2回目の利用です。駅からも近く羽田空港へのアクセスも便利。近くにコンビニ、ダイソー、カフェ、飲食店があるのは嬉しい。また利用したいです

Showers are on another floor which is a bit annoying but overall an okay hotel.

We decided to stay in a different area than we had before, but in hindsight there aren't a tonne of attractions near by. It is however walkable to Tokyo Station and the Imperial Palace! Not a tonne of vegan food options near by. Bit of a quieter area. The pod hotel itself is one of the better ones I've stayed at because the lockers are right outside the room, the room's door has a quiet closure feature so it was great for undisturbed sleep, and the shower and lounge are on the same (but different) level. The only problem with the showers is the doors to each don't all lock very easily without some effort.

Very nice, clean and sophisticated accommodation. The private showers and large bathing area were a big plus. Found check in easy. One critique is that the photos show a second larger lounge area which may have been limited to the women's section, since I was never able to access it.

Nice concept capsule hotel with a minimalistic/spartan vibe. This means not too many bells and whistles as well, but the simplicity can be much appreciated and a refreshing alternative to other types of lodging. Very clean and comfy shower and toilet facilities. I liked the security features and size of the storage lockers and the included items like sleepwear, slippers, hygiene items with a handy mesh bag. These can be replaced each day if staying longer. Please keep in mind you cannot access your locker or capsule space from 10 am thru 2 pm for daily cleaning/restock. You can access the first floor lounge area 24 hours/day. The whole property has excellent Wifi and an onsite vending machine. Many places to eat/drink within walking distance. One (mild) negative: there was a musty odor in the sleep capsule area that hits you when you enter, but decreases when you enter and close your capsule. This musty odor even persisted after they cleaned and replenished the area, but not too much issue once your inside your capsule space. I hope to try the other 9 Hour concepts in Tokyo and Kyoto next time.

Stayed here three time in total; between 3-10 nights at a time. If you're looking for somewhere to just sleep and then you're out the whole day, you can't beat it for value. Really big locker, amazing showers and comfy sleeping pod. Also 40 minutes away from HND!

とてもグッドです👍 温度管理は快適。寝室内のマットを引っぺがして確認しましたがトコジラミの形跡もなし。 シャワー室も沢山あってシャンプーなど必要なものは全部用意されているので快適。Wi-Fiも速くて問題なし。強いて言うなら、荷物の整理をする場所が通路のロッカー前なのでちょっと気を使います。エレベーター付近まで行けばベンチがあって、そこなら気兼ねなく色々広げられます。特別豪華ではありませんが、とにかくシンプルで綺麗なホテルでした。次の東京旅行の際もまた利用します。

シャワールームが全部で6ルームのうち3ルームが故障中で使えなかった。 使いたい時間帯が他の方と重なり、かなり待った。それ以外はとても良かったです。

Capsule is quite new, clean and comfy to stay 人形町A5 exit with 2 min walking distance A6 exit with lift if large lugguage Self chk in at entrance. Locker is large encourage to keep large lugguage Waiting time to take shower is a bit long at night Anyway, I will recommend u to try if u dont need to frequent pack/unpack yr lugguage. Or u can try 1~2 night at the former part of yr trip

Very clean and quiet and felt very safe. The checkin process was very easy to do on the kiosk in the lobby. They provide towels, pajamas, toothbrush, and soap/shampoo/conditioner in the bathrooms. The hotel seemed quite busy when I stayed there so I needed to wait for a shower as they were always full but only 15-20min wait. Great shower pressure and hot water. The capsules themselves were clean and comfortable but it did get quite warm by the morning and there is no fan inside the individual capsules. It is very easy to hear people in the other capsules but everyone was very considerate of that. They do provide a breakfast meal ticket for a cafe around the corner but it is just a drink and cold sandwich. Checkout process was also very simple. Would stay here again if I was solo traveling.

So clean and quiet. Bathroom and showers were very nice. The shower cubicles were big with shelves for your dry stuff. Very nice shower especially for this kind of accommodation. POD was comfortable. Felt very safe.

施設自体はキレイで良かった。女性専用フロアがあったので利用しやすかったです。 シャワールームも数が多かったので待つことも無く使えたし、髪の毛は気になるほど落ちてるわけでもなかったしわりと清潔に保たれてると思いました。

It was generally clean. Good showers with privacy there. I can see that showers and restrooms could cause bottlenecks when a lot of people want to use at specific time. You get what you pay for don't expect much in terms of service. The free breakfast was stingy. The capsules you can hear everything, it is like a dorm with just a curtain for your space

地下鉄の駅から近く便利な場所でした。 清潔面は良くなかったです。洗面所の床に大量の髪の毛が落ちていて、ティシュペーパーで集めて軽く掃除してしまいました。また洗面化粧台も水浸しで使用前に拭いて使用しました。どちらも利用者が次に使う人の為にちょっと気を遣えたら改善すると思いました。 注意書きとかで、使用後ちょっときれいにしたら、皆が気持ちよく使用できそうと感じました。 そのほかは、ロッカーや共用スペースともキレイで静かでよかったです。

Super clean and quiet. I slept like a baby the 3 nights of my stay. Feeling sad to leave my little capsule.;)

想像していたよりも清潔でした。シャワールーム脱衣場の床が濡れていたり髪の毛があったり、ラウンジのデスクが汚れていたりは多少していたものの致し方ない程度のものでした。どの御手洗いにもハエが数匹いたのが不快でした。もう少し対策をしてくれるといいと思いました。 ただ清掃はきちんと行われている様子でした。 カプセル内は静かで広く快適に過ごせました。 廊下や洗面所のエアコンが効きすぎていて暑く感じました。あと乾燥が酷く、加湿器があればいいと思いました。 これらの課題を少しでも改善していただけたら最高のカプセルだと思います。

Showers are very nice and big. Sleep is Not the best since a lot of people snore very loud.

Doors of capsules are fabric. Theres no air in the capsule. I found it hot in the capsule and there were no options for air. Capsule has a usb port and outlet. Shower rooms were amazing.

The only thing I didn’t like was no fan in the room. Everything else was fine.

In general it was ok, just the bed was SO uncomfortable, harldy any matress which is why i wouldn't return. Other than that everything worked seamlessly.

We stayed at this capsule hotel for 5 nights. The female and male capsules and bathrooms are separated onto different floors which is nice (this might not be ideal for couples). The capsules and bathrooms are kept quite clean and it is highly recommended that you bring earplugs for sleeping because you can hear every movement/noise within the capsules. The beds/pillows are not the most comfortable (it is a capsule hotel after all) so if you have a prolonged stay here just bear that in mind. The location is very convenient as it is very close to Ningyocho station.

Very good one-nighter option. Overall, the facility is clean, quiet, and comfortable. Only minor negatives are that the capsule was a little stuffy with the warm weather, and the toilet I used didn't have any toilet paper. Shower room was nice, though.

We loved our stay - everything was excellent. Very practical, very well thought, beautiful hotel. My only remark is that it was pretty hot in the pods and there is no ventilation/air conditionning.

The check-in machine was broken when I got there, and the staff seemed a bit cold. Other than the service, everything else was great. Good showers and comfortable enough pods. I wish there was more of a door to the pod for sound isolation. The pictures make is seem like a door, but it's actually just a curtain.

You can’t beat the value, and it was close to an easily accessible station. I didn’t realize the “doors” to the pods were going to just be roller shades though, and that meant all the sounds in the area were audible. Regardless, the other guests were very quiet and respectful, and I slept well which is really the most important part. I wish the pods had more airflow inside, and felt like the air got pretty stale fast. I purchased a handheld USB-C powered fan and that helped. I really enjoyed the showers, and interestingly enough, they were more spacious than you might expect for a capsule hotel.

I stayed for 9 days and here are some feedbacks The bed padding are thin but not hard, sounds like rolling on your bed and pulling the blanket are quite obvious in the quiet sleeping space The locker are huge, enough for a 28 inches luggage and 40L travel backpack and other small stuff to be put inside of it They provide amenities and loungewear everyday, and you can recycle them if you’re not gonna use them The environment around is quiet and some restaurants are still opening at midnight The staffs are generally quite helpful, I have once locked my keycard inside of the locker and they quickly gave me a keycard to unlock The biggest problem is there is only only usb port for charging your devices, if you need a power outlet you need to go to common area, aside of this problem, the hotel is not bad overall

Staff were kind, check in process was very simple and it was overall a great stay.

TLDR: 0/5 - Experience was awful and no support. I saw the positive reviews and wanted to try but I was definitely fooled! I checked in on a Tuesday evening around 9pm on my trip to Japan and upon arrival, one of the kiosks were not working and the other was not printing key cards. I had to find a staff member to get it reprinted (fortunately, there was one hiding behind a door in an office). After checking in and showering, I headed to the sleeping pods and there was someone already snoring extremely loudly. The worst part was that even though the hotel provided ear plugs, the snoring could STILL be heard through them. Eventually, I fell asleep from exhaustion from a whole day of traveling. After a rough night of trying to sleep, I had waited for about 10 minutes for a shower in the morning since they were all full. Upon waiting for a shower, the one I had waited for had toilet paper and plastic wrappers (from toothbrushes) littered throughout the shower stall. It was really disgusting to see. I realized that I had booked several more nights at this location and would NOT be able to tolerate the horrible experience. After getting changing and alerting the staff to see if I could modify my reservation, they were unable to help. I contacted Expedia support and they were able to try to provide support but in the end, nothing could be done. Looking back, I would try to avoid this location and booking here. Try staying at a nearby hotel instead. 0/5 would NOT recommend.

The hotel is good. However, their stuff needs to be trained. Some members seem not happy at work and we're rude, to say the least. Their English is not good and they frustrate easily. They should either change that or stop accepting international reservations.

This was my first experience in a pod hotel, and I absolutely loved it. It was very convenient and affordable. We had trouble pulling up our reservation, but the staff helped us quickly get settled in. Overall loved the place and would come back again.

Would not store luggage for a few hours after 11a.m. sign out

Staff went above & beyond when I asked. A few issues with cleanliness from the bathrooms but this could be due to other patrons after cleaning had been done. Area felt safe & friendly. Close to laundry, food & shopping

Great service for a capsule hotel. Clean and conveniently located near the Asakusa line. Automatic check-in but very helpful staff when it had issues.

Checkin was frustrating because the confirmation number was not accepted by the checkin machine. Eventually resolved ny staff who seemed to be working elsewhere in the building, but she eventually showed up and was very helpful. Capsule was ok except a finger nail was found. Otherwise everything else was as expected.

Location is not good

An excellent pod hotel. Conveniently beside Ningyocho station and about a 25 minute walk from both Akihabara and Tokyo Station. Pods were clean and spacious. Loungewear and towels were switched daily. Wifi was solid and plenty of showers so little to no wait time.

Very convenient location in the city. Fairly short distance from Tokyo Station. Clean, simple use.

Plenty of nearby restaurants and near to the train stations

I didnt see any vineyard, the location is convenient when visiting east Tokyo

I recommend bringing your own pillow and noise canceling headphones with you. The provided pillow is okay but not as firm as I would like. The other guests were respectful and quiet but you can still hear snoring and other noises from the pod. If you’re not okay with eating almost the same sandwich and a drink every breakfast, I don’t recommend opting for the breakfast. There’s 3 convenience stores nearby you can get good from. The location is really great. A lot of things are within a walkable distance. I felt very safe here.

Nine hours was clean, quiet, easy to navigate as an English speaker. They give you PJs, shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels and slippers. Pods have lights with dimmer, charging ports, a comfy pillow and doona. All 6 of us slept really well. Included breakfast in nice cafe around the corner. Highly recommend staying here!

全体的に綺麗で清潔でした。汚れなどで気になった点は特にありません。 小さいですがコンビニ、スーパー、ダイソーが周辺にあり買い足したいものがある時にも便利でした。最寄りの神楽坂駅からも徒歩3分程度です。 2階に広めの女性用のラウンジがあり、飲食も可能でしたがポットや電子レンジはなかったです(見つけられてないだけかもしれません) 朝食はサンマルクカフェのサンドイッチまたはホットサンド( 100円必要)のモーニングセットでした。

This is a great place if you’re looking for a budget hotel . There are many food options near by and they were able to store our luggage that were too big to fit in the locker or if you came before check in. The breakfast coupon was to a near by place around the corner and it was delicious . Overall great experience
