The man at the front desk deliberately kept us waiting for 15 minutes along with our child. All we wanted was to find out the outcome of our request from earlier that morning regarding the broken dryer. He deliberately withheld the information and kept us waiting. Finally, he claimed it had been reserved for someone else. When we told him we had already reserved it, he was forced to give it to us. He was very rude and clearly lacked communication skills.

Really recommend it for those who want to be close to city centre. Also very close to the main train station to visit Kuttenberg as well

Clean, quiet, and spacious room. Good price and close to Johnny’s pizza where you can get a slice for less than a dollar. Ok shower - shower handle needs maintenance. But other than that, great place to crash!

Room is okay but rating is not 4 star. Check in was not flexible, long waiting. Staff at the check in counter is ok, could be more friendly. The breakfast is not good in general, there was more dry cakes rather than the real breakfast stuff. Who will eat dry cakes in the morning? Bacon and egg is so watery that can miss your appetit.

Room was spotless, staff was friendly and breakfast was lovely. Very hard to find something bad, the only thing I can say is the hair dryer kept cutting out.
