I was pleased with our stay. The hotel was clean the gym and pool were very nice and clean. You can see that it is an older hotel but everything looked well maintained and very clean. The beds were comfy and the room was a nice size. The staff were all very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

This hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff we interacted with (checking in and housekeeping) were super friendly and welcoming. Our child loved the indoor pool, which is well maintained. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay, all employees and the Front Desk rocked: Donavan, Marqueesa (sp?) & a very nice Housekeeping lady worked together very well to make my last-minute accommodation request happen!! Breakfast was pretty good, pool was heavenly, clean, plenty of seating and shade umbrellas! 10 outta 10!

Sierra the desk clerk was awesome! I made the mistake and made reservation for wrong date. She was able thru her efforts to get it adjusted. Had a secure parking for our pickup and trailer we were pulling. As we all hope for is a comfy bed, and it was!!!! Nice restful sleep.

Arrived at 6pm after 8 hr drive and king room wasn’t ready so had to take double bed. Water pressure is terrible, ice machine doesn’t work, beds uncomfortable. To top it off, front desk clerk less than polite. I booked this hotel solely on the overall review y’all gave it of 9.0 and Wonderful, no way it is that.

I loved the layout of my king bed room during stay. Loved chaise instead of chair. Had two multipurpose stools. Plenty of room to move about in bed area and bath. Very clean!

I brought my service dog and was treated horrible by the front desk clerk actually yelled at in front of customers telling me i could not have my service dog with me she clearly had her service harness on. My grandson witnessed this along with everyone else. I was visibly shaking i asked her what was I supposed to do with her she said i dont know and dont care. I left our food a customer tried bringing me my plate i told her i no longer wanted it and started crying i just left and went to my room.

Everything was excellent! Staff was so friendly. We were traveling for all-star baseball and went between games to see if we could check-in and was accommodated to check-in early which was so nice. Breakfast was great. We’ve stayed in many hotels and this was this first time we’ve ever had homemade grits for breakfast which was a change and great! Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself is nice. However, lots of problems in all other areas. 1) At check in, the wrong credit card was changed. 2) Charged more than the Expedia quote. 3) At night (midnight) there was a lot of loitering (drink, marijuana smoking) in the parking lot near the gas station. 4) Room was not cleaned after we asked for it after leaving for the day. 5) After coming back to the hotel to see an uncleaned room, the front desk was very rude when I asked for clean towels. I would avoid this hotel in the future as there are other hotels just across the highway.

After having major issues with the reservation I booked at The Hampton Inn West Monroe, I decided to try the Monroe one instead...and I was happy I did! Levi was awesome at check-in and very efficient in helping me address the problem I had at the West Monroe location in regard to rude staff. Levi definitely changed my prior negative opinion to a positive one at his location. I enjoyed my stay and was able to talk to the manager at checkout...shecwas extremely kind as well. Thank you both for a wonderful stay.

The staff were so helpful and informative especially Samaje at the front desk and Dianne in the dining area. Always there to help and serve you and to answer any questions you may have. They were so pleasant and friendly. I will always stay there when I am in Monroe

The self check-in via the app was nice. Although we couldn't get it o open the side entrance at the elevator to the parking lot. The staff were available for any issues, if there had been any. The breakfast attendant was really great both days we were there.

Property was nice and quiet. It's also located in a great shopping area which is directly across from pecanland mall and sams club walking distance. The hot breakfast was good as well. This is my new home away from home each and every time i visit monroe.
