This was a stopover stay so we arrived late and left early but my daughter still wanted to swim. She did, even though the heat wasn’t working for the pool. Everything else was just what we wanted and needed: comfortable, clean, quiet. We left before breakfast, overall we had a perfect stay, and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

The front desk guest check in, I wish I could remember her name, but she was a young girl, was exceptional. So friendly and just out going . I work In the hotel industry and I was so impressed by her!! Just amazing service. My only complaint was they had one elevator that worked and that was so slow! Bathroom needs some updating. But honestly they were minor things.

1: The carpets are filthy throughout hotel. 2: Carpet in elevator gross. 3: disgusting smell throughout hotel 4: 4 night stay and pool was not open 5: tables in breakfast area were sticky 6: staff were very friendly except for the young blondish brown hair girl. My husband is handicapped and he asked for a chair for the shower and she was giving him the chair knowing he was walking with a walker. 7: I would never stay again

Nice quick overnight stay when traveling. Conveniently located, staff is great, there is a pool and it’s clean (but very cold), breakfast was very good! Our room wasn’t the cleanest, but it wasn’t terrible for one night.

Great property. Convenient for shopping and doning options. Disappointed that my king suite had did not have the bathroom remodel. Also heating the pool would be nice. I was definitely looking forward to a swim but it was too cold

The carpeting was wet. There were stains on the bed skirt and curtains. I was not comfortable at all with the cleanliness and was surprised it had the Radisson name attached to it. Would not recommend.

There were roaches. The toilet didnt work. And front desk was rude. Called to get toilet fixed first thing in the morning, they didnt come. I asked for late check out due to the bathroom and they just said "no" and ended the convo.

Great location and excellent customer service. The carpet in the hallways needs cleaning, and the cloth furniture in your rooms needs clean. Carpet in the room is frayed and needs replacing. The walls in the room are dirty and need to be wiped down. However, for the price I would stay here. The place is not dirty. It is just showing wear and tear.

I've stayed here before and it was really nice, so I was actually surprised that the quality of my stay this time was much different. For starters, you can hear everything from adjoining rooms (including upstairs and downstairs) & the whole 3rd floor smelled like weed. The part that sealed the deal for me not staying there again is the beds. The had a sheet, a light blanket & another sheet where the thicker blanket usually is. Since that wasn't my experience before, I didn't think to bring my own blankets, so I ended up having to purchase some at a nearby store. Not sure why they would downgrade something like that. Overall my stay wasn't horrible, but I'll pay a little extra for a quiet, comfortable room at a different hotel next time.

Hotel was fine. Breakfast area was clean which is a pet peeve of mine. Only problem was I showered 3 times in a two night stay and never had hot water. Morning and evening. Shower this morning started well but was tepid after two minutes.

Management has no regard for customer service or customer satisfaction. The first night in my room around 11 PM. I noticed that I was cold. The next morning, I let the Hotel know that I did not have any heat. The maintenance said the heat was out and I needed to be removed to another room. I was moved to the other room and there were red stains on my bedspread that were either fingernail polish or blood. they did change the bedspread. Upon checkout, I asked the management for some type of adjustment for what I had experienced. She told me since I paid for the room through Expedia. There was no adjustment to be done. She told me next time I come in town she would give me a discount. Since I purchased only Expedia, I'm not a valuable customer that's how I felt. There will be no next time. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a hotel in my life.

We were there for a softball tournament, pool closed! No forewarning of that! Had issues with a reservation that was made 1 month ago. Was told that they did not have a room for us, finally got one, then 30 minutes later a stranger walks into our room. Double booked! Front desk personnel disrespectful, unhelpful and rude! Awful experience. Manager told use she had been there only 2 weeks. There needs to be some major customer service work done!

Every single staff memeber from the manager, front desk , to all the cleaning staff and maintenance are the most amazing people! Being personable in the hospitality industry is key. Cleanliness is top priority for me and it met my standards. My mini fridge was not cooling and the manager had maintenance their immediately. Shelanda and Katelynn from front desk really deserve recognition for being extremly kind and helpful. Not only did they make it easy to extend my stay, but they were kind enough to also help with something outside there scope of work and provided guidance on home search in the nearby areas as I am in the middle of a home search. It showed so much humanity in a challenging time. Thank you to all the staff.

Front desk awful!!! Staff ignorant, disrespectful, rude! Had room booked for 1 month. Now telling me they are overbooked, but they’ll upgrade me to a king room. They are 3 people in my party. 3 on a king! Will never stay here again! I do not recommend this hotel. I have never had these issues with a booking before

The hotel mgr., Stephanie was very accommodating. Their were issues from Hotels.com with my booking and she upgraded me without hesitation. The night mgr also was very friendly and offered assistance each time she saw me.

Hotel did not have the hotels.com itinerary for the 2 rooms I booked for this late Saturday night stay. So they charged us separately for the two rooms ( same room, double queen) but with 2 different prices. Plus I’m getting billed for the transaction billed through hotels.com for 2 rooms. The hotel said you need to fight it out through hotels.com as we don’t have this reservation even though I showed them the receipts on line and the online charge from my credit card company. Held at desk for an hour and since it was now past 1:30 am we just paid it again to just get to the rooms. Ridiculous, such incompetence & now a PITA for me.

Parking was great. Breakfast in the morning was ok. Not very hot, room temp actually. Bread was stale. Check in was great. Had to move rooms because of strong cat pee kinda smell. They were very good and fast about it. The next room was nice, clean and the bed was comfortable.

When we first checked in the lady was very nice, after that she was not so nice and it seems as her manager was there when we checked in so I believe that led her to be friendly. The lady that was working at night was very nice. Breakfast was very disappointing. Not many options, first day we didn’t see anyone tending to the breakfast and the second day was a younger lady and she was not very nice to the other guests when she was asked if there was any kind of meat for breakfast, responded “yeah I’m cooking it” then took a breath out like she was annoyed, rolled her eyes and walked away.

Check in was good. Room clean and comfortable except we had 1/10 roll of toilet paper and no spare roll. Breakfast was lacking and disgusting. Only waffles, white bread and rubbery eggs. The lady running this morning 5/18 was rude and nothing was refilled. Had to ask to refill waffle mix. No bagels, no fruit no pastries. According to her they aint got any until truck comes in.
