It was a good stay. Although I thought with the warmer weather and ice on the sidewalks they could have been scraped off. Also the parking lot was ice and slick totally unsafe for walking. I almost fell 2x.

We have stayed in a lot of hotels this summer and this one hasn’t disappointed. It’s clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, and a great breakfast, there were even options for people with allergies which I have never found before. The only negative I have is that the pool heater needs turned up as it is FREEZING cold.

One thing we noticed is there was dried blood on pillow case On the first night the hot tub was super hot, could barely be in there long. On the second night the pool was warmer than hot tub. Staff did not know how to manage the temp control

3rd floor internet never worked. Beds were uncomfortable and pillows were flat. Asked for new pillows and they were the same. Room was dirty, not vacuumed from last guests. Stains in cushions. Won’t stay at holiday inn express again

This was a great place to stay. The hotel grounds and room were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. I wish all of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites were as clean and comfortable as this location, sadly however they aren’t. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again.

Nice room, clean looking. Comfortable beds and pillows. But when I got to my room toilet paper was left in the toilet, made me wonder if they even cleaned it. They also said breakfast was at 6:00 am, but wasn’t put out until about 6:45 am when I was leaving.

From check in to check out all the staff were excellent. I feel bad I didn’t get names, but the two women at the front desk were very helpful. We had forgotten some important items and they rounded up things that would work. It’s so quiet there!! I love not hearing everyone in the hallway or the rooms next to you! Sooo nice!!

Keys didn’t work and staff had me go to the fig floor caring luggage and dinner up 5 times before they changed rooms. The door wouldn’t work and my original room had Simone else in it.

I loved that the restaurant we had reservations at was right next door. The shopping was easily accessible as well. Overall great stay. My room had a clean fragrance and the beds were so comfortable! I slept like a baby.

Nice location, friendly staff. Carpet had crumbs over it when we arrived, but not really a big deal. Standard hotel room, but nice. Good breakfast for a hotel breakfast. Overall a nice stay and a good experience. Recomended and we would stay here again.
