Imperial Inn

People were loitering outside in parking lot all night. Flooring was broken, walls missing paint, tables wood had water damage, bathroom was dirty, shower faucet handle was broken, all the towels were stained. Beds were doubles not queen size as advertised. Bedding was at least clean.

This place was disgusting. Live cockroaches. Filthy. Transient families with many kids staying in rooms on each side. We left after five minutes.

Vey run down. Loud! Multiple families long term staying in adjacent rooms. Burn holes in blankets on the beds. No duvet or comforter on bed. Cockroach in the shower this morning. Only 2 tv stations. Pillows terrible condition. Decent cleanliness but very worn rooms.

It was an older motel but was very clean, comfortable and modern. The room was very large, comfortable and well appointed.

First, Mula was amazing, quick to respond and able to handle new arrivals along with those settling in. Mula was informed my television wasn't working and I had guest arriving. It seemed like magic. He walked into my room, my guest walked in behind him. Within minutes, the television was working. He said if I needed anything else just let him know. I locked my key in the room and to get Mula to let me in. As it was now time to turn in, as I pulled the sheets back, to my surprise there was what I was hoping was nail polish was, Yep, blood. Although dried it was not something I wanted to find. Being a veteran, but Cautious, I made some adjustments and kind of slept ok. Unfortunately, to my surprise, I found more dry blood. Now that was worse than disgusting. What kind of housekeeping staff does that? I hadn't experienced any foul ordors which I was thankful for. I told Mula after I checked out because the office had not yet opened. He apologized and asked why didn't I call him and he would have taken care of it. I believe he would have. To the owner and Management, Mula gave the customer service for me of a 5 star hotel. But the cleaning crew MUST BE BLIND AND DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS. How can spots of dry BLOOD on semi white sheets, go unnoticed by housekeeping? My stay was pleasant due to Mula, but the cleaning staff need need more training on transmitting diseases. Especially after covid Protect your investment!!

I never write reviews, but this was BAD. The lock to my room didn't work. The drawers were full of trash. There was hair on the towels. A cockroach in the shower. A lightbulb that needed replacing. The one visible staff member was too busy eating a bagel to help me at the check-in desk.

This motel is very old and in need of serious renovation which is probably not cost efficient. Many of the "guests" appeared rather dubious and one did not get the impression it would be wise to be walking around the area after dark. The on line pictures were very misleading with respect to the overall quality of accommodations. I guess the low cost should have been a red flag but not being familiar with the area I took a chance. Last time I'll do that.

For a cheap no frills room this is fine. WiFi never worked properly. No coffee available and fridge didn’t seem to work. Just looking for a place to sleep and shower it’s fine and inexpensive. Air conditioning worked fine.

Not very good. Not that clean. TV not not working. Heat barely works.

They were able to accommodate me and let me check in early soon as I arrive. Front desk, staff was very courteous and welcoming.

Slim pickings on a UGA football weekend so took a chance because ratings were decent. No picture of the facility and picture of the one apparently decent room. It’s a dumpy motor inn on a loud, busy highway. The ratings were because of two posters that left numerous 10 ratings.
