No hairdryer nor iron in the room. No shampoo in the bathroom. No air-con in the room. The room was hot and we couldn’t sleep. The breakfast was very basic. No veggies. I guess it’s a french thing. Bread and crossaints everywhere. The very few products that were on that breakfast buffet were of high quality though. Just a very basic choice. Ok hotel for a layover but i won’t be coming back.

For US residents, this is more like a cheap off brand motel. My review should be taken with knowing that we checked in after 11:30 PM and only had about 5 to 6 hours to sleep before getting to the airport early. Pros: The location to Paris CDG airport was very close, and with traffic it took 25 mins to get to Terminal 2E Cons: We got in late and the two employees were just talking to each other even though I was standing in front of them with my family to check-in. I had to interrupt their conversation to get checked in. The room is very dark even with all the lights on. The room was also dirty, dirt stains on the bed, and the floor did not seem like it was swept (you will see it during daylight when the windows are opened). The first thing you notice is the sewer like smell and it was all coming from the bathroom. The bathroom is a shower toilet sink like when we traveled to Asia, so everything gets wet if you shower. My girls did not like wet toilets and had a hard time keeping their clothes dry while they showered. The smell of sewage coming from the drain was bad and you had to keep the door closed at all times. This cost us about $200 Euros, and you have to pay additional taxes even though it was booked through Hotels.com website. I was expecting for that price, something along the lines of a Hampton Inn, but the quality of service and room felt like a off brand cheap motel. I would only recommend if you need to get the airport quickly and don't mind the uncleanliness.

We wanted to check in earlier than scheduled - you are able to but you would need to pay extra - which is great to have that option. They allowed us to stay at their lounge while we waited an hour. It was welcoming to have air conditioning while it was 37 degrees outside! The staff was friendly and quite helpful. The room was just the right size and clean. There is no air conditioning in the rooms but the big tower fan was perfect! The airport shuttle option is awesome, just make sure you book in advance. There are restaurants 5-10 minutes walk if you want to venture out. Highly recommend staying here.

Excellent hotel close to the airport. Large room with beds for 6 people. Lovely shower and separate toilet. There is an airport shuttle that is available from 5:00 AM, but we had a very early flight, so took an Uber to the airport, which took 8 minutes to get from the hotel to Terminal 1. Very close and convenient for an early / late flight and definitely a place I would happily stay again.

The hotel was great but with our early flight the shuttle did not work (which was one of the reasons we stayed here). The free breakfast was nice- but it was very far from the city and a very expensive uber right in (and confusing train route). We would have stayed in the city center despite our early flight to have one expensive uber rather than five. Staff was nice, room was clean- but we needed a couple extra towels and they wanted to charge for those.
