Where do I even start, from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out I felt like I was so very welcome, my room was absolutely stunning, the decor of the place is absolutely amazingly beautiful, the staff there were the absolute best, such nice people all 3 I talked to, biggest shout out to this place, I didn't want to leave and I'll be a regular, that's for certain, the restaurant attached is absolutely to die for, perfect meals every time ,the sports bar makes you feel like you're in a high class area, but still gives off the laid back natural sports bar feeling, the bar staff were absolutely ripper shout out to Brian 💪 and also a should out to all the other staff including the wait staff and the awesome guy that had the best energy that checked us in to our table. Then the bowling and arcade, like words can't do this place justice, you've gotta see for yourself

The Hotel is in a good location if you don't want to be in the City. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room itself was filthy. There was rubbish on the floor, dirty spoon, screwed up menu and note paper, splatter on all walls & light switches and a mouldy toilet.... pretty horrible. Reception was notified on departure.

Thankyou for a lovely stay I would give the hotel top rating as the beds are amazingly comfortable and that didn’t change from last year. If I had one criticism as I left the property last year thinking the same and so this year I will voice it would recommend you get a team of cleaners through to clean the aluminium around the shower screens there’s brown scum marks scrub the tiles for body oils as the floor had a residue that we had to clean and there was hair on the bathroom tiles ,dust all surfaces with a damp cloth and the edges of the skirting’s lamp bases were very dusty - otherwise lived my stay thankyou very much

Super plush and comfy bed. Friendly staff. Would have loved a long hot shower, however the hot water wasn’t in existence along with high water pressure. Fair enough if we have to adapt to water saving measures but to have the heat adjusted so much so that no cold water is needed is a deal breaker for me. First time I stayed with Calamvale Hotel.. overall is not a bad experience. Except when I check in the receptionist were a bit rude and not a friendly person. I asked if I could check in earlier her instant response was a bit annoyed because the phone was ringing at the same time I guess? But i was very disappointed at her attitude more than anything! So we waited in the car for an hour before we checked in! The room was spacious and comfortable. The area has plenty of restaurants and grocery stores so it’s very convenient to get food and drinks.

Nice environment with easy access to multiple facilities. Room was spacious and clean with good amenities. Staff are very helpful. However for some reason unable to view ABC news which was the only available 24 hours news channel! But overall, a very nice experience. Will be my first choice on return to Brisbane. I recommend the breakfast fruit platter the best so far in all the hotels I've stayed in around the world.
