酒店在大安區，環境十分寧靜。酒店附早餐，還有停車場，在台北市區實屬難得。停車場只有12個車位，幸好每次都有位置可停。但停車場環境較暗，而且位置窄，有些車位較不好停。如果沒有開車，離捷運站距離較遠。

184+160+130cm睡一張大床蓋一件棉被很夠用，洗澡水量強也不會溢出很棒，空調不太會用一度覺得很悶，後來服務人員有跟我們說怎麼用就ok了，左右兩邊都是警察局，離捷運站和公車站牌很近，很方便！自行開車有地下停車位，雖然不多但回來時都有位能停，房間乾淨床好睡，整體體驗很不錯！

Large rooms, good breakfast buffet, great staff. Only issue on my 3rd stay during my month in taipei is the 10th flr room had some low machine noise during the entire night. Front desk lady thought it may be the hvac equipment on the roof. Best to get a room below the 9th floor.

The room was renovated, bathroom was very comfortable to use and convenient. However, the AC was the worst part of the whole experience since it kept changing the level of the fan with an extremely loud sound. The whole night we couldn’t sleep well. The absolutely worst part was the staff at the restaurant for the breakfast. Absolutely rude and ignorant. Since we were asked to tell our room number when we enter the restaurant, he gave us no response just with a “hmm” 2 days in a row. When he came to take the plates when we finished, he pointed the dishes without saying anything and took the plates. Very confused and the worst experience we had so far in Taipei.

Loved my stay here! The room was clean and modern-looking, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I had a great view of Taipei 101 from my room. It’s about a 6–8 minute walk to the nearest station. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Taiwan!

Courteous and super helpful staff. Breakfast was great and they even offered a packed breakfast box on our way to the airport early in the morning. Rooms were clean and complimentary beverages replaced everyday in the frig. Great location with tree-lined views. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again.

5人家族で2部屋予約。14:30にチェックイン完了し、15時に部屋に案内するとの事だったので疲れている子供達とフロント前の椅子で待機。15:00〜17:30まで、何度も部屋に入れるか確認したが、部屋の掃除が終わってないという理由でフロント前に3時間いました。何度も聞いた「何時になれば入れる？」との問いには「ちょっと待って。掃除中」の返事のみ。時間を言わないから待ちますよね。。フロント前で待機中だったのは私達親子だけだったんだから、一部屋だけでも先に掃除を終わらせて部屋に入れてくれてもよかったんじゃないでしょうか。結局、17:30になって聞いてもまだとの返事で、仕方なく夕飯に出かけました。朝早くから移動してきた子供達はぐったりで休ませてあげたかった。。15時〜17:30までの無駄な時間でした。フロントスタッフは謝罪もありませんでした。こんな事は当たり前なんでしょうか。また、朝食は10:00ちょうどになると何のアナウンスもなくスタッフ達が食材からトングを抜き、一斉に片付け始めます。何人かの遅くきたゲストはトングを取られて食材がお皿に入れられず苦笑いされてました。フロントもそうでしたが臨機応変がない。10:00には食事中でも机の上のものをガンガン下げられました。全体的に優しさや思いやりがないのが残念でした。もう行きません。

駅からは少しあるが、最寄りの忠孝新生駅の6番出口の近くにはセブンイレブンとファミリーマートもあり便利。大安森林公園駅も使え、そちらの駅近くには鼎泰豊やお店もたくさんある。二駅使えるので便利でした。九份へは、隣の忠孝復興駅から1062番のバスで一本で行けました。始発なので座れます。ホテルのスタッフさんは親切でにこやかでした。ファミリールームに宿泊しましたが、広々としていて快適でした。無料のミネラルウォーターのボトルがあり、嬉しかったです。 4泊しましたが、朝ごはんは毎日少しずつ変化があり楽しかったです。

The property is convenient to the subway, parks and restaurants. The room had 2 beds and was spacious. We appreciated the daily sodas and water that were replenished in the room. The morning Chinese breakfast was adequate - good variety but the food was a bit cold. Service from staff was excellent - we had packages delivered, they assisted with making change for the laundry and loaned umbrellas to us. A good value for a very convenient location!

Overall, we had an enjoyable stay at Sonnien. Well located near the MRT and the beautiful Da-an park. Good room with space to open suitcases. Bathroom had good shelf space but I found the toilet roll holder in a very difficult place to reach, too low down. Restaurant only for breakfast. This choice available was primarily to Asian tastes. For western tastes, the cereal was limited to muesli and cornflakes. Scrambled egg available daily but sausages and other items only on certain days. Bread, rolls and croissants also variable. Staff provided good service. Pretty good value for money. We are happy to recommend Sonnien.
