Timothy at the front desk was great. No coffee maker, nothing at all in the kitchen. Having to "rent" a cup or a bowl? Really? A kitchenette with nothing in it is useless. $5 to switch out towels? Broken down cars in the parking lot makes it look very ghetto. I wouldn't stay there again.

There was great amenities stove top, fridge/freezer full size,washer/dryers, vinyl floors. Pet friendly everyone stays to themselves . Definitely felt safe and they allowed me to change out my bed linens and towels after 3 days which is their policy you have to stay three days before changing them unless you request housekeeping. Overall would stay here again. We extended our stay a week after staying a week.

There was a lot of foot traffic and the secure doors werent safe. People snuck through the doors with people.that had.keys. the rooms smelled like dogs all of them the first one smelled juat like fog and the second one i thought was going to be better until i turned the sir on and the dog smell was in the vents. I didnt stay my second night because my door stopper was tampered with while i was sleep underneath the door. There is too much space under to.the door for door stoppers theyll just be moved out of the way

We were displaced by recent floods, Derby visitors in town accommodations very limited and overpriced,Tv you couldn't watch, they had an excuse every day for why they did not change out tv, they allow pets, dog feces in elevator, nobody cleaned up after walking their dog so you had to watch were you stepped,locks on windows so you could only open one inch. For entertainment after working on my house all day I shot cockroachs with rubber bands as they crawled across the walls...

I had a great stay ,will be extending, highly recommend. Room was spacious and extremely clean.The manager Carrie was awesome I got checked in super quick, and they were very attentive when I had to go down there to get quarters for laundry although there's an app to do laundry here which is super convenient also ,best hotel out here.

Too much unclaimed dog poop in every grassy area. Water pressure and shower heads are terrible, and the shower curtains may need to be washed once in a while! When I got in my room, the floor was dirty so they have an unresolvable answer for that !

Parking was fine but spaces were tight if you were driving a truck. You need blackout curtains on the windows. Also more insulation in the walls and door. Neighbors dog barked a bit and a couple of unhappy babies could be heard. Otherwise the room was clean and staff were very helpful.

I arrived on a Saturday and was told I have to wait until Monday to speak to the manager. I could not breathe in my room. The window wouldn't even open enough to air out the disgusting smell. The front desk woman looked at me with no concern whatsoever. This is just a job for her. Don't let the pictures fool you. Every room smelled like someone died in it. This place isn't worth whatever amount they are trying to charge. And it's not like it's in the bad part of the neighborhood. On the outside it looks fine. But it is deceiving. No shower is long enough to rid my body of the horrible smell in this room. This building should be torn down. The city should have a serious look into this building. I'm sure it's not up to code, and I know there will be so many health violations. The general manager should take a walk in this building and be appalled that people are renting in these conditions. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. I came here from Vegas and the room gave me a headache. I had to buy Bomb spray from the gas station to try and mask the smell while I'm here. STAY AWAY. I want my money back. If I wanted to smell urine and poop I would have slept on the streets with the homeless people. At least they're outside and have fresh air.

I booked this hotel for 3 days and when I checked into the hotel and opened the door, there were roaches everywhere starting from the room entrance and bathroom. I have never had such experience with hotels before. Such a terrible experience for a traveller who travelled alone and checked in at 11 PM at night to go to a room with full of roaches

I have never left a bad review before, but this property was disgusting. The room was dirty and my feet turned black after 10 minutes of walking through the hotel room. The whole hotel smelled like cigarettes and all of my belongings reeked of cigarette smoke after leaving. There was hardly ever anyone at the front desk to help. Would not recommend staying here if you like your space to be clean.

Unfortunately, my experience in this hotel was very bad. The room was not clean at all, full of cockroaches and insects even on the bed and mattress. I couldn't stay in it until one hour, and I had to get out of it in the middle of the night.

There was no one there when we checked in and we had to use the phone to call for help to get checked in. When we finally got through the doors, there was an overwhelming smell of weed all the way to our room. The bed was so incredibly small even for a double and on a cheap metal frame that banged every time we sat down on it.

Had to speak with the room next door as they were up ALL night long partying. Then they tried to confrontational the situation. Poor upper mgmt to allow this . Don’t stay here unless you want to be up from 11 pm to 4:30 am . Ha

Horrible stay , went with my family a man who claimed to be security stated we needed to keep our children from playing loudly, i asked if it wasnt much of an issue if we could switch rooms so the people below us would have a better sleep , he ignored the question and was extremely rude about the situation i have 3 little ones 2, 3 &7 they just came from a 14 hour drive . The way he was talking to us was very rude ans disrespectful

We arrived at the hotel at 1:45 am. Just before the check in cutoff! I didn't recall seeing a check in cutoff so that might be better publicized. The hotel is VERY clean! We were exhausted when we arrived after a full day of driving so it was nice to have a clean place to crash! It was also very quiet given it is so close to the highway.
