The rooms were clean and comfortable. We booked two rooms with a mountain view, and one of them was upgraded to a larger room. The upgraded room was very spacious, although it did not have the mountain view. The other room had the view as booked, so overall everything was fine. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool, while we adults enjoyed the spa area, which had a nice view. The fitness room and the women’s spa were good, although the steam bath was not working. In the men’s spa, the water was cold and the steam bath was also not working.

Despite 4 calls to reception/housekeeping over a period of 2 hours, nobody brought any towels to my room. I had to dry myself with the bed sheets.

Excellent team of staff in this hotel. I like to mention few names, with whom I had contact with and the professionalism, courtesy, friendliness they showed towards us. Manager Ahmed Yehia, check in staff Shiyan and Samayeta and housekeeper Shivam. These people are great asset to this hotel. Location is excellent as it is connected to mall and heaps of free undercover parking. Breakfast has great varieties and large dinning room with lots of morning light. One of the best hotels we have stayed in so far on our trip to UAE.

It's directly connected to the Fujairah Mall on the 1st floor (the mall is mostly food courts and a hypermarket, only one real restaurant). The hotel was fine for one night, though cleaning and checkin experience could have been better. Pretty good location.
