They did not want to honor my breakfast i bought through the app. They were very rude amd condescending, even after showing my booking. KP specifically was rude to me. After that employee said he would do his best to have it figured out. I checked with a second employee later in the day who said it was taken care of - when xhexk out morning comes and i have been charged by the hotel for the breakfast again. The same person that i verified with was working so i went to him and him and the other employee working couldnt figure out how to refund. He then, without saying anything, just started to help the person behind me. When he finished with them he came back to me and eventually figured it out. Very rude staff. The food/view/beds/rooms were great. Pool was very dirty. Overall rude interactions.

If we did not have a GPS it would have been almost impossible to find. Hotel is nice but so hard to find. Wish they included breakfast.

The staff were amazing!! My bed linens were stained with bodily fluids. When I checked out, I showed the picture of the sheets, and addressed my concern. I was informed a manager would look into it. I have not received communication since regarding the issue!

The Key System was down so we had to wait until someone take us up to our Room. When got inside our room. I had to visit the restroom. Noticed that it was poop underneath the seat of the toilet that look as if it was there far more than a week.

Room was dirty. It was hot and so far from the elevator. I’ve stayed here 3 other times and it’s never been like this. Bathroom was dirty, sheets smelled funny. I arrived late and check out early.

Overall it was good; however, not getting daily housekeeping is awful. Hotels.com needs to post current housekeeping policies. Covid restrictions s over. There’s no excuse to not provide daily housekeeping unless you just want to become a second-rate hotel. The front desk employee was very nice and gladly gave us extra towels due to the lack of housekeeping services.

We were visiting Dallas and stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and the entire time of our stay, we were having issues with having zero hot water in the shower. We weren’t the only ones because we asked multiple people in the hotel and we heard from numerous visitors that they were experiencing the same thing. We informed the front desk of this issue every single day of our stay and it was never resolved. There was no solution that was offered to us we just got “the hot water was turned off a couple days ago and ever since, we’ve been having trouble with the hot water”. It would have been nice for the hotel to treat the issue as an urgent matter but unfortunately, we never got any sort of help. We asked the front desk to send someone from maintenance up to our room one night and no one ever showed. The hotel is actually nice and clean - it’s nice to have a pool and a restaurant/bar. I won’t be staying here again because of the service I received. I understand these issues come up, but there is no excuse for the lack of urgency and feeling completely ignored by the hotel staff.

There was an issue with getting into our rooms which was OK but then we noticed that people who came in after us were getting their rooms before we did. Two of us asked about the rooms and finally one of our party went to the desk and confronted them about the room and one appeared. I was never able to use the internet. My only choice was MarriottBonvoy but it wasn’t a secure network and wasn’t the guest one. There was no phone in the room. OK I get it, but there was no information about the hotel or phone numbers. Very frustrating. I couldn’t search for restaurants or look at emails. Again frustrating. I had a problem with the blow dryer and requested a new one. I was told one would be brought to my room. It never came. I was able to figure out why the previous one stopped working and fixed the problem. I was not overly impressed.

Love the lobby & how it smells. Plenty of parking here. Room temperature was hard to maintain. Pillows were some of the WORST. Took forever to fall asleep. one felt like it had tennis balls inside, the other firm firm.

We called the hotel at 9:30 am and were told that early check-in at 12:00 was approved by Jennie. When we arrived to check in at 12:30, we were told by Michael that we could not check in early. He further stated that since we made our reservation through a 3d party (Expedia) that we could not get priority. We then found Jennie and she stated that the room had been ready, but found the room had been given to someone else. The only two people at the desk were Michael and Jennie. Michael then stated that he would call when the room was ready. We left and after not received a phone call, we called at 2:15 and the room was ready. Jennie was very nice, but Michael was a jerk!

We’ve recently stayed 2 separate times at the Sheraton McKinney. We liked it so much the first time, we went there again when we returned to town. The hotel is lovely and the service is great. Very friendly and helpful staff. We were greeted both times by Kalpesh and he made us feel very special, taking care that we felt at home there. We also like that the hotel looks and feels classy and welcoming. It’s now our favorite in this area.

Very new clean and modern Sheraton. Was glad to stay here as it's been a long while since staying at one. Very clean and convenient location. Front desk was next to impossible to reach via inside hotel phones. Maid clean skipped our room twice. Even asking them to at least pick old towels and trash... Did not happen.

The lobby, dinning area, and fitness center were nice and bright. The hotel is old, the entrance is not lit up or inviting at all. It looks like the back door. The guest parking side is much more inviting, but it’s a long walk. Staff is very nice, but the rooms are old. We stayed during the ice storm and couldn’t get the room to cool off at all. The hotels heat was on and it was apparent that you were getting heat in your room no matter what. As far as I could tell, they do not offer queen beds only double. And those double beds are tiny! There’s no was a couple could sleep in a double. They’re located just off the freeway, however, the access is ridiculously difficult to get to if you’re coming from the north or west. Overall I’d give 2 stars and NOT stay there again.

This hotel is very nice. So clean, upscale amenities, great location. Close to good restaurants and plenty of shopping. The staff were just lovely! I was traveling alone and I felt very comfortable. I would stay here again, most definitely!

Our room was beautiful the walk in shower was perfect for our age (76). The bed was so comfortable and the coffee bar with Starbucks coffee was so enjoyable. We loved the breakfast and dinner at the hotel! Overall just a wonderful stay and highly recommend it to anyone!

Absolutely amazing!!! My sister and I truly enjoyed our stay! Comfortable bedding! Wonderful toiletries provided!!! Staff were incredibly helpful and nice!!! I added the breakfast for 2 to the room and it did not disappoint!!! We would definitely stay here again!!!

I arrived Sunday - restaurant closed and had to get food from a very limited room service menu. I got nachos and they charged me $22 for FIVE - yes five - chips. Unbelievable.
