Viva Dash Hotel Seminyak

The hotel was overall not bad. Staff was pleasant, rooms are huge, location is pretty good. However, the place is not as nice as it looks in the pictures (kind of like Bali itself, actually...). It's lower end than it appears. The food in the restaurant is mediocre at best, the "rooftop bar" doesn't really exist. One note: a place like this should not be charging for laundry by the item, but by weight. You're not the Four Seasons.

Staff friendly, good location, roof top bar and pool nice spot to spend the sunset

I thought the staff were lovely helpful and engaging. It was a pleasure to come back to the hotel every time. My room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. I was in the front facing room and the traffic was very busy. Thankfully I had earplugs to help reduce the noise but everything in the room is very functional. The hotel has a rooftop bar where you can have a drink and look towards the ocean and enjoy a sunset. The cocktails can be cheaper at happy hour. The hotel has a restaurant attached and you can get a one time voucher for 25% off. The hotel is in a great location and not far from the beach. It’s also across from the entrance to potato head which is very helpful. There are many restaurants close by and places to have massages. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Great budget hotel close to the beach which can be access through Potato Head beach club. They offered free local beer during the check-in process. The restaurant downstairs is good but pricy. I would recommend Warung Dedalu restaurant or Roasted Bar. Picturesque rooftop, convenience store downstairs, walking distance to shopping area.

Great Staff! Very friendly and accomodating! Rooms are cool! Essentials in gym for a decent workout! Great location! Literally arcoss the road from Potatohead beachclub!

Great property! The beds was comfortable…but there was a weird smell in the bathroom stall. Even the ones in the lobby. I loved the rooftop pool and sitting area. They also have shisha and drinks.

Ik kreeg een upgrade naar een Deluxe Room, erg fijn! Het hotel is pas gerenoveerd en opnieuw geopend. Fijne locatie, schone kamers en alle hotspots van Seminyak op loopafstand. Helaas was er geen ontbijt beschikbaar en was de kamer zelf niet gerenoveerd (toilet bleef doorlopen, sanitair is wat verouderd) Tevens geen spa, rooftopbar, slecht onderhouden gym en waren er nieuwe bedden op het dakterras (de bedden voorheen waren véél fijner)

Super Lage, nah zum Strand, viele Restaurants und Läden in der Straße. Die Zimmer sind sehr individuell gestaltet mit außergewöhnlicher Deko/ Lampen, Sprüchen an der Decke.... Das Hotel bietet zum Frühstück a la carte an. Man darf alles bestellen, was auf der Karte ist. Mitarbeiter alle SEHR freunflich, immer gut drauf. Rooftop Bar mit kleinem Pool, im Innenhof größerer Pool im Schatten. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Dejligt hotel i Seminyak. Tæt på stranden og restauranter. Dejlig morgenmad og skøn rooftop bar med lille pool. Den store svimmingpool er i stueetagen. Lille fint fitness rum med hvad man skal bruge. Værelset var stort og en skøn seng.

I enjoyed every moment. Great location the staff was excellent room was very good. I had no complaints other than the workout room. Some of the equipment was broken but other than that excellent day. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

직원분들 엄청 친절합니다. 방은 가성비로 묵을 수 있으나, 깨끗하다? 싶은 정도는 아니고, 괜찮다 싶은정도, 어쩌다가 하수구 냄새가 올라오는 경우가 있습니다. 그리고 에어컨 조절이 잘 안돼요 조식은 원하는것 시키면 주는 식으로 맛이 좋습니다. 혼자나 친구들끼리 잠시 묵는다면 괜찮지만, 커플이나 가족여행에는 적합할지 의문입니다.

Great location, walking around the area was easy to navigate. The quirky theme to this place was a bit weird but fun. The room was clean, bed comfy and shower/toilet were fine. Wifi was good. There was unexpected guest in our room. A large cockroach. Breakfast was worth adding great selection

Pretty good for the price paid. Clean and everything in the room was working well including air con, shower, hair dryer, safe. Super friendly and helpful staff. Quite a few great dining places within walkable distance. Minimart right beside hotel. Will stay here if I come to seminyak again.

Room was adequate for the price. Staff were excellent. Room and common areas could definitely use some renovations. The door to my room was clearly broken into before. Carpets and rugs were stained and dirty. Fridge was leaking condensation onto the floor. Pool view rooms with entrance facing the street were extremely noisy from street traffic at all hours.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The design was creative, the rooms and common areas were exceptionally clean, and the overall atmosphere was inviting. The staff were incredibly helpful, polite, and efficient, making the experience even better. The hotel's location is fantastic, surrounded by a variety of great restaurants and within walking distance to the beach. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

It was a clean & well maintained room , customer service was good & effective

This hotel should have been a 5 star review, but very simple things are missed by housekeeping and maintenance. All the other reviews regarding cleanliness are accurate. At first glance, the hotels and rooms are very nice, but the cleaning of the rooms and property is very “surface level”. At check-in the hotel makes a big deal about leaving stains on the sheets in such a tone that I felt paranoid. I did not leave stains and was not charged for stains, but other guests in the reviews have and it’s obvious that the hotel has cleaned these same sheets without using bleach or an effective stain remover and then put them back on the beds. It’s impossible to get a room here without stains on the sheets. I alerted the staff and they had me change rooms three times, because I didn’t want to get charged for a previous guest’s stains. There were also big, obvious hairs on the bathroom vanity that could have easily been cleaned up by housekeeping. To sum it up it seems like all they do to clean the room is spray a very noxious ammonia-based cleaner around the room and change the beds. Every morning the entire hotel smells very strongly like cleaning chemicals, yet nothing gets properly cleaned. It’s nonsensical. If I hadn’t checked in very sleep deprived and if my stay had been longer I would have stayed somewhere else. However the staff was very friendly and accommodating. If the hotel was as nice as the staff this would have been a 5 star review.

Great funky decor; very friendly staff; room was a good size with a pool view. Excellent value for money and in a fab location. The only negative was the Wi-Fi kept dropping out.

Good hotel, walking distance to all amenities. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very spacious and clean. Thw roof top deck was convenient with a bar and small pool to dip in. The city view room was too noisy for me at night time with traffic and pedestrian noise off the street. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations, the deco is fantastic and you can tell that a lot of effort and work has been put in making sure all details are looked into. The staff were super friendly, the bed comfortable, the shower had great pressure and the breakfast was delicious, couldn't recommend this hotel more to those wanting to stay in Seminyak

Love this quirky hotel. Very comfortable and the staff are great.an inside room is recommended since it’s a busy street on the front. The standard rooms are very comfortable and the furthest away from the main street. Excellent value. Oh and since the pool was changed to blue as opposed to red tile? It’s really good.

The location was perfect. Breakfast was terrific and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

We were here for two weeks and let me tell you your staff is amazing!! The vibe is fun and relaxing with a home style feel. Everyone says hello every time we enter the hotel and the smiles. Breakfast is delicious with so many options to choose from. We are beyond impressed with the hotel and the service we have received during our stay!!

My stay was perfect. The staff was super helpful. I had the wrong dates booked initially and hotels.com would not allow me to change. I contacted the hotel directly and they were able to make the change for me.

The hotel was clean and in good location. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

They were super nice and accommodating. I had a room which gave on the street and we could hear the cars. I asked to change rooms to something quieter and they advised i could for 30$ additional per night. I agreed and the staff gave me a discount for 10$ per night and then he spoke to his manager to charge me only 7.50$ per night for the change. They also let me check out later without any issue or fees. Service was 10/10.

Great value for money, and I got an upgrade on arrival. The room was very spacious and quiet, and the daily cleaning impeccable. The very friendly staff helped me rent a scooter, and also let me keep the same room when I extended my stay. Short walk to both the beach and the nightlife. Would definitely come back.

Das Hotel hat uns gut gefallen. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis passt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim all you can eat Frühstück gibt es eine große Auswahl. Geschmacklich war es ganz gut, aber wir hatten schon besseres Frühstück. Wir würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen.
