Casa Esperanza. Peaceful Get Away W/Hot tub.

Property was exactly as described, spacious, clean, and in a nice area. The host was very communicative and helpful. Great place to stay and the jacuzzi was relaxing!

My family and I had a terrible stay at this property. It was a very cold night and the main reason we booked was because of the jacuzzi. We turned on the heat right when we arrived but even after several hours the jacuzzi was barely warm. The stairs to get into the jacuzzi are cheap plastic, not anchored to the floor or the jacuzzi itself. The ground under the stairs is unstable causing the stairs to wobble back and forth dangerously. Two of my children fell off these stairs, causing horrible bruises. It was completely unsafe. The kitchen faucet was broken, the fireplace was broken, the hot water did not work in the showers. We were freezing cold the entire stay and our children were injured. I tried to bring my concerns to Victor and sent him pictures of my daughter’s bruised foot and he didn’t even bother to respond or offer any solution. Do not book here.

Super nice & comfy stay would definitely stay again

This is a great location with easy access to Monterey and Big Sur. House was very clean and comfortable and the host was very helpful.

The yard was beautiful. Clean house. Host was responsive.
