Capri by Fraser, Frankfurt

We absolutely loved our stay here and the next time we visit Frankfurt, we will definitely stay here again. The staff were all incredibly friendly, especially Ivan. He answered all my questions and kindly gave recommendations of where to eat. Parking was underground and there were always spaces available. The room was huge, clean, and had a great kitchenette. I really appreciated the water pressure with the shower and how spacious the bathroom was. We liked having the large water carafe to fill with the filtered water from the laundry room. The TV was a bit finicky and would randomly shut off, but that was our only issue. There's a huge mall with a large food court 300m away so that was convenient. They only offer house keeping after night 3 which was fine with us. They gave us drink vouchers for being OK with that, which was not necessary, but so kind. I hghly recommend this hotel!

First time visiting this hotel, room is spacious, convenient and safe neighborhood. There is a big shopping mall and plenty restaurants nearby. Friendly staff. Parking is easy also

I stayed here with my work team to attend the 2025 Heimtextil convention at the Messe Frankfurt. It was walkable to the Messe and was a fantastic home base for an arduous week. The rooms and full kitchenettes were extremely comfortable and well-outfitted, down to a pan and utensils to use the stove range, and the security, onsite dining, and free laundry were also fabulous. The staff was absolutely amazing and so patient, informative, and proactive. It was also nice to be within walking distance of the Skyline shopping mall which had a grocery store in addition to good retail stores and restaurants/coffee shops. The one thing that was a little tricky was the distance from the subway system. The point was to be close to the Messe but in order to use the subway to get anywhere else in Frankfurt, it is at least a 10-15-minute walk, or a cab ride. Just something to be aware of if you plan on going anywhere else while in Frankfurt. But I loved staying at this Capri location and am happy to recommend it highly. I will miss the breakfast hashbrowns until I go back!

An excellent modern hotel with great staff. Nice, spotlessly clean, large rooms with a kitchenette (where you can actually cook!), fast wifi, and a very responsive team. There is a good Gym and bar on the ground floor (Bar is closed on weekends though), and cafes and shops close by. Some English channels on TV may not work, but there was so much to do during my stay that this was not noticed much. Ms Parvati, in particular, at the front desk was excellent!!

The best thing about this hotel is the bar, Drinx. Being near the mall (and not much else) and the ongoing construction were pretty inconvenient. The steak house and asian restaurant next door are pretty ok. Breakfast was mediocre.

I have stayed at Capri many times in the past and this time was disappointing. The hotel was experiencing a hot water issue in the day of my check in. After a long 13 hour travel day, all I wanted was a hot shower and bed. No one informed me that the hotel was having an issue with hot water and when it would be fixed. I get to my room and jump in the shower. To my surprise no hot water. I have to get out and run downstairs and ask reception about the issues. They bring out a piece of paper stating there would be no hot water for a period from 11:00-1:00. I quickly point out it’s now 2:00. They didn’t know how to respond. If I had been told in the beginning, it would not have been a problem and I would have waited to shower. The 2 night my key didn’t work. They had to program it again. During my whole stay a different persons name was on my TV , and I wasn’t sure if the person would suddenly show up to my room in the middle of the night. The parking ticket also didn’t work the second day even though I had prepaid for parking for my whole stay. Just a comedy of errors!

Very nice hotel with him on right next to it. Felt at home, very spacious, clean environment. Also free, laundry facilities!

Pokoje zle posprzątane, jednego dnia zupełnie pominięto sprzątanie. Mimo dwóch próśb przypominających, nikt sie nie pojawił. Zostawiono tylko czyste reczniki...

Rooms super clean and nice

I was there for two nights. The first night was fine. The second night I killed three roaches in my room. I notified the front desk after killing the second one. When I checked out, i showed them two of the three dead bugs. I was told that the manager would be getting in touch with me. It had been three days and I have not been contacted by the hotel. I will not be staying there again and I will not recommend to anyone.

Chambre pas très propre, pas de poussière dans la chambre , petit déjeuner ne reflète pas un hôtel de 4 étoiles, je suis rester 4 nuit en aucun moment y’a eu le ménage dans la chambre . Déçu

My family had a quick overnight at this hotel. It was wonderful! Spacious rooms in what seems to be a new hotel. It was immaculate. Convient location for shopping and the train. Good restaurants nearby and hotel breakfast was better than most I've had while in Germany. If I return to Frankfurt again, will definitely come back to this hotel.

Room evaluation: The rooms are spacious and fully equipped with all necessary amenities, but the lack of room-cleaning service for two days is very disappointing. The hotel’s location is very good, close to the city center. Breakfast: Very good and varied. Staff: Average — not cooperative and not proactive. Overall, the hotel is overpriced, especially considering that room-cleaning services are not available.

Super goede ligging, aardig personeel. Alleen waren de kamers vreselijk warm. De airco deed helemaal niets ! Dit was volgens het personeel niet op te lossen

It was ok, hotel is nice but some views are horrible. Ac didn’t work nor did they care to fix it, the cleaning ladies were demanding to clean the room before 1 because they wanted to leave early and attempted to talk to me in not German nor English and the room smelled funky. Front desk staff was very nice and attentive. Overall it was ok but not sure I would stay there again.

It’s Pretty convenient and comfortable Hotel . Rooms are good size. I have stayed here many times and very comfortably. The only negative for my stay this time was that I was on second floor and everyday morning 5.00 am I could here loud garbage truck and it woke me up everyday at 5 am. Other than that it was great.

We stayed at this hotel the night of July 31. At the time of check-in we were not informed the air conditioning was not working. The lobby was extremely hot. It was 33 C outside. When we got to the room, it felt like a sauna. We slept with the windows open, which didn’t help, and got bombarded with flies. Unfortunately, we had to leave the hotel the next day (we had booked it for 5 nights) because it was unbearable to stay inside without AC. The next morning, the front desk told us the AC was broken and it will take 2 weeks to get repaired because they were waiting for a part. I wish this information would have been shared at the moment of checking in so we would have avoided that very uncomfortable night. We did get reimbursed for the 4 nights we didn’t stay.

Large size room with hardwood floors and a clean new feel. Good staff and decent breakfast for a reasonable price.

The tv wasnt working properly. It would have been a great stay if the tv was functioning properly. Front desk tried to get someone to look at it but it was always hanging or auto turned off after awhile of usage. Offered us to change room towards the end our stay but it was too much of a hassle to shift.

We really enjoyed the size of the room and the amenities in the room. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We will stay at Capri again when we are in Frankfurt Germany.

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Room Cleaning, Service Quality, and Unreturned Security Deposit Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to file a formal complaint regarding my recent stay at your hotel. During the booking process, two rooms were reserved—one for two nights and another for one night. However, after checking in, we were surprised to find that there was no housekeeping service provided for the rooms. This is the first time we experience such an issue in any hotel worldwide. In addition, we paid for the rooms in cash and requested a partial deduction from the total amount in compensation for the lack of room cleaning, but our request was denied. Furthermore, we were informed that if we needed towels, toiletries, shampoo, or other basic amenities, we would have to personally go to the reception to request and collect them. This practice is highly unusual and not acceptable in any reputable hotel. Moreover, an amount of €50 was held on my credit card as a security deposit. Upon checking out, we asked for the refund to be processed immediately. Unfortunately, we were informed that the amount would be returned within two days to the credit card account. It has now been five days, and the amount has still not been refunded. This overall experience was very disappointing and far below the standards expected from a hotel. I kindly request that you take the necessary action to resolve these issues and ensure the immediate refund of the security deposit. Thank you .HASAN SHALABI

Great room for the price paid. Very spacious with tasteful, modern decor. Location very convenient for transport connections and some nice restaurants nearby. Staff at check in were friendly and helpful.

I arrived very early after a red-eye flight. The greeter was very friendly, checked me in and provided an early room for me. My Con list is longer than my Pro list, but this was a very nice, quiet hotel that overall I enjoyed very much. The Pros: Clean, spacious room, lots of floor space, generous restroom, large window that opens slightly, I didn't hear any noise from other rooms or the hallway. The staff are super friendly, helpful and greet you as you enter. Near the Skyview Plaza and Messe (Convention Center), not far from train lines and Central Train Station if you want to go cross-country. Hot breakfast with lots of food and variety. The Cons: HVAC is confusing, I never figured out if there was AC. There are limited hangars and no hangars for slacks, but otherwise a lot of shelving. No top sheet, just a big, fluffy comforter. Breakfast bar is a little expensive, and the selection didn't change day to day.

I was only in Frankfurt for one night so this hotel was a good option for something clean, fairly priced, and near local transport and shopping. There were a decent amount of restaurants nearby as well.

Incrível. A localização é ótima, mesmo que um pouco fora do centro. Ao lado de um shopping center. E o hotel com todas as amenidades necessárias para um viajante.

The hotel is in a remote area of the city. It’s at good walk to access public transportation. We arrived on a Sunday and there were two young people at the Front Desk who were professionals - they seemed like interns. We asked for help using the A/C in our room, and the young man said it was complicated and he had no idea how to use it. The feeling in the hotel was empty and spooky. We checked out immediately and found a better place close to the center of town.

Alles war wunderbar - Zimmer. Ausstattung, Parkplatz, Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Im Prinzip ist auch die Lage sehr gut, nur sollten die Fenster dafür besser isoliert sein - die Umgebung war voller Baustellen und der Lärm begann 6 Uhr am Sonntagmorgen!

We had a great stay at Capri in Frankfurt! The rooms were spacious, clean, and very cozy. The location is perfect — close to the main train station and major sights. Everything felt well-kept and comfortable. Special thanks to Arina at the front desk — she was very helpful and kind. Highly recommend!

15 minute walk from Amin train station, short 5 minute walk to the nearby mall. Lots of bike trails and easy access to electric scooters which are located all over the area for transportation.

Tolles Hotel zentral gelegen in der Nähe zu Messe und Skyline Plaza. Moderne Einrichtung, freundliche Lobby. Tolle große Zimmer (wir hatten eine Eckzimmer) mit allem Komfort (Kochnische, Sofa, Lademöglichkeiten für elektronische Geräte etc.). Leider konnte das Frühstück nicht ganz mithalten und entsprach bei unserem Aufenthalt nicht unbedingt 4* Niveau, da die Wurstauslage teilweise sehr vertrocknet war und leere Schüsseln etc. während unsere Frühstücks nicht aufgefüllt wurden (morgens gegen 08:15 Uhr), obwohl das Servicepersonal im Frühstücksraum und aus der Küche mehrfach am Buffet vorbeiging - trotzdem würden wir es wieder buchen, da es für Konzerte in der Festhalle perfekt ist.

Wir waren für 1 Nacht im Hotel. Beim Einchecken, lief alles ohne Probleme und der Service war sehr nett. Das Frühstück war super und ausreichend Auswahl. Das Zimmer war modern und sehr sauber. Gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel.

They made us feel very comfortable. Rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was not included but was very good.

Not sure if $22 euro breakfast worth it. I’d skip it. I wish AC could be adjusted to make the room a bit colder. Also, they should allow for room service not every 3 days but a bit more frequently or depending on individual situation. Other than that, it’s great.

Capri Hotel is conveniently located just a few mins away from the Skyline Plaza shopping centre and subway stop (Forum). The hotel rooms are spacious and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet has a nice food variety and everything is fresh. Lastly, we found the hotel staff to be very friendly and welcoming and look forward to staying there again next time we visit Frankfurt.
