this hotel needs to be cleaned deeply on the sidewalks and the balconies. The level of filth was overwhelmng. then you had your clients smoking all sorts of drugs there too. the motel reeked of dope. there was no phone to call the desk with when our neighbors had a knock down drag out fight at 3 a.m. No chairs in the room, no clock, only a sick television and a garbage can . the ceiling was peeling and the baseboard in the bath was falling off. The towels all looked very stained and nasty, the bedspreads were gross and the floor had not been mopped in months. the mirror was filthy too. someone used a solvent on the tv screen and it had a thick haze . I would not recommend this place to a rabid dog.

The entire property was terrible. Felt like it was 115 degrees inside the room, wasn’t clean and the pool wasn’t clean either. The building looked to be in terrible condition and the steps up to the top floors are extremely dangerous. This property needs to be shut down. We left and got a refund.

Very unfriendly staff, dirty worn out rooms. The flooring was coming up, the paint was chipping, the sink was clogged. 25 year old CRT tv so couldn’t hook anything up to it, WiFi didn’t work inside the room, the pool was closed and had been closed so long the locks closing it off were rusted. Cheap motel so my expectations were low but this place is a dump.

Dirty floor, lobby not open and had to talk through a small hole down low in a piece of plxiglass from out side. No one at window. Rang bell and waited for 5 minutes for someone to show up. It was quite and i did sleep well.

This place is a dump. All the outside trash cans was flowing with trash. The rooms was not even swept the floors was dirty from who ever was there before. Shower rod was not even connected to the wall it was just sitting on the rim of the shower. Microwave was disgusting rusted in the inside. I almost didn’t feel safe at this place. Don’t even get me started in that I e box.

The room was old, which was alright, but the bedspreads on the beds were sandy and filthy dirty. At night we killed two roaches in the bathroom. Loud music at night and no staff at night. When we checked in the lady said we had 15 minutes to check out the room and see if we wanted it, but that it didnt really matter coz she didnt have another room anyway?! And the pool has not been used in years! It is a disgusting mosquito breeding hole.

The staff is truly the best! They work hard trying to keep up with disrespectful guests, throwing garbage all around the property instead of walking 10 ft to a garbage can. This is after staff & yard guys have everything beautiful. I've been here over a month now & appreciate everything mgmt & the staff does on a daily basis.

The rooms were falling apart and filthy. The pool was so cloudy and had stuff floating in it. The keys didn’t work and the clerk tried to blame me for holding the key too close to my phone. I had to go to the office and change them out twice. Then I called to say I wasn’t going to go back up there, he sent a resident with another key that didn’t work. Needless to say we cut our stay short, Don’t bring your family here.

Was told we could check in early at 12 then got there and was told no,once we got to a room there was no fridge,air didnt work and the pool was down,was told that was the only room available and when I said then we will go somewhere else he gave me a different rm that was also horrible with no air and the fridge wasn’t cold,I had kids with me and it was way to hot to stay so we checked out and the guy said he couldn’t give me a refund do to policy

The first room I was placed in hadn’t been cleaned. There was molded pizza crusts garbage and dirty towels all right over the room and smelled like an ashtray. The worker at the front desk wasn’t rude but didn’t seem like she wanted to be at work. And the outside of the whole place smelled like a dumpster.

Our first night here we opened a towel and there was a dead cockroach bigger than my thumb inside. I asked staff for new towels and told them and they did nothing, acted like it was normal. We thought that was the end of it and then the next night we found a live one crawling in the bathroom floor, and crawled everywhere in the floor until we trapped it under a cup for house keeping to find. The other people who stayed were extremely loud. It was 30 minutes from the pensacola beach, which isn’t awful but getting on the interstate and off was. Yes it is cheap, and if you are okay with cockroaches bigger than a grown adults thumb then go here. But if not, I would highly recommend a different hotel. This place is disgusting and our non smoking room smelt like someone had been smoking for years. Housekeeping also goes in when you’re not there. Have fun, and choose a different hotel for your own bug hating good.

I walked in my room the first day the smell was horrible. I had to buy candles, bleach,air fresheners and other stuff to clean my room and bathroom. The bed was horrible. I got there on Friday the first and online the place looks hella different.time Tuesday morning comes no one had came to clean my room brought fresh linens luckily I had my own towels etc. My garbage was pulling up then Tuesday night I started seeing roaches underneath my bed, behind the tv, the bathroom, the A/C unit. I packed my things up and left Wednesday morning. I went down to the front desk told them I was leaving and the lady at the desk wouldn’t give me my refund on the days I was gonna be there and for the money I spent on my room from the first -the 9th I couldn’t stay in that room any longer especially when I found those roaches. No sure what was going on there however I started getting sick while I was there. Major headaches, staying sick to my stomach, throwing up, something in that room and hotel. Then all the people that were in the rooms next to me. One room had I swear 20 people in one room when I had asked a lady for a lighter to light my candles there was almost 20 people coming out of one room then the room next to me people were so nasty so no wonder there was roaches.

This place was disgusting! The room looked like it had not been cleaned in months. The sink had been leaking so there was water all over the floor, bugs crawling on the floor, bedding was dirty. The staff and housekeeping were very rude!

Mattresses, sheets, pillows were stained and gross. Toilet was overflowing with pee. The door to adjoining room didn’t lock. One of our neighbors with a homeless guy (sign and everything). Most disgusting place I’ve ever slept, if I hadn’t been driving for 20 hours I would have hauled ass out of there.

From the start it was bad. I’ve never had a place not let us in early if the room is available, if we come an hour early. Wanted to charge a check in early fee. Fine we wait. First room is horrible with sand all over the bed and horrible ac. We get another room with no refrigerator, blood on the toilet, mold on the books and corners of the room. Absolutely horrid. We will never book though expedia ever again knowing that they offer places like these on their website. We tried for a refund too and called but your team said they called the garden inn and garden said they weren’t going to give a refund and therefore yall won’t either, which I find very scummy. Have fun losing business when airbnb fully wipes yall out within the next decade. Absolutely trash place and horrible to be advertising it as a clean and family-friendly place.

I arrived after dark and had to talk through a hole in the glass to desk clerk. First room 208 had broken AC but clerk very nicely offered me a second room that had nicer setup. The night stand had a working drawer and even a couch. But there was a large roach sharing the room with me. If you just need a place to sleep it is fine for guys. My wife wouldn't have allowed me to sleep until I killed the roach if she was along. It was a pretty quiet place. No complaints there.

Hotel was a pure dump. Nothing like what the pictures showed on the website. Not worth even half of what they are charging a night to stay there. Avoid this one at all cost unless your wanting to stay in a grimy hotel to begin with. Asked for a refund after only having the room for 20 mins and he would not refund me all 3 nights only 2. TOTAL RIPOFF!!!

The location is ok, you don't get $25 deposit back even when you get the receipt they are giving back and there is a lot of homeless people there and drug dealers it was clean enough to stay but I wouldn't recommend it

Surprise $25 fee at check in with no explanation. Staff was too busy on her cell phone with her friend to answer any questions. Room is filthy. Disgusting. Afraid to even sit down in my clothes. Do not by any means stay here. Room smells like musty cigarette smoke, with air fresheners shoved into the in unit A/C to haphazardly mask the smell. Horrible property.

I got there to check in after I done paid and everything online! I was told I had to pay an damage deposit and will get that back which was fine I asked if I could pay cash I was told yes, when I tried to give him the cadge she stated yelling and arguing with me over it so I gave him my card and he tried to tell me I was using somebody else’s card it clearly was my card the name matched my Drivers license. When he finally charge my card, he charged me for a whole new room and told me I need to go online to cancel my reservation. It’s made no sense because he told me I was only paying the security deposit. Needless to say I got a refund for what he charged me and for my reservation, and I’ll never be back there again. He was so rude and unprofessional.

The customer service rep was rude and on the phone the entire time. She interrupted me multiple times, then showed her phone with her manager on it? There were bugs and stained paper signs all over the glass stating more fees. I do not recommend this place. The people behind me said they tried to get a refund too and were denied. Gross and unsafe.

This hotel should rate 0 stars. Very unkept. My room had a broken chair propped up on a wall so it wouldn’t fall over. Dangerous. Multiple stray cats hanging around because people are living on the back side of the hotel and are feeding them.

Upon arrival, the place was littered with trash and smelled like cat urine. When approaching the room came across 4 cats running in and out of rooms. The lock at the top of my room was completely broken and they refused to change my room. I ended up putting a chair in front of the door just to be safe. The other “guests” would just be yelling and screaming. Assuming some kind of welfare only because they appeared to be living there. Which is whatever, but there was no respect for other guests who paid to stay. The one night lady who worked the window was extremely rude as well when I told her I needed a new key to my room, in which I had Id in hand and all and treated it like I was a huge inconvenience. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

Kept a knife by me and propped up the door with a chair. Guy was watching us at night and telling us to watch our back and keep a gun on us. And heard yelling overnight. But you get what you get for 60$ a night

The hotel itself was disgusting. The room was very filthy, had food crumbs everywhere, room smelled like mildew and cigarettes. Constant traffic in and out of rooms like it was a trap hotel or women prostituting. The only good thing about it is the guy in the office was understanding and refunded my money.

Customer service was great nobody bothered you pet Friendly.Close to everything restaurant gas stations shopping areas and the interstate next up the road affordable prices for the rooms. They give out many towels you need and i appreciate their services thank you.

I like that it was clean and everything worked i. e. A/C, fridge, microwave & toilet but no grab N breakfast was a drawback. We only slept and showered then left to get food and sight see or head to the beach.
