３ヶ月前に予約したので安価で利用できました。 リノベーションしたのか、外観は古いですが、ホテル内はきれいでした。歯ブラシは、無料で利用できると嬉しかったかな。ただ、概ね満足できましたので、また機会があれば利用します。

Hotel Pacific is perfectly located to enjoy Kanazawa. The staff was amazing. The bed was soft (which I like!) and the pillows were perfect! They have a little coffee shop. The cafe also serves some fun cocktails and their famous ginger drink. I would absolutely stay here again! I highly recommend.

Great lobby areas with breakfast options in the morning and evening snacks in the other well decorated and comfortable lobby. It was nice to sit and relax there with tea and cookies after a long day visiting the city.

Excellent hotel with probably the best staff you’ll find. Great location right next to Omicho Market and Kanazawa Castle. Cool rooms. Laundry and nice cafe on site. Quiet. Highly recommend.

What a lovely hotel and I hope to return again! The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Because the front desk also serves as a coffee shop there is always someone around if you have a question etc. We had a big request - for the hotel to book a reservation on our behalf at a busy restaurant on a Saturday night. They called on our behalf, got a last minute table and called up to our room when the restaurant was ready to receive us. There were little details about the hotel that really are memorable. The homemade ginger tea is delicious both on its own and as a cocktail. They provide comfortable pjs and toiletries like a toothbrush and toothpaste etc. bike rentals are affordable (¥200 for a couple hours and I think about 100 for each hour after) and first come first serve. Biking in Kanazawa was a trip highlight! The room was spacious considering previous places we stayed in Japan. It had a firm bed - I’m a westerner and had great sleeps! The room and hotel is quiet too. Quiet Jazz music in the hallways and has mid century modern vibe. Very attractive furnishings. Location: this hotel is steps from the market and a close walk to the castle gardens and geisha district. If you are travelling with the JR pass this includes two routes that go to the market from the train station. The hotel is a short bike ride to samurai district too. Lots of restaurants near by.

Welcoming staff and thoughtful touches, like a basket of towels at the entrance to dry off with if you arrived wet from the rain. Extra towels in the room to use as necessary. Excellent coffee. Wholesome breakfast. Stylish, relaxing bar/lounge. Great location.

Close to city center, breakfast cafes close by. About 1,3 km from the station, so prepare to walk a bit. Bit that is always flat sidewalks where suitcases roll well. Castle and Gardens are close by. We did everything on foot and enjoyed our stay. Laundry machine with integrated dryer costs 500 yen.

近江町市場から非常に近く、どこへいくにも便利でした。 ビジネスホテルを改装したようで、部屋のところどころに古い感じもありましたが、清潔に手入れされていると感じました。

A fabulous hotel in a great location just a 15 minute walk from the train / bus station, and easily walkable to everything else including the fabulous market next door! Great rooms which are immaculately clean, great staff, very reasonably priced, and good breakfast and coffee (both not included). Why would you stay anywhere else?

Very nice little hotel. Very welcoming reception desk, with the aroma of fresh coffee and very helpful staff. Our room was very small so not for big bodies, but really clean and very nicely appointed/decorated. We loved our stay

Really nice hotel, room was pretty spacious (the bathroom however was tiny, but perfectly functional) and nicely furnished / decorated. Friendly staff. Good location, only a 15 minute walk from Kanazawa station. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kanazawa.

Hotel muy pequeño, la limpieza deja un poco que desear. Había marcas de agua en los muebles, polvo en las persianas y los interruptores de luz muy sucios. Me pareció muy incómodo que no hay cortinas entonces la luz entra desde muy temprano por la mañana y no deja seguir descansado. El personal es muy amable y eso mejoró la estancia. También me gustó que por 200 yenes te alquilan unas bicicletas.

Great location, everything we wanted to see in Kanazawa was walkable. The staff were absolutely lovely and welcoming. The cafe itself is really cool. The room was comfortable with everything we needed. It's a little bit dated, and the bathroom is small, but everything was perfectly clean and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others. Overall 5/5.

The room was cute and bright. It was small but that’s been the norm for my three weeks in Japan. I was comfortable and the PJs were nice. The location was also walkable to everywhere I wanted to go.

Comfortable, very friendly and helpful staff, loved my stay at Pacific hotel. Location is great. Just beware: if you’re a big person you might have to do a little acrobatics in the bathroom.

3.5/5. The hotel is a bit Hipster. The service was great. The staff was very friendly and able to help me have my luggage delivered to my next hotel in English. They also provide guides and recommendations. The location is also good. Next to the famous market and close to transportation. It’s also within a 30 min walk of most of the popular places. They similarly rent bikes. The room was big with a queen sized bed and relatively soft. Everything was clean. However, the bathroom was too small - my knees nearly touched the wall when I sat on toilet and I kept hitting the shower wall whenever I took a shower. For context, I am only 5’5 (165cm). They also do not provide toiletries as part of a sustainability effort (other than the body wash/shampoo/conditioner). They sell them for a low price, but the cotton pads were poor quality - I would recommend bringing your own. The WiFi isn’t great, my phone kept disconnecting. The tv does have Netflix. The walls are very thin. It is was not a big issue for me as far as sleeping, but I think it’s possible that I just got lucky and was surrounded by respectful neighbors. But it also made me subconscious about how much noise I might have been making when I was using the television. I didn't have a poor experience, but I would probably try a different place if I go back.

The reception was super friendly and allowed early check-in on a very hot day. This was highly appreciated. They even turned on the air-con before I headed to the room, very lovely touch.

This is a great option as i planned to walk around to the market near by and other activities. The staff was very kind and let me check in before the said time. Their breakfast was also great. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was amazing! The staff there were so nice and able to help us with luggage transfer. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The atmosphere was fun and cozy. I also enjoyed the japanese style room.

I was a little nervous about booking Hotel Pacific Kanazawa but I'm so glad I did! Such a great little place that is different from the norm. The combined cafe/bar downstairs was great and had delicious drinks - definitely recommend the ginger drinks here! The room was reasonably spacious (in line with other hotels for this price point in Japan), clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly. Biggest benefit was the location, in a super convenient location to walk to so many great locations in Kanazawa and yet still managed to be tucked away on a quiet road. We LOVED staying at Hotel Pacific! Great location right by Ōmichō market and a quick walk to Kanazawa Castle Park and Kenroku-en. The room was super comfortable and cozy. The lobby is a functioning coffee shop with really kind staff. We hope to be back soon!

This is a delightful place to stay. Although it is central and convenient for the major tourist attractions, it is quiet. It is also easy to find. Most of all, the staff are welcoming and friendly - so nice to arrive to the smell of homemade granola and roasted sesame seeds! It is rather quaint and interesting. It has a comfortable and nicely designed bar, just right for relaxing after a full day of walking. I would definitely recommend Hotel Pacific Kanazawa.

Close to city center, breakfast cafes close by. About 1,3 km from the station, so prepare to walk a bit. Bit that is always flat sidewalks where suitcases roll well. Castle and Gardens are close by. We did everything on foot and enjoyed our stay. Laundry machine with integrated dryer costs 500 yen.

Hotel Pacific is perfectly located to enjoy Kanazawa. The staff was amazing. The bed was soft (which I like!) and the pillows were perfect! They have a little coffee shop. The cafe also serves some fun cocktails and their famous ginger drink. I would absolutely stay here again! I highly recommend.

A fabulous hotel in a great location just a 15 minute walk from the train / bus station, and easily walkable to everything else including the fabulous market next door! Great rooms which are immaculately clean, great staff, very reasonably priced, and good breakfast and coffee (both not included). Why would you stay anywhere else?

What a lovely hotel and I hope to return again! The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Because the front desk also serves as a coffee shop there is always someone around if you have a question etc. We had a big request - for the hotel to book a reservation on our behalf at a busy restaurant on a Saturday night. They called on our behalf, got a last minute table and called up to our room when the restaurant was ready to receive us. There were little details about the hotel that really are memorable. The homemade ginger tea is delicious both on its own and as a cocktail. I had a clean one bed unit. The staff at the cafe downstairs were friendly. Especially making their granola and fruit breakfast, Theie ginger tea was exequisite. Really appreciated the recommendation at Shirasagi for the best Ramen I've ever had. And they gave me directions to get to Kanazawa castle park and Kenroku-en while it was raining.

Great location, everything we wanted to see in Kanazawa was walkable. The staff were absolutely lovely and welcoming. The cafe itself is really cool. The room was comfortable with everything we needed. It's a little bit dated, and the bathroom is small, but everything was perfectly clean and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others. Overall 5/5.

Clean and comfortable room, only slight negative is the room could benefit from some redecoration - one wall was a little scuffed. Laundry facilities are very good, washing machines have instructions in English (make sure you have 100 yen coins to pay, there's no change machine) l would definitely stay here again.
