SpringHill Suites by Marriott Medford Airport

Impeccable property. Newer facility. Very very clean. Great location near airport with free shuttle. Lots of parking. Safe area. Breakfast eggs very good. Good coffee 24 hrs in lobby. Staff were attentive. The only downside is there is not much to walk to and no close restaurants; except at the Courtyard Marriott, which they will shuttle you to.

This is the 2nd year in a row my family has stayed in this hotel on our way back home from our big vacay (we drive 10 hours to Nevada from Oregon) and this breaks up that drive so well for the kids. We have 3 boys and the rooms (suites) are affordable and big enough for the whole family to have fun. The pool and staff are amazing and always make this spot a great place to stay.

For the price, this hotel is quite luxurious. It’s literally across the street from the airport, so super convenient! They have a decent workout room, pool, and an amazing complimentary breakfast at reasonable hours. The staff were helpful and friendly. I’m a nursing mom so I needed to freeze pumped milk. They were so accommodating and were able to store and freeze all of my bags no problem. Definitely coming back next year and highly recommend!

Always a pleasure to stay here. When I visit Oregon this is my place. I really wish you had a hot tub though.

Great shuttle service to/from airport.

Stay was great! Room was clean, check in was easy. Beds were comfortable and there was a ton of space for my whole family. Breakfast was hot! One warning: be careful in the pool area. It’s all tile and no ground grip for when it’s wet. My 7 year old was walking and slipped multiple times, including the last time where he smacked the back of his head onto the tile. Sucks because that was one of the main points of staying there with my kids- they were stoked about a pool but it was way too big of a safety risk.

Everything was nice. We had to stay for 4 nights. We enjoyed breakfast every morning. It was a little cold at night when we attempted to use the pool. The workout room has just enough, and a good space. We did not get to enjoy cocktail time. From 5-10 pm they have a few little meals/ appetizers you can order and of course drinks at the bar area.

Good hotel, small pool, good breakfast and fitness center, quiet comfortable room, great location for our trip to Crater Lake.

Hotel is lovely. Only problem was dirty bathroom floor. Jaqueline at the front desk promptly gave us a different room and took into account our mobility needs. She was the epitome of great customer service. Our second room also had floor issues, which we learned from the head of maintenance was from some visitors who had a chemical on their shoes that had damaged the floors. So - they were clean, just marked. He was trying everything he could to fix it. Bottom line - stay here - nice rooms, great service!!

The first time I stayed it was really nice the front desk was nice and gave me a room on first floor then on May 27 the young man at front desk gave me a room on 2nd floor at the very end of it beside laundry room it was 2:10 am when I checked in and it was obviously off hmmn wierd? Then I got in the room and you could tell that someone just used it I checked the bed and hairs on it and lipstick mark on pillow. I asked to move and he told me I’ll see if we have another room. I told him I’m going to post all the photos on social media and demand to have a clean room on the first floor. Pls fellow travelers check the room even if you’re very tired

Nice room, good beds, excellent breakfast. However, the room fan for the heat/AC was extremely noisy and could not be turned off. Kept us awake all night., even with earplugs. In addition, the entrance to the bathroom is in the middle of the room and has a glass door! Anyone using the bathroom at night and turning the bath light on, illuminates the entire room and awakens everyone. VERY poorly planned room. We will not be back

Clean and well appointed rooms. Comfortable beds. Good water pressure in shower. Abundant towels. Delicious breakfast. Great location to airport. Only flaw was design of door to bathroom. The bathroom is directly in front of bed. Barn door design with frosted glass means when go to bathroom in early morning it is like turned on light in bedroom.

The room was fantastic. Lots of room, had a couch and desk. We were surprised by the size of the room and all the amenities. Great stay. Friendly staff and hotel was very clean.

Very good overall, but the bathroom pocket door with frosted glass lit up so brightly at night when using the bathroom that it woke up my wife.

The room was very modern, spacious and clean. Amenities were great! Pool, gym, fire pit, and lounge were wonderful. We were annoyed by blue flashing light on smoke alarm directly above bed. Also the opaque bathroom door allowed full bright light to shine through to bedroom at night. Low toilet was a workout!

Room 327 2 queen suite. This room has an awkward narrow layout. There is much wasted space and the divider at the desk only serves to make the room feel smaller than it is. The trundle sofa is not very comfortable as seating. The queen beds were firm but comfortable. The heater sets itself regardless of what we set it at. We set it at 68 at bedtime, woke up at midnight and the room was 74-much too stuffy to sleep, my husband was up for three hours in the middle of the night because the temperature would not go back down. The walk in closet is wasted space-no full size mirror in the suite at all. The bathroom is completely unpractical. It is very long and narrow. The towel rack is situated beside the toilet-10 FEET AWAY FROM THE SHOWER?! The towels in the shelf were 6 feet away from the shower. The shower/tub combo is definitely smaller than a standard home tub/shower and feels quite claustrophobic in there. There is a heavy slider door to the bathroom that does not lock. It is also made of frosted glass. This design feature does nothing but allow ALL of the light from the bathroom shine directly into the bedroom so during the night when folks are sleeping they are disturbed by the lighting. There is an uncomfortable wood bench situated above the hvac unit at the window. The blackout curtains were nice. Breakfast was typical of Springhill and the hot food items were well attended by staff. My son said the pool water didn’t look clean so he did not go in.

We were not a fan of the layout with the bathroom, it's see through sliding door and lack of counter space. It is Impossible.... to have someone in the bathroom without flooding the bedroom with light. Not Possible - and a Very Big Negative for us.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean but the television was located in an awkward spot in the room where it was difficult to see.

Air conditioning is a little too loud

Loved our stay at springhill suite. Staff was amazing very helpful and very welcoming. We had a very late arrival and they were able to accommodate our needs, awesome staff!

We had an issue with the hester, and they fixed it in a timely manner, and provided extra blankets.

Reservation canceled due to hotel overbooking. Had to stay in another hotel (Holiday Inn Express). But Spring Hill paid for our stay in Holiday Inn, in addition to refunding our pre-paid hotel charge.

I was up all night dealing with cigarette smoke coming from the bathroom. At 12:30 I called the front desk and asked them to check on who was chain smoking. At 1:00 am I went to the front desk to ask them if I could move. There was nobody available. At 5:45 am I woke to more cigarette smoke. I called the front desk, no response. At 8:00 am I went to the front desk to complain. They stated it was most likely because my room was near the outside smoking area. The cigarette smoke was strong and it came from next door. I packed my things and left immediately. The facility does not enforce any smoking ban. The hotel employee was disrespectful and did not do one thing to alleviate the situation other than to say…you are only scheduled for one night so there is nothing I can do! I want a FULL REFUND!

The staff are amazing! I interacted with 2-3 front desk employees, Maintenance and housekeeping and they were all great. Made me feel valued and respected.

Everyone was very helpful, except for the larger women with the nose ring on the left side of her nose. On Sunday morning. She acted like she didn't want to help wuth check out or listen to what we had to tell her about the medical equipment that lencare was going to be picking up. Other than that everything els was good.

We had to book last minute due to a cancelled flight, and they got us all dialed in within 20 minutes. Everyone was friendly and helpful, the room was clean. They also offered an airport shuttle which was amazing at 3:45am when we needed to get to the airport and not have to walk there with little ones. Uber dropped us off but no drivers were available that time of morning

On Friday morning July 21st I arrived around 7:15am and The morning dude that moves his hair out his face every 5 seconds is rude, has bad customer service and will gladly with a smirk turn people away and having them call instead of simply saying I’m sorry we have a no early check in policy due to whatever the heck you guys can think of. Very disappointed with the beginning of my “vacation” Rest of the staff is great just that cornball

This hotel is clean and well-maintained, situated conveniently near the main highway for easy access.

Great property. Located in a business park away from Interstate 5 was a big plus.

Close to airport , which is nice, but nowhere close ,(within walking distance) to eat.

We are never disappointed staying at a Marriott and this experience was no different. We enjoyed our stay. The room was large enough for a family of four with teenagers, the fitness big enough with a variety of equipment, breakfast was delicious. The only thing was that the waffle station was not open on the weekdays so we were a bit bummed but they had other options for vegetarians.

Horrible breakfast uncooked eggs

Room and staff were prefect. The free breakfast left a little to be desired. Decaf coffee was coffee colored water. Bacon and eggs were inedible. No waffle/pancake batter. Not special at all, but it was included free and not what i need in an overnight stay. Room was 5 of 5. Immaculate, clean. Very good value. Will not hesitate to stay again

Great deal for a spacious clean room with great service! Breakfast was great and had something for every one including my non-dairy kid! They had oat milk readily available at no additional charge. 10/10 would stay here again!
