Stayed 9 nights

The room was mouldy and the bathroom unclean. The pillows were smelly and uncomfortable. The breakfast for westerners was terrible. The restaurant was short staffed and the food not replenished enough. There is poor ventilation and your clothes stink of cooking smells afterwards. We were there for 9 days and our room was only cleaned a couple of times. They also seemed very short staffed. The reception area, in contrast seemed overstaffed and they were always happy and helpful. The location is also great.
