There was an obvious stain on the duvet cover, hair on the fitted sheet and some other stain. The people above us were absolutely rude and loud. We called the front desk multiple times and they still sounded like they were coming through the floor. We had 2 children with us and couldn’t sleep due to noise. Pool was pointless because it was so cold, we couldn’t get in. We would not stay here again.

Beautiful, new property. Hispanic gentleman at the front desk was amazing and professional. The pool was closed, not happy about that, as that was the main reason I selected this hotel. But the pool table was a cool option.

Breakfast just ok. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Pool was very cold and unusable. Major disappointment. Room could use a microwave. Need better water pressure. Accessible shower poured water all over bathroom floor. Nice looking place. Comfortable bed. Room seemed clean and neat. Ice maker didn’t work.

The main reason I chose this hotel was for the pool table. I knew there was a good likelihood that we would spend a good amount of time in the hotel and being able to have that extra added fun is nice. The hotel was ok. It looked to be older as a lot of areas just seemed worn (pool table, carpet, walls, etc). The night shift lobby receptionist was fantastic - super friendly and sweet! Overall, I’m not going to say I’d never stay there again, but I’d likely try another in the area if I ever had to stay here n the area again.

Our first time at a Tru and loved this once. Friendly and quick check-in, very welcoming to dogs, and wow super clean lobby and room was also clean and comfy. Gym was nice and had all newer equipment. Thankful for the 24-7 coffee and tea in the lobby. Overall great stay thank you so much!

The bathroom shower door had so much mold, and the shower floor was covered with hair when we walked in. The bath towels were torn and raggedy The hand soap dispenser barely had any soap in it. While these items are horrific, they show the lack of cleanliness and attention given to the preparation of the room. We travel very often and always choose to stay at a Hilton property, and are Hilton members. The decline in room preparation doesn't make me feel comfortable at all.

Overall, it was an excellent choice for our 1 night stay! The room was very clean, very warm (which we needed in the 5° weather), and the bathroom was very large. The free breakfast in the morning was an added bonus! The staff were super friendly! Check in and out qere quick and efficient. We felt safe and slept well! The water pressure in the shower is very light, but other than that personal preference, we had no complaints!

I stayed at this property about a week ago (traveling for a family emergency so this is why this review is a bit delayed) on my way down the East Coast. I was greeted by two friendly women at the front desk upon arrival after driving in heavy storms. The ladies were friendly and informative. After I got to the room and unpacked all of my wet belongings, I noticed that there were nail clippings on one of the two beds. I also noticed that the room had multiple hairs around the bathroom and dust / dirt on the floor. It was obvious that the cleaning / bedding change was not fully completed prior to giving this room to a customer. The morning of my departure, the cleaning staff repeatedly knocked on the door prior to the listed check out time of 11:00 AM so I felt very rushed out of the hotel room. Lastly, as I was packing up to depart, I saw two bugs crawling around the table near the bed which completely grossed me out. Despite the warm welcome, I do not plan to stay here again due to the lack of cleanliness, the possible bug infestation and feeling rushed.

The mattress was so thin that the 2 nights we were there all I felt were springs. The pillows were so thin and flat. The breakfast area was not clean and very limited food so we had to go to Cracker Barrel for breakfast. Very disappointed especially for a Hilton brand.

Only disappointment was the body wash container in the shower was completely empty. Sucks to find when you’re in the middle of taking a shower! One other thing, I don’t know if I was near a mechanical room, but there was a constant noise of a fan or motor that prevented me having a good nights sleep!

I would not book this hotel again. My experience was incredibly frustrating from the start. My first room (219) smelled strongly of sewage, and to make matters worse, there were water bugs crawling near my belongings. I was transferred to another room (226), which unfortunately wasn’t much better—the bathroom door barely closed, and there was visible mold around the shower. The staff, with the exception of the kind maintenance man, were rude and dismissive. I requested a late checkout (a feature they claim to offer), but was told I couldn’t do that without any real explanation. The overall customer service was poor, and frankly, I would have expected better treatment at a Super 8. This stay was a huge letdown and truly damages the reputation of the Hilton brand. I won’t be returning. And oh yeah as for a bonus.. apparently I had Bigfoot pacing around in the room upstairs from for an hour and a half. I would have booked a super 8 or econo if I knew service was this subpar..

When I checked in it took over 40 minutes and I was the only person there. It seemed as though the employee was on something, he couldn’t remember his password, had to try to restart the computers several times, forgot what he was doing etc. Once I was finally checked in I went to my room to realize he didn’t activate the cards properly and I had to go back down with all my stuff. Extremely frustrating after a day of traveling at 11pm at night.

One of the nicest and pleasurable hotel experiences ive ever had top to bottom if i had one negative id say the lack of microwaves in the rooms was the only negative but thats minimal compared to all the positives, indoor pool was great not cold but perfect for an enjoyable swim, room was spotless, the hot breakfast was excellent, the staff was friendly and very helpful when asked any questions & the comfortable common areas inside and outside were one of the highlights for me just an 10/10 rating for me!!

We like minimalistic design, no carpets, fresh smell, roomy space, modern switches for the light and controllers for the blinds, good working AC. Breakfast was very good too. We stopped only for the night of driving from NY to FL and didn't expect the hotel to be so nice, especially for such a low price. Highly recommend it!
