Stayed 12 nights

The staffs are good and friendly. The room has enough space, fridge, microwave and iron. It's good for a long stay, and I stayed for more than 10 days. The complimentary breakfast offers breads, bagels, omelets, bacons, yogurt, and the like. No veggies, but some oranges and apples. I would expect the fitness centre has more equipment.

Stayed 3 nights

Property was clean. Room was spacious and comfortable. Pillows were too small. Breakfast items should be refilled without always asking.

Stayed 1 night

Elevator door did not stay open when I put my arm in to hold it for my grandson to get in with his bag. Had to let the door close & him on first floor by himself. Husband got off when we arrived in our floor & ran down the stairs to get him. Sofa bed was horrible springs poking in you when you laid on it and the floor under & behind sofa was filthy. Air conditioner screamed all night in the suite area where grandson tried to sleep. Definitely not worth the $400 paid for.

We stayed for 2 nights, asked for the room to be made and fresh towels, didn't happen had to always phone down to the front desk for towels. The breakfast was always empty only had 1 but working it, he was good but needed extra hands to help everyone. Not many options for food, and the containers were always empty.
