I searched for a pet friendly hotel. This one came up and appeared to be a nice place to stop for the night. The issue I had was the pet fee was $75. When I booked the room I didn't see that price listed. Normally it's a much lower charge. I won't be staying there again.

This hotel is wonderfully new, clean and very nice on the inside and out. The bed and pillows were top notch - very comfortable. The breakfast was not standout, but perfectly fine for what it is. The water in the bathroom was hot, the HVAC worked and the EV charging station was available. My ONLY complaint would be that, at least in my room (524 I think - end of the hallway on 5th floor), the WiFi was abysmally slow. I couldn't even stream a show without repeated buffering. But I'm assuming I was just too far away from an access point, and this was minor in the overall experience.

This is the nicest, cleanest and best Hampton Inn that I’ve seen in a very long time. For years it was our hotel of choice but they started declining. The staff, rooms, fitness center, dining area and food here was all exceptional. Everything was immaculate

Beautiful, clean rooms. Looked like it had been recently renovated. Really nice outdoor area with a gas fireplace and plenty of seats. It was a vacation on our way to our vacation.

Front desk staff was amazing!! Both ladies were extremely friendly. Single best hotel experience I have honestly ever had. The one and only thing that was not perfect was the indoor pool was too cold to swim in.

Smooth check in clean hotel and room. Only thing that was and issue is the somewhat strong perfume like cleaning fragrance in hallways. For me with asthma I was very thankful my room did not smell the same.

The lobby was nice and clean but the entire 2nd floor hallway smelled musty/mildewy. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is listed as pet friendly, but there is a $75 pet fee which we did not expect.

The room should have been serviced more than it was. We were there for a week and it was barely cleaned. We had to ask for towels a lot. We went for three days without the room being cleaned! We saw police at the hotel in the lobby one day. Not sure if we would stay there again.

We have traveled frequently for our son’s golf tournaments and this is the cleanest hotel we have stayed in. I always look for high ratings in cleanliness and this one went beyond. The staff was also extremely courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this Hampton Inn.

Hotel was great. Front desk was friendly and willing to make your stay the best. Room was spotless, quiet, very comfortable. Breakfast was the best we've had at a motel. Loved the covered sitting area outside with fireplace. Quick on and off 95 and was not in the hub-bub of the Outlet Mall. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The facility was New and Modern, Very nice room decor. However room 424 had a extremely NOISY HVAC unit and woke me whenever it activated. I finally checked out at approx. 5:00am unable to sleep with the noise. I notified the desk attendant of the problem.

This is a beautiful hotel with amazing staff but the rooms in the back are very noisy from the road., I couldn’t sleep at all and you really need to have some breakfast options for people with allergies. I could not even have coffee because there were no non dairy options. I’m a vegan due to severe allergies and there really wasn’t anything for me to eat either

After a 7 hour drive that took 14 hours (bad accident and dead stop traffic for 3 1/2 hours), booking and canceling 2 other hotels in the area, we finally booked with Hilton. From the moment we walked through the doors we were greeted with a smile and a true feeling of the staff being happy we were there! I explained our previous dilemma at 2 other hotels and that this trip was important as it was my daughter’s Christmas/birthday gift. Her birthday is on Saturday! They were so kind and generous! They brought her right over to their snack area and helped her make a special gift bag full of goodies just for her! Their kindness was so appreciated as they truly went above and beyond to turn a nightmare of a day into the best day ever for my daughter. The rest of the day the staff was so happy to engage us anytime they saw us, they never not acknowledged our presence even when they were working on other matters! Their positive, upbeat personalities are just infectious as i couldn’t help but smile the rest of the day! This is definitely where I will be staying in for all future trips to the area!

I reserved a room with a king bed and, upon arrival, was told none were available, despite paying in advance. I was given a room with two queen beds instead. Other than that, the property was on par with other Hampton Inns.

Great check in with Nicole, who went out of her way to accommodate my slight handicap. She provided options and ultimately a chair for the tub/shower. Breakfast staff very pleasant!

The front desk staff & housekeeping were exceptionally pleasant. I never fill out reviews, but I had to with this review bc I was extremely happy with everything there, & will be staying there again from now on when visiting my family. I def recommend this hotel to anyone staying with or without children. It’s a great family friendly hotel!

Very close to many restaurants, gas stations, and interstate 95. The hotel itself had a comfortable bed, clean room, good water pressure in shower, and a nice breakfast. I would stay here again.

The stay was fine. The billing practices are not. Hotels.com said I would be billed 167 dollars +/-. Here we are 6 days later. I have been charged $199.00 which has posted. There are still 2 post authorizations against my debit card. One for $111.00 and one for $13.00. I've been waiting for them to drop off, and they have not. So in total I am out $323.00 for an 8 hour stay. I usually take my RV while travelling the I95 corridor, this time I decided to take my more fuel efficient sedan, to save money. I could have bought a lot of fuel for $323.00. Which is what I will do next time. It's a minor annoyance to me, but tying up someone's funds for over a week, could be a trip ender. Even if it's just a 124 dollars.

We enjoyed our one night stay on our way down to Florida; the hotel is situated right off I 95, which is really convenient. The check in was smooth and welcoming; the room is immaculate and modern. The free breakfast was surprisingly good; plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. Highy recommended for folks traveling on I -95

The hotel is relatively new. 3 years old. So it’s modern looking and very clean. The Exit number for the hotel off 95 North is listed as Exit 95 to route 70 is incorrect. It should be Exit 97.

Cet hôtel est magnifique et bien situé. Le personnel à l’accueil est très gentil, souriant et on ressent une belle complicité avec leurs clients. L’hôtel semble neuf, très belle décoration, chambre spacieuse. J’ai reçu des bouteilles d’eau à mon arrivée, une belle attention. Le choix des restaurants de la région a été répertorié sur une feuille qui m’a été remise. Points négatifs : Cet hôtel mériterai un 6 étoiles, mais au petit-déjeuner qui est inclus dans le prix de la chambre, on doit se faire servir par une dame, celle-ci fait son travail correctement mais c’est un irritant le matin. J’ai été le premier à être servi car je suis arrivé tôt avant l’ouverture et cela a bien été, mais si j’avais été le 10e dans la ligne, je ne crois ma patience aurait été mise à l’épreuve. Lorsque nous voyageons et que l’on choisi un hôtel avec petit-déjeuner, c’est pour sauver du temps, je ne comprends pas cette politique et malgré que c’est u hôtel magnifique, il y a un irritant juste avant le départ, ce qui donne un aspect négatif de notre séjour. De grâce, si vous désirez avoir des clients répétitifs, laissez les clients se servir le matin dans le buffet et vos clients partiront heureux.

Very nice stay with a very clean room and comfortable bed. We weren't overly impressed with the breakfast process. Part of the breakfast area was blocked off and we needed to ask for some of the food while other items were available to us. It seemed like a hit or miss process that didn't make sense to us.

The hotel was cleaned and the staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. My wife enjoyed the breakfast and breakfast on the go was a very convenient option since I ran out of time. The location was just off I-95 with a gas station nearby. My experience was great and Hampton Inn will be our choice of hotels in the future for sure.

We recently stayed here for a wedding nearby and had a great experience! The management was excellent, so sweet to son when she found out it was his birthday letting him pick out a treat and checking on us the next day to see how the wedding and birthday was! Breakfast was great, so many options! We highly recommend!

The breakfast was absoultly horrible. Almoat non edible. The potatoes were very mushy, the sausage patties were bland, tasted like carboard. The cheese omlet was very dry and bland
