The condo was clean and spacious. Walkable to sites and restaurants. The main issue was that the 24 hour concierge was not present much of them time. When we tried to drop off our luggage for storage (as we were told that we could) we had to wait for the attendant to return. There was no response to phone calls. Also had to wait for check in and attendant was not present for check out either. Other than the communication issues, it was a nice stay.

The views & balconies here are spectacular. Loved the central location & appreciated two full baths. The one bedroom had an ensuite, however the second bedroom had a bath outside the room. The lobby was staffed during the week. It was convenient to have the garage available. The kitchen was well equipped. And everything was excellent and clean.

The property is in a great location for visiting Old Quebec City. We were within walking distance of many restaurants and tourist attractions. The apartment had good views and a nice deck. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would recommend is a drip coffee machine. We couldn’t find pods for the coffee maker they had. The building itself was secure and felt safe. Parking is on-premises and worth the $15 a day. The stalls are very tight though. A small Honda fit perfectly. This is a place I would recommend to anyone who wants two bathrooms and two bedrooms.

Great Assistance from front desk. We had an issue with a broken washing machine. We suggested they allow us to use a machine in a different unoccupied unit and they helped us do so. Beds were decent. Good showers. All things I usually complain about but were OK here. There are too many kitchen chairs too comfortably fit all of them at the table and have room to walk around. That's about the only complaint if I have one.

Very modern so definitely not suitable with young children but very nice layout. Loved the outdoor space, but the dining table was too large for space. Kitchen needed a kitchen towel. Appreciated giving w&d to wash towels. Be nice to have had handsoap in bathrooms and more toiletries. Would recommend to others!!

The apartment was fabulous and was the perfect location for us to explore Quebec City. I have never seen a better stocked kitchen. Check in was a little worrisome because the attendant had stepped away to help a tenant. The attendant had called 2 hours earlier to check on our arrival time. When we arrived and couldn't get in, we called that number several times. We could hear the phone ringing in the lobby but no answer. After some time, the attendant arrived and showed us that the number we needed to call was different and was on the far wall inside the lobby. It would be better to have that number listed where someone can see it from outside. I would highly recommend this apartment.

The location was convenient to the old city as well as traveling to the north and east. Walking distance to many wonderful restaurants. Nice to have access to parking in the building for additional cost.

We are a family with two young teens and had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, spacious condo. The view of the old church and city lights was lovely, and it’s just a short (uphill) walk to the Old Town wall—an ideal base for exploring Old Quebec on foot. The front desk check-in was convenient, though limited hours could be a consideration if arriving late. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare lunch, and there’s a nearby marché for groceries. Rue St-Jean, one block up, is a lively street with great cafés and moderately priced restaurants. We especially recommend grabbing breakfast pastries from Pâtisserie Chouquette—the best croissant we’ve ever had! The beds were very comfortable, the A/C kept the condo cool, and the outdoor dining area was a perfect spot to relax with a glass of wine and take in the view. Quiet, clean, and well-located—highly recommended and we’d definitely stay again.

when we arrived the concierge was warm and spoke English, as most of us needed that. The weekend concierge was not available as much and we were given only one Fav for the front door entrance on weekends. Would have been even more efficient for us if our door keys got us through the front door. We noticed that walking around the beautiful flat, that all of the surfaces of our feet, barefoot or with socks got a layer of black dirt that then came out onto the floor of the shower. It was shocking and very dirty. Also the throw rugs need treating and serious washing!!!!Around the rugs, the floors, behind curtains, in closests it also needed cleaning.

Stay was very good. Close to shops and places of interest. One issue was supply of toiletries, tissues and hand soap compared to other VRBO units. Host responded quickly to any issues and accommodated our late arrival. Noted that shower area had some water damage which did not affect our stay.

Apartment was not ready at 5 pm check in time. Had to wait over two hours. Finally got in the apartment. Dropped water on the floor went to wipe it up and the floor was filthy not a clean place to stay

The location of this property was outstanding - accessible/walkable to all the Old Quebec sites, safe and manageable. The ambiance in the apartment was modern, very bright with floor to ceiling windows, lots of light and open space, modern appliances, comfortable beds and good seating areas. The property itself was overall clean with a few key misses by the cleaning staff (several pills found on the floor of one of the bedrooms, coffee spilled inside one of the cabinets, empty bottle in the shower). The most disappointing part of the experience was the communication with property management starting with lack of responsiveness a few days prior to the trip as well as lack of follow up to questions sent via the VRBO app during the trip. All in all, even with that, we were very pleased with our experience.

Location was nice . The toilet wouldn’t flush so we had poop in it our toilet the entire time because they wouldn’t fix it. There was a plunger wrapped in a trash bag when we arrived so I suspect they knew it wasn’t working but let us live with the crappy situation. The place was also dirty and furniture is really worn. They are charging 5 star prices for a 2 star room.

BUILDINGMisleading thumbnail: this unit is on the back of the house with a dreadful view of a tangle of stairs, face to face with neighbors. Well located building but largely lifeless, with vacant units and retail space on the ground floor.APARTMENTAttractive at first glance. However both the self-cleaning oven and ceramic top were inexplicably in need of deep cleaning. An odor of mold filled the laundry space. Thought to be a wet mop, in time it became clear that there was buildup of mold in the washing machine door gasket. A thorough cleaning with vinegar solution was required to resolve the offensive odor. The unconventional sofa-bed was unsuited to seating before puzzling through re-attachment of the seat cushions. In several ways, we left this unit better than we found it.We photographed wear items such as peeling cabinet veneers, detached window-shade cord anchors, broken shower-caddy system. The shower interior lacked hand holds and shelving for sundries. Needlessly cluttered by king size bed in a queen size bedroom and with chair and ottoman in the center of the living area (removed). IMO, too small for two adult, extended stay.Inhospitable: poor contact with owner through third-parties. Owner showed unit two weeks into 73 nights. Receiving mail was a problem. The only reason I didn’t give this condo all 5 ratings is because of the TV. It is not a smart TV. I had to buy a Roku so I could have movies during my 30 day stay. Great location, 4 blocks to Old Quebec wall, a block to grocery store, liquor store, lots of restaurants. It was easy to check in and out. Comfortable beds. Every kitchen appliance.

The beds were very comfortable, the A/C kept the condo cool, and the outdoor dining area was a perfect spot to relax with a glass of wine and take in the view. The location of this property was outstanding - accessible/walkable to all the Old Quebec sites, safe and manageable. The ambiance in the apartment was modern, very bright with floor to ceiling windows, lots of light and open space, modern appliances, comfortable beds and good seating areas. The property itself was overall clean with a few key misses by the cleaning staff (several pills found on the floor of one of the bedrooms, coffee spilled inside one of the cabinets, empty bottle in the shower). The most disappointing part of the experience was the communication with property management starting with lack of responsiveness a few days prior to the trip as well as lack of follow up to questions sent via the VRBO app during the trip. All in all, even with that, we were very pleased with our experience.

When we tried to drop off our luggage for storage (as we were told that we could) we had to wait for the attendant to return. There was no response to phone calls. Also had to wait for check in and attendant was not present for check out either. Other than the communication issues, it was a nice stay.

when we arrived the concierge was warm and spoke English, as most of us needed that. The weekend concierge was not available as much and we were given only one Fav for the front door entrance on weekends. Would have been even more efficient for us if our door keys got us through the front door. We noticed that walking around the beautiful flat, that all of the surfaces of our feet, barefoot or with socks got a layer of black dirt that then came out onto the floor of the shower. It was shocking and very dirty. Also the throw rugs need treating and serious washing!!!!Around the rugs, the floors, behind curtains, in closests it also needed cleaning.

Stay was very good. Close to shops and places of interest. One issue was supply of toiletries, tissues and hand soap compared to other VRBO units. Host responded quickly to any issues and accommodated our late arrival. Noted that shower area had some water damage which did not affect our stay.

Great Assistance from front desk. We had an issue with a broken washing machine. We suggested they allow us to use a machine in a different unoccupied unit and they helped us do so. Beds were decent. Good showers. All things I usually complain about but were OK here. There are too many kitchen chairs too comfortably fit all of them at the table and have room to walk around. That's about the only complaint if I have one.

The apartment was fabulous and was the perfect location for us to explore Quebec City. I have never seen a better stocked kitchen. Check in was a little worrisome because the attendant had stepped away to help a tenant. The attendant had called 2 hours earlier to check on our arrival time. When we arrived and couldn't get in, we called that number several times. We could hear the phone ringing in the lobby but no answer. After some time, the attendant arrived and showed us that the number we needed to call was different and was on the far wall inside the lobby. It would be better to have that number listed where someone can see it from outside. I would highly recommend this apartment.

The location is awesome for seeing the city. The apartment is nice and very convenient. There were plenty of wine glasses in the kitchen, but no water glasses. Be aware that the property manager is not available on the weekends. We had a maintenance issue that was unresolved during our stay and there was no response to our request for repair. We called VRBO Support and after that call, we did get a response, after we had checked out.

Location was nice . The toilet wouldn’t flush so we had poop in it our toilet the entire time because they wouldn’t fix it. There was a plunger wrapped in a trash bag when we arrived so I suspect they knew it wasn’t working but let us live with the crappy situation. The place was also dirty and furniture is really worn. They are charging 5 star prices for a 2 star room.

The views & balconies here are spectacular. Loved the central location & appreciated two full baths. The one bedroom had an ensuite, however the second bedroom had a bath outside the room. The lobby was staffed during the week. It was convenient to have the garage available. The kitchen was well equipped. And everything was excellent and clean.

The property is in a great location for visiting Old Quebec City. We were within walking distance of many restaurants and tourist attractions. The apartment had good views and a nice deck. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would recommend is a drip coffee machine. We couldn’t find pods for the coffee maker they had. The building itself was secure and felt safe. Parking is on-premises and worth the $15 a day. The stalls are very tight though. A small Honda fit perfectly. This is a place I would recommend to anyone who wants two bathrooms and two bedrooms.

The only reason I didn’t give this condo all 5 ratings is because of the TV. It is not a smart TV. I had to buy a Roku so I could have movies during my 30 day stay. Great location, 4 blocks to Old Quebec wall, a block to grocery store, liquor store, lots of restaurants. It was easy to check in and out. Comfortable beds. Every kitchen appliance.
