Great accomodation. We had a 2 bedrooms appartment and it was spacious, clean, beds were comfy and staff was friendly. Parking is very limited around but you can pay a supplement to park in reserved gated or ungated parking.

Terrible smell from the bathroom. Smelt like sewerage. No indication was given of cost of parking on the street prior. Had it been raining entering the property would have been a night with a car and no parking. Reception staff were great but no tissues, no Gideon bible, no note book or pen in the room and no moisturiser. Was lacking in some areas particularly the smell.

The room when I checked in was not as it is shown in the picture. It was smelling as there was no proper ventilation. Theres no window at all which can be opened. The AC stopped working in the middle of the night. The linen and Bed was damp and cold. Had to use a spare blanket from the closet. It was a terrible experience. Also I couldnt get a parking spot and had to park in the street.

The Quest is well located for access to the Light Rail and the unit was well appointed. Our 2 bedroom unit was however located at ground level with bedroom windows facing directly onto the street. On Friday and Saturday night there was much noise from pedestrians talking and laughing at 2am plus thumping noises from the music at the pub across the road. Ear plugs were provided but a higher level room would be more private. Another issue is the parking. This should be included with the room rate.

The lady at reception was very rude and wasnt nice or easy to deal with . The place was nice and clean but over priced for what it is when parking isnt included and you pay additional for parking .

The team were very accommodating when we realised the beautiful 2 bedroom apartment we booked was on the top floor and then an additional set of stairs to get up to the apartment. My mum had recent knee surgery and found it difficult to get up the set of stairs. When we spoke to the team at reception they were more than happy ro accomodate and move us to the ground floor which was much better for my mum. The apartment was clean, spacious and came with all the things like shampoo, conditioner and body wash which smelt amazing!! Would definitely recommend and will be back

Very friendly and helpful staff that helped with dining options and local knowledge. Close to light rail which gave access to other parts of Newcastle. There’s a lot of building in the area which restricts some pedestrian access was travelling with people with mobility issues. Comfortable stay, would recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, apartment was very well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The complimentary toiletries were high quality. Kids loved the experience. Enjoyed walking along the harbour in the early morning sun. Parking was good and reception staff friendly. Good value for money.

We got put in Room 401, a two bedroom apartment in the tower (so the lift doesn’t go all the way) which was amazing. Huge and very well appointed, and super clean. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The hotel is not in the best part of town but it’s right opposite the light rail interchange so really easy to get about.
