Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to show up and check me in. When I got to my room, it was blocked open and looked like someone had snuck in to take a shower because towels were used/missing. I was way to tired to deal with it, so I just let it slide. Ragged linens need to be replaced and hall carpet in serious need of vacuuming/shampooing. People loitering around entrance. Breakfast was decent.

Was very disappointed. The entrance and the breakfast area were quite dirty, which is unacceptable. There was a very unpleasant smell as soon as I walked in. Additionally, there were children playing behind the front desk/service area during check-in, which felt very unprofessional. I hope management takes steps to improve the cleaning and staff organization.
