The hotel is centrally located. The staff is exemplary and helpful. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast is excellent by American standards. In the early evening, there is also a happy hour during which guests are invited to enjoy snacks and drinks. We felt very comfortable and would like to extend special thanks to Tobias.

We loved everything about our 4 day stay at Element!! The hotel is beautiful and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Our room was on the Mountain View side and it was breathtaking. It’s a block from Main Street so we walked everywhere we wanted to go. The Carlisle restaurant in the hotel has the best food! One side is the bar and tables for dining and one side is more fine dining atmosphere. We celebrated our 40th Wedding Anniversary there and they made us a cake! Will definitely stay here again!

Very nice clean modern hotel. Very nice options for coffee/tea etc in the lobby. Upscale options. Friendly staff, we appreciated that they let us park our motorcycle up front near the door rather than in the garage. There is an onsite restaurant with good food and a nice outside patio. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Element in Bozeman. The staff was incredible and really friendly. They allowed us to check in early, and didn't act like it was any inconvenience at all. Parking is abundant and super easy right by the hotel. And we walked all over Bozeman from the hotel - it was lovely!

Disappointed that we made reservations 2 weeks in advance and upon arrival from a 6 hour drive to find that our room wasn’t ready. They told us that they unexpectedly booked up overnight. We had to wait almost an additional 2 hours before we could access the room. We were exhausted. I feel we should have been compensated somewhat for the inconvenience..

The check in was the worst I have had in a few years. Over 1 hr later than listed on the reservation, and that was only because I said I don’t care which room I get I just need a room and now. I was late for a business function because of this poor management and then I was given nothing but excuses as to why.
