The hotel is in a great location, close to shopping and restaurants. The hotel is located around the corner from the airport bus stop 9, which makes it really convenient to get to and from the airport. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The continental breakfast was excellent, with lots of selections. The room was clean. However, it would have been great to have a refrigerator in the room. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and would book it again when I return to Reykjavik.

They hotel is in a good location. The room and hotel were clean, ac’s comfortable but the rooms are quite dark. The staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast was sufficient… get there in time. I would recommend.

This was a very comfortable stay for our last night in Iceland. The room was a little small compared to some of our other hotels, but we had a big surprise when we opened the door at the window to find we had the fourth floor balcony that looked out over the city. That was a huge plus and a very nice surprise. The breakfast was one of the best we had at any of our hotels. The staff was very courteous and friendly. I’d say the only downside was the they didn’t have any conditioner in the bathroom. Which overall isn’t a big deal, but this was our only hotel over the week that didn’t include that in their bathroom, which would’ve been nice.
