night and left the hotels as soon as it was noon (we didn't dare to leave before) _ STAY AWAY IF YOU HAS FAMILY !

Hotel is great. Not much for sit in dining options nearby unless u book ahead. Having the red light district was a bit of a surprise but my fault for not checking .. staff informed us when we checked in .. was not an issue and we would definitely book here again .. thought the breakfast was a little high priced .. most expensive in all the hotel we had stayed in during our Germany stay
