We stayed recently for 1 week. Overall we enjoyed our stay but did have a few issues. We requested an earlier check in than 2pm as our flight got in mid morning, but we ended up waiting until 2.30pm for our rooms to be ready, I had to be moved rooms due to the original one being right above the kitchen (they start work at 5am and the noise was too much), some of the staff could not speak English very well if at all so was difficult communicating sometimes. On the flip side, the pools were great and so was the restaurant and bars. We had an amazing servers (Pad and her team in the restaurant/bar, and Deth who worked at the pool bar). The resort was in walking distance to everything and the beach was only a few steps away. Other than the kitchen noise at 5am, the resort was quiet and peaceful, very nice to return to after a long day of adventuring. We would definitely go and stay again.

Location was spot on. Being able to enter the pool from your room was amazing. Unfortunately there was not much sun and limited sunbeds in the hotel to be able to get sun.

The hotel staff were absolutely wonderful — their service was excellent, including the email communication before our stay. The pool was also fantastic and very well maintained. One small suggestion would be to provide more water-resistant toilet paper. Overall, we had a great stay and would love to come back!

Our favourite place to stay in Phuket, we've been coming to Burasari for over 10 years now. Unfortunately this time the place was under renovation which meant our room was to the back, in a corner with a house facing each of our windows. Views were naturally not great, also the better pool was not in use. We still had a lovely time. The spa, as always, was a wonderful, relaxing experience. The personnel is friendly and helpful, the location is great.

The property location is absolutely perfect. Walking distance to the beach, literally on the corner and $200tbh to the Bangla Road. The perfect location. Butttt, they had roaches. Not just small cute roaches. Lol. Giant roaches. To be fair they sent letter that they will be an exterminator the day we checked out. Other than that, it was a nice convenient hotel.

The hotel is such a beautiful property. We got the pool access room. But the bathroom is in desperate need of renovation as it always has a stink. Our neighbours had the same issue. The hotel lights up these essential oils in the bathroom to drown out the smell but you can tell when you walk into the room. Other than that we actually loved the service and location.

The elite pool access room was large and comfortable. There is a double daybed out on the deck with a mosquito net cover. Pool access from our pool deck was fantastic with wide steps and a hand rail. The bathroom tiles had some mold but that is to be expected in hot and humid countries. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only negative would be the smell coming from the bathroom waste drain and around the resort in general. Some days it was absolutely gross.

Hotel was very beautiful. I booked a swim up room and it was a bit musty smelling. Unfortunately, I did find a cockroach in my room but aside from that it was a great hotel. It is tropical so bugs are expected so I attribute it to that.

Bed was straightened and bin emptied but that was all. Floor was not swept. The walkways and lift were very slippery in the rain. Had no hot water and communicating with staff was difficult. Next day still only barely warm after running the tap for 15 minutes. Restaurant food was good and breakfast had a good variety. Room had 'balcony' which was actually two, very small areas with no seating and view of a wall and roof. Staff were always friendly.

Very pleasant stay with outstanding customer service - the best that I have ever experienced anywhere in the world by far. Room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, facilities in the resort were excellent and well maintained. Overall a wonderful holiday experience at the Burasari in Phuket.

This was my second stay in Phuket and it was the best. Literally in the centre of Patong. Great for families, solo travellers like me, couples or party vibes. The hotel is incredibly romantic and great backdrops for content. I got upgraded and was allowed an early check in which was fab. The staff were amazing. And just steps away from cheaper taxis; car or motorbikes. The wifi was a little weak in my room. But it was fantastic. I’ll be back!

Our room was far too noisy. It was impossible to sleep because of the loud cars and their music. According to staff, a room change wasn't possible as the hotel was fully booked, and besides, all rooms in this category were on the same side of the street. The balcony door by the whirlpool couldn't be locked, which made us feel unsafe. The cleaning staff occasionally forgot to replenish towels or toilet paper. Upon arrival, we asked for more scented candles, as the room smelled unpleasant. However, instead, they removed the scented candles entirely, and we didn't receive any replacements. Unfortunately, some staff members don't speak English well. Instead of stating this, they made incorrect statements due to the language barrier. We asked twice whether the "drink of the day" at the bar was included in happy hour. Both times, we were told yes. However, the regular price was charged when the bill arrived. The cocktails were okay, but there's definitely room for improvement.

Hotellet var nære stranden og nær utelivet i Patong. Jeg hadde et Mood rom, som var ganske stort. Senga var ganske behagelig og stor. Badet var stort og flott, samt en jacuzzi utendørs. Minibaren ble fyllt opp hver dag, den inneholdt 2 flasker vann, 2 flasker øl, 6 forskjelige brus og en pakke med 3 Oreo kjeks. I tillegg var et en boks med noe potetgull og lignende. Selve rommet hadde elendig lyddemping. Du hørte musikeren i restauranten nedenfor som om han skulle vært på rommet ditt. Du hørte veldig godt bråket fra gata, og det holdt på til langt på natt. Et annet problem med rommet var at det var ingen skap eller skuffer å legge klærne i. Frokosten var god, men tydelig beregnet for muslimske gjester da retter inneholdende gris var plassert i en lite krok. Du kunne velge mellom bacon, skinkepålegg og pølser. Hotellet var fint utformet. Badestranda var ganske nær. Jeg måtte vasse gjennom ca 5 meter med sjøgress i vannet før jeg kom ut i renere vannet. Vel ute i vannet var det behagelig temperatur. This property is absolutely beautiful and true to the photos. I highly recommend that you book this resort. My room was breathtaking. I had a terrace with direct pool access. The room is spacious and very clean. The attention to detail from the staff is top-tier. Centrally located, which is a plus. You can walk to everything.

Wish they were a bit more clear about what kind of room I was getting (considering the pool front options, etc). They gave me a room that faced the street and it was really really loud with the cars honking at all times of the day and it got even worse during the night with the sound cars promoting local events. Asked to change my room but there was no availability. The pool looks way better in the pictures than in person, that got me a little disappointed. It is not that big and it is private to certain rooms. The hotel location is good if you're interested in the night life. Patong beach was my least favorite beach of the region.

Booked this hotel as our final stay in Thailand after a multi stay trip. So glad we did as it was exceptional! Room was marvellous! Large, clean, airy, the best bed, PIR floor level night lights, beautiful bathroom, free minibar, superb balcony with comfy bed seat with mosquito net that overlooks the pool area. Spacious reception area with brilliant staff. Small indoor pool bar and 2 x pool tables. The breakfast (although not included in our booking so paid ourselves) was fantastic! Huge variety of foods that were perfectly cooked or cold buffet selection as well as drinks. If you’re staying in Patong/Phuket area then stay here.

Central location, rooms a bit small but functional. AC adquate, relatively quite considering location. We were in building four. Didn’t do breakfast as better options available. Beach bag mat and towels convenient. Use cash for damage deposit.

The elite pool access room was large and comfortable. There is a double daybed out on the deck with a mosquito net cover. Pool access from our pool deck was fantastic with wide steps and a hand rail. The bathroom tiles had some mold but that is to be expected in hot and humid countries. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only negative would be the smell coming from the bathroom waste drain and around the resort in general. Some days it was absolutely gross.

Had a slight issue with room at heck in by this was sorted very quickly.Room had everything you need and the staff couldn’t do enough for you they were very attentive.The room cleaner were absolutely fantastic.Every day we came back to a fully serviced room including fresh sheets .Breakfast was a joy , loads of choice. We booked this hotel because of all of the high ratings, but we were a bit disappointed. The staff was friendly, we really enjoyed the breakfast, spa and happy hour deal, but the bathroom needs to be updated. It felt like a basement bathroom and my husband couldn't stand up-right in some areas in it. The A/C and TV both did not work properly. We killed multiple mosquitos in the room and did not want anyone coming in & out of the room to avoid more coming in, but there was no "Do Not Disturb" sign available. We also requested and paid for the front desk to arrange a car service for a ride to the airport since our flight was very early in the morning, but they forgot to arrange it and ended up hailing a taxi for us out front.

Beautiful hotel with the best staff anyone could ask for! Always smiling, nothing is too much trouble for them, genuinely made our anniversary holiday the best! The bars, the happy hour cocktails, the plentiful buffet breakfast, the lovely food at the restaurant is a mix of Thai and international dishes and was delicious! Spotlessly clean, our maid was the best and transformed our room so quickly each day, bathroom toiletries were replaced when used, pool towels, bag and blanket for the Beach were all provided. The biggest hotel towels that we have used anywhere in the world so far. Room service was also excellent, we had the pizzas and they were delicious too! We were even given a free upgrade to a pool view room for our anniversary stay! As first timers to Thailand, this could not have been any better! The location is perfect, just minutes walk from Bangla Road and the Hard Rock Cafe yet you wouldn’t know from the hotel as it is set back from the noise and mayhem of that area with all the shops, massage parlours and shopping centres. We stayed recently for 1 week. Overall we enjoyed our stay but did have a few issues. We requested an earlier check in than 2pm as our flight got in mid morning, but we ended up waiting until 2.30pm for our rooms to be ready, I had to be moved rooms due to the original one being right above the kitchen (they start work at 5am and the noise was too much), some of the staff could not speak English very well if at all so was difficult communicating sometimes. On the flip side, the pools were great and so was the restaurant and bars. We had an amazing servers (Pad and her team in the restaurant/bar, and Deth who worked at the pool bar). The resort was in walking distance to everything and the beach was only a few steps away. Other than the kitchen noise at 5am, the resort was quiet and peaceful, very nice to return to after a long day of adventuring. We would definitely go and stay again.

The hotel staff were absolutely wonderful — their service was excellent, including the email communication before our stay. The pool was also fantastic and very well maintained. Just a short walk off the main walking street of Patong Beach. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby but far enough from the night life of Bangla Road. I recommend this stay for the lovely breakfast buffet and pool to enjoy. It’s giving White Lotus vibes with the interior!

Went into our hotel room to find that the bathroom door had been freshly painted which left paint on our hands because we weren’t told that nor was a sign posted. The bathroom shower was a bit dirty and there were brown spots on the walls near the toilet. I also had a chicken Caesar salad from the restaurant in the hotel and woke up in the middle of the night with food poisoning. The pool bar blares music all throughout the night which can be heard in our room. The room we stayed in allowed us to have direct access to the pool and the beach is just a 4 minute walk but that was the only highlight of this hotel. Would not recommend.

Stayed here during Songkran and it was perfect. Easy walking distance to Bangla Rd. Lots of dining options, massage places, bars nearby . Also fairly quiet at night so noise keeping us up late wasn’t an issue. Nice pool, room was ok. Breakfast buffet is included and pretty delicious. I would stay here again. I would not recommend doing laundry, eating dinner, or spa services here, it is exponentially more expensive than the options within 100m walk from here. But this is common for a lot of hotels so no reason to dock a star.

The hotel, pool and restaurant/ bar are up to a good standard of comfort and the staff everywhere are excellent. The only area that could be improved is the dining area (breakfast through to dinner). The indoor area is small and the air conditioning isn’t up to the job, beaten by the high humidity. The outdoor area is more spacious but is lacking in fans, making it uncomfortable at this time of year (May).

Everything is nice about Burasari except the breakfast fruit choices. They only serve cheap fruit banana, watermelon, dragon fruit and pineapple every day. In our previous stay they had many more fruit like oranges, cantaloupe, mango,rambutan and even mangostein. A bit disappointed as the room prices have gone significantly higher they can provide better quality fruit.
