This is a relatively new and fabulous hotel with rooftop bar in Invercargill. We had a good sized comfortable room. Thank you also to the very helpful staff member assisting us with our luggage arriving and departing. Only downside was that we had to pay $15.00 per night, to park in secure carpark.

A stunning hotel in every way. Immaculately presented inside, the rooms are divine. We loved the 360 bar on the 7th floor for a cocktail and the food was exceptional in the restaurant downstairs. Outstanding location in the heart of Invercargill.

I really enjoyed the luxury of the langlands. Absolutely beautiful hotel. I found the traffic noise loud, and paying for parking was not worth it. The gate wouldnt open on multiple occasions. Had to park outside and run inside to get the gated parking area to open. Hard to come and go.

Overall a great stay with no complaints. Very clean and convenient location. All working there were friendly and helpful. As the hotel is in the centre of town you may occasionally hear noisy vehicles at night (easily addressed through ear plugs or white noise). The car parking available on site is secure but limited so you're not guaranteed a spot if you pay the extra to park there (but there is a valet service for any over flow)

This was our favourite hotel of our trip so far. The welcome was fantastic (thank you Kylie) and we were allocated a fantastic executive suite with amazing views. The rooftop bar was a wonderful resource with the best atmosphere due in the most part to Stefani who has a relaxed and joyful character which ensures you return time and time again to sample the local botanical gins. Great tapas too. It was a shame to leave.

We had a beautiful suite on the 5th floor but struggled to sleep due to the noisy road below that had cars and motorbikes cruising up and down all night long. We tolerated it for 2 nights and then asked to be moved, which the hotel accommodated.

This hotel must be for subliterate people, as the lighting design is so bad. No reading lights above the bed - indeed, the only place with lighting bright enough to read is in the bathroom. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay in your beautiful corner suite. The layout and decor of the rooms was superb and the bathroom spacious and so well appointed. We enjoyed a drink on the rooftop bar and amazing meal at Meld as well as great coffees from the cafe. All of the staff were attentive, friendly and helpful and made us feel so welcome. Thank you Langland Hotel we will definitely be back!

Nice, clean, new hotel with spacious rooms and bathroom, though didn't love the open glass on bathroom to bedroom. The breakfast was not very good either day... we tried 4 different things and while pretty, nothing as tasty as most cafes where you'd spend a bit less too, so that was disappointing. Car park is handy and not crazy expensive. Loved the tea set in the rooms. I'd stay again and just eat elsewhere.

What a gem the south has! Best hotel accom in NZ by far. The staff were fantastic and you’d struggle find as good a dining experience for dinner or breakfast even in Melbourne! Loved it and coming back 😎
