The hotel was excellent, it was a big pain to check in with security since the casino was I between the hotel and the parking and you had to check in both ways

The valet parking made it a seamless option for us!

The check-in experience started a bit rough, as the first associate we encountered was unfriendly. Thankfully, another associate stepped in and made the process smooth. Parking was convenient in the garage, and we appreciated the fourth-floor skyway access. The elevator system that uses your room key to send you directly to your floor was a unique and secure feature we really enjoyed. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a fridge and complimentary water bottles. While there was no microwave inside the room, one was available near the vending and ice machines, which was convenient. The rainfall shower and provided toiletries were a nice touch. In the casino, staff were courteous when approached, though the overall atmosphere felt a little indifferent. Dining options were plentiful, with several late-night choices in the Marketplace food court. My miso udon soup and egg rolls from Queen of Ramen were excellent and I highly recommend! My husband’s meatball sandwich and chili from the Gilded Cleaver were good overall, though the sandwich came with an ingredient he had asked to leave off. His meal also took much longer to be ready compared to mine. We also enjoyed stopping at Cream City, where the cherry-flavored coffee drinks were especially unique and my cherry mocha frappe was excellent. Overall, the hotel offered comfort, security, and some good food options, despite a few service inconsistencies.

Huge new sportsbook. Safety is clearly a top priority at entrances and elevators.

Everyone we encountered were super helpful and nice. We used their complimentary valet service which was an awesome benefit. The elevator system was great and made us feel secure. We stayed at the casino because of its close proximity to Summerfest. Although you could walk to the Summerfest grounds, i don’t recommend it. There is a taxi stand outside the casino. It was a $15 ride to the grounds but $45 ride back. I highly recommend the hotel and will stay again during our next visit to Milwaukee.

Room was very clean and good size, had a amazing view of the botanical gardens and miller park, only problem was some people partying late into the night but we had ear plugs so not that big of a deal

Cleanliness was lacking in the room. Someone peed in the elevator by 10 p.m. Played bingo, missing food in the bingo hall no one cared about, so lost more money. Went to the food places after and those people were the worst to deal with, didnt care about anything. 45 mins for a 10" pizza and not many orders. Customer service overall was unbelievable. Front desk was decent and helpful but beyond that, fail.

Our room constantly smelled of marijuana. There must have been some shared ventilation system with other rooms. It was so prevalent that we had management notate the complaint on our room since we feared a”cleanup” charge could be added to our bill in case someone suspected we were the ones that smoked it.

Great time room wasnt as clean as it should have been. There were woman hair all over the bathroom and shower. Othe than thstvit was great

You pay $350 a night for a room stayed 2 nights and no one came and cleaned our room!! Machines are tight, some of the bathrooms were dirty with toilet paper and paper towels all over the floor because the trash was overflowing in the bathroom. Not a good experience! Will not be returning!

Staff were nice. Room smelled of marijuana. The room was big with great floor to ceiling windows. But I can’t figure out why the room was so expensive. I was expecting more for the price. Next time we go to the casino, we’ll likely stay somewhere else.

I recently stayed at Potawatomi Hotel for three nights. The hotel offers easy parking, which was a plus, and the location was convenient with quick access to the freeway—perfect for visiting family. Check-in felt very transactional, lacking the warm and genuine welcome I would have expected. The front desk associate didn't bother to explain the hotel amenities or even point out the elevators, assuming I already knew where everything was. There was also a strange odor in the halls that I couldn’t quite pinpoint. The fridge in the room was empty, which was a bit inconvenient since I couldn’t grab a refreshment. As a Hotels.com member with a certain tier status, I usually receive perks during my stays, but I wasn’t informed of any during this visit. On the positive side, the hotel does offer convenient free self-parking and complimentary valet, and the rate was reasonable for a last-minute booking. However, overall, the experience was underwhelming, and I expected more in terms of service and hospitality.

Liked that it was clean

The room was comfortable. The chairs were slightly worn. The tablet is disrupting during the night and the slight situation (master switch) is a bit confusing. The fact that it doesn't have a pool makes this a 4 star rating.

We received a room upgrade which had a beautiful bathroom with soaking tub and rain shower showerhead.

The room was up-to-date and beautiful and very comfortable. The bed was amazing to sleep in and I got a good night sleep. The only thing is when I checked in, there was a staff member that was not very nice to another staff member. It made me feel uncomfortable And I felt sorry for the staff member that was being talked down to. Other than that, it was a great stay!

The rooms are large and sound proof. It's nice having a coffee maker and fridge in the room. The beds are comfortable. I love the floor to ceiling windows that have beautiful city views. My only complaint is that the water pressure overall isn't good. It wasn't good for the bathroom sink or in the shower.

Nice place. Only complaint is really tied to preference. The bed was very firm. Pillows were ok but a little flat. Room was nice as was casino. Nice bonus was shuttle to Brewers game if you place at least one bet in SportBook. Good place to stay if in town for Brewers. Food in restaurants was good too.

We were very comfortable at this property, the staff checking us in were very friendly and it was clean, and the beds were nice. The only issue we had was waiting for our valet car took a half an hour. They seem to be short staffed that day. We would stay here again.

There were originally 2 employees at the check in desk.... there was a very long line. A manager or someone came over and requested that one of the two employees do something else.... the employee pointed to the long line and the manager said..."They can wait", and then there was only one employee at check in. After waiting a long time in the line and my wife and I were next to the counter... my wife and I were instructed to go to the VIP desk to check in.... when we got there we were then 3rd in line.... People that were behind us in the original line were checked in and on their way to their room way before we were even at the VIP desk... that only had one employee checking people in. I'm not sure why the hotel was short staffed or if this is always how it is but the whole check in process took way too long, almost an hour. it was not a pleasurable check in experience at all.

Was there 6 years ago and it was GREAT. So, back in MKE we booked again. This time: a huge disappointment. We booked for 4 nights. Room was fine, but already after the first night we noticed that housekeeping hadn’t been in the room while we were out. After the second night we saw the same, so I went to the lobby and asked if housekeeping could stop by. Just to take the trash out and stock up on coffee and toilet paper. They agreed and promised to ask housekeeping to stop by. After the third night they still hadn’t been around, so I went to the lobby again, where they gave me some more coffee and apologized. While I was there they called housekeeping and asked them to freshen up the room. After the fourth night – still nothing – so toilet paper was on ration and the trash was overflowing. Potawatomi is a big, busy hotel, but it really seems like the vast majority of the staff just don’t give a damn. Another really annoying thing is that the shortest way from the hotel to the parking facility is straight through the casino. Six years ago we just walked. Now there is security at both ends with metal detectors. That’s fine and for everyone’s safety, but when you get picked out because you have a car key in your pocket twice a day for the better part of a week, it gets annoying. It feels like guests are seen more as a threat than as customers. The first lady I talked to at the lobby, when I asked for housekeeping the first time asked for my ID to run the request. Never again

The staff was super friendly. The place was clean. Security was great. I would stay here again, no questions asked.

The check in was the worst! I have never had such a rude employee representing the face of the hotel.

Ebony was a great front desk associate. She was very welcoming and gave us free tapas coupons! The valet is very convenient as well.

Super convenient for the Harley Davidson museum and no further than 10 min to get around the city to other neighborhoods. Hidden gem for the cost.

Easily ubered to see a ballgame from here and eliminated parking and traffic. Remodeled with beautiful rooms and very clean. Free valet parking. Key access to rooms so very safe and the staff was friendly and helpful. Really a wonderful experience staying at this hotel!

We stayed for a Brewer game. It is only a short Uber ride to the stadium. Also loved that the entire property and the casino is smoke free.

Very clean and updated room. Security is max due to the casino, so felt very safe. Convenient to Third Ward and downtown. Staff was Excellent all around. Not gamblers, but we did enjoy watching the baseball game on the giant screen in the Sports book area. Plenty of food and drink options (we generally went out), had a very good breakfast at the cafe. Valet parking for guests was great. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful casino in a sketchy part of town but that’s how most casinos go.

Everything was excellent except for the Rock and Brew Restaurant. That was the worse experience. Food took over an hour to come out. They gave our burgers to a different table. The burgers were extremely greasy. And the brownie sundae took another 30 minutes to come out and the brownie was frozen. We had to chisel it wih our knife to eat it. Wouldn’t ever go back there.

No outlets in rooms to put usb for phone chargers. Also, would not recommend Rock n Brew restaurant. After waiting an hour for table, sat another 30 minutes to NEVER be acknowledged. Left along with several other patrons.

Great hotel, rooms are clean and comfy. Would have preferred proper mug/cups for coffee and not cardboard. The choice of restaurants/cafe were poor for the sizeof hotel.Large market place, food court only open certain mornings for breakfast. Cafe only open till 2pm every day but closed some days. So left with coffee shop microwaved breakfast muffins, wraps etc. More choice needed.

They might give you a $20 food and/or beverage credit. I was never told that it didn’t include alcoholic beverages. You also can’t use it in the food court as you order and pay for your food at a kiosk. But the room was very nice and clean. Beautiful view too!

Overall we had a nice time and enjoyed the experience with the exception of the Food Market quality. I must say that our late evening dining experience was very poor. While the staff were nice and were doing what they could, the food was very subpar. The hamburger bun was rock hard and the burgers were burnt. The pizza was very under cooked and we could only eat the toppings. The crust was so soft and doughy we couldn’t pick up a piece of pizza to eat it. Totally separated. We also order two cookies and a shake to take back to our rooms. Once we opened the cookies boxes they were the wrong cookies. Tastes good but disappointing they messed our order up. The chocolate shake was undrinkable. You order your melas on a kiosk so it wasn’t like we had a communication breakdown when we ordered. So very disappointed in the food quality.

Staff wasn't the friendliest. The order of food was all done by the computer self serve and they had pizza incorrect. It took forever.

The hotel room was great. The food area on the first floor is a disaster, There were no signs telling you that you had to order your food from a kiosk, and no one to help you. I finally figured how to order a pizza. There were no utensils or plates . May stay there again but will not dine there.

I enjoyed my stay and will be back! I got a free upgrade to my room and I won money. Canal Street Grill needs to have better hours of operation and better waitresses. I don't like that they no longer have Spanish 21 and the limits are too high to play regular Black Jack.
