Very nice staff, room is clean and comfortable, though not very big once you put an extra bed. I would change the duvet for a thinner one: the one we had was too thick and we were bound to put the ac on 22 degree, otherwise it was too hot to sleep with. Swimming pool is very nice. Aerocity offers many eating options

The staff is very friendly and helpful; however, the hallways and rooms reek of piss or smoke. The odor is so strong that you get a headache after a hour. This hotel is being renovated so the pool is closed and you can hear construction during the day on the exterior. Also the prices for food and drinks are much much higher than at the surrounding hotels and restaurants. If you have the option, look to book elsewhere.

I love this hotel. The staff is amazing! The rooms are very clean, the showers are very hot, the water pressure is great as well. They have a wonderful sauna, great gym and a beautiful pool. The best service in all of Delhi!

This hotel was not a five star property. The rooms were small and the bathroom linens were worn and not white white. We stayed here two nights, the bathrooms were not cleaned the second day. Just replaced the towels and the vanity items. The hotel takes advantage of the travelers in need of a ride to the airport. The concierge quoted is Rs.1400 for a Innova van the night before our checkout time. Next morning the front desk wanted Rs.2000. We did not have any other choice at 3:45 am and ended up paying their ridiculous price. At night time the front area was dark. Guests walking in from the World Market had some safety concerns. Overall, I will not stay here again for the ridiculous price they charge.

Clean, well-staffed, good restaurants, and I appreciated the reusable glass water bottles. Yet, the rooms can use improvement - the rooms have very low lighting making it difficult to get ready in front of a mirror and there are no electrical outlets in the bathroom or near any mirror, so if you need to use a curling iron or other electrical item to get ready, then you will have a hard time in these rooms. There was also maintenance happening and my windows were covered in plastic making the room even darker and it was occasionally loud with maintenance noises, customers shouldn't be expected to to pay full price during the maintenance. But overall, clean and staff were great.

Comfortable and large room. The AC would not turn up so it was a chilly 16.5C even with the setpoint at 24. Breakfast was good albeit chaotic and waited about 40 min on a Sunday to be seated. Didn't hit the pool but will try it next time.

Overall Assessment: Needs Improvement We stayed at Novotel for five nights, and unfortunately several aspects of the room setup significantly affected my comfort and ability to work. 1. Lighting The room lighting was far too dim for any business work, including reading or working on documents. I requested a table lamp from the concierge and the check-in desk three times over a four-hour period. Despite this, the final visit to my room was only to ask what the problem was, which had already been clearly explained earlier. 2. Electrical Sockets and Iron The power plugs for the iron were located in a very small corner of the room, making access difficult. Additionally, one of the iron plugs did not fit any of the sockets in the room. I had to request a replacement iron with the correct plug suitable for a standard socket. 3. Work Desk The desk provided was extremely narrow and not suitable for working with a laptop and documents at the same time. This made it uncomfortable and impractical for business use. Conclusion While the stay was manageable, from a business traveler’s perspective the room facilities and service response need improvement.

We stayed in for a brief period as we were transiting Delhi. The check in was terrible. It took us 45 minutes to check in. We reached the hotel by 11.15pm and were in the room by 12.05 midnight and left at 5am. The room was great and could not use any other amenities as we left early.

I had to call them 4-5 times to fix it but they were unable to fix it until midnight that to i have to go personally to the front desk and wait there for almost 3 hours before they could fix it. At check-in, I was asked would I be using the in-room mini bar and I stated “I am not sure… maybe”. Thereafter, once I was situated in my room housekeeping knocked on my door stating that he needed to lock the mini bar. So I let him in and that is what he did… he locked the mini bar. I thought that was extremely brash and rude. Asking a customer at check-in will they be using the mini bar is a ridiculous question. First off, I did not know what was being offered in the mini bar until I got into the room, so I should not have to make a decision at check in. The fact that someone came and locked the mini bar while I was in the room is unprofessional and wreaks of two-star hotel behavior. Now, what if I had changed my mind and now the mini bar is locked. Secondly, on my check-out date I received a phone call from the front desk asking me what time would I be leaving. I was annoyed because I felt rushed and had not decided what time I was heading out but I knew was that it would be by noon which is the check out time. The employee then says to me “well can you give me a time?” I responded and told her I will be out by noon which is the check-out time and that is all I could tell her because I was getting ready. Ao in In summary, do not lock the mini bar while the guest is in the room and do not pressure guests for a check out time any time before hotel noon policy.

While this hotel has some great amenities and general convenience to the airport and separation from the “chaos” of Delhi the staff was absolutely inhospitable. After a 14 hour flight the check in process was atrocious and chaotic. It was literally as if we were inconveniencing the staff. After having the clear expectations of the room type (lounge access) I was told that was not the room I booked. Of course I had to “prove” this was certainly the room I booked. Which of course solidified the ineptitude of not confirming reservation details. Further as is standard with most hotel check ins we weren’t provided a option for a second key, directed to what amenities or how to access and not even directed to where to access the elevator for the room. So to be blunt they lack hospitality here but if your looking for an area that provides you with some options this is great however, you can probably find better options from the other hotels with better reputation for treating guests as if they are the inconvenience.

This booking was for my parents for one night stay. I paid for early check in and got email confirmation from the hotel. When my parents got to the hotel, staff was extremely rude, asking them to come back at noon since rooms aren’t available. They even denied them breakfast that was included in the early check in Overall, the check in experience and staff was way below par compared to similar properties in aero city. Not going to book stay here again

This is a nice hotel and up to the Novotel standard. It is well placed for the airport. However, given that its guests are most likely to be going to or from the airport it is surprising there is no shuttle ( despite expedia stating there is a 24 hour service) and also if you request a taxi from reception it is about 4x more expensive than a prepaid taxi or an uber. Shame because this creates a bad feeling about the property which would make me reconsider my choice for my next stay

Excellent location just 5-10 min drive from Delhi T3. Front service staff extremely helpful and polite. We had breakfast here and I would say it has everything you can expect from a five star hotel. Late checkout was granted without any issues. Lobby and lounge area very good for relaxing and leisure. Overall very good hotel and experience.
