I liked the flavor water, tea & coffee available 24 hours a day in the lobby. I loved the room! Very spacious, clean, and quiet. They had all the convinces in the room. They also provided tea & coffee. The free breakfast is a wonderful service. I don’t eat much, so a good bagel, fruit, & eggs goes a long way for me. So, when a Hotel provides these wonderful services, it’s a major star and pluses for me! Thank you Element Seaport Boston! Mahalo nui loa🌺👸❤️ I hope to see you again soon.👸👋

Great value for a holiday weekend. Staff was very pleasant, breakfast better than expected for a free breakfast, 24 hour coffee. Normally I dislike resort fees, but they added on enough under the fee tomake it worth it

Very clean and modern rooms and hotel. Workout room had free weights, bikes, and treadmill and a few cable machines. Breakfast options were FANTASTIC!!!! The only recommendation I have is to increase the size of breakfast plates/bowls- they were dessert size plates and bowls.

Front desk staff was very nice. Room was good, and quiet. Everything was fine, except there was no parking available at all, even at $54 per day. They were “full”. Which is unacceptable. I had to park at the Omni several blocks away and way overtip the parking valet to get my car parked there, because the Omni normally doesn’t allow parking there unless you have a room there.

I was incredibly content with everything about this hotel. The staff were incredibly nice especially the housekeepers. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and if I ever return to Boston, this is the hotel I will go to. I felt safe and I have no complaints at all. Thank you for making my stay pleasant, I’ve stayed in other hotels but none of them compared to how comfortable like I did at this hotel.

Very worn out. Dirty glass doors. Groaning elevators. Squishy shower floor (rotting wood underneath?). Mediocre breakfast. Excellent staff, quiet room, firm mattress.

The front counter staff were all exceptional. The breakfast was beyond what most hotels offer, and there were machines in the lobby where you could get an instant cappuccino, latte, or hot chocolate at any time. Great facilities and amenities all around. It’s very clean and the housekeeping staff refreshed the room daily. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Seaport.

Bed was comfy, room was mostly clean. Sink had hair from previous person staying there. Fridge wasn't working when we arrived, called mantience & they were there in 15 minutes. Pulled the fridge out & it wasn't plugged in. Simple fix. Overall was a nice hotel, I would stay again.

I liked the breakfast, it was very good. Also, the room was very spacious and reasonably priced. It could’ve been a bit cleaner. I smelled dog urine on the carpet of our room and there were stains in the kitchen. It wasn’t that clean and the people working were really rude.

The beds are comfortable and the rooms are totally fine. It’s right in the flight path from Logan airport so expect to wake up by 7am. Blinds don’t really keep light out so bring eye masks and ear plugs. The breakfast is included and really great for a hotel. We loved the chobani yogurt and fruit every morning

It was nice that they had an espresso machine 24/7 for our use. The breakfast buffet was very nice. The room was very large and had full refrigerator and stovetop. Didn't use them but was nice to see. Bathroom was spacious. Carpet was a little old but bed was very comfortable

The pull out beds are not comfortable at all and my kids couldn’t sleep through the night. I had to change rooms to a double queen. The concierge was very helpful and gave us a bit of a credit and swapped rooms.

It was really only a short stopover but the room, especially the bed was really comfortable and the breakfast exactly what we needed after our flight from the UK and late arrival. Easy to get to from the airport as not too far from the Silver Line stop.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was made extra special by the person at the front desk, Amalia. She was awesome. Smart, friendly, helpful, and charming. I had explained to her a bad experience I had at a different hotel, and she assured me our stay at the Element what be a vast improvement. She was correct beyond what I can put in words. We are really looking forward to out next stay in Boston thanks to her. Amalia, you are my all time favorite! The area around the hotel was a short, safe, 10min walk to the south Seaport. Great restaurants, entertainment, parks shopping. It's great. However, other locations require Uber or other transport. Complimentary breakfast was plentiful and good. Alma Goucha next door was an amazing Brazilian steakhouse. Valet parking was fast, friendly, and careful.

Had an issue with a backed up shower drain in the room we were given on arrival. This situation was immediately handled by giving us another room. Unfortunately for us the view wasn't as nice and the area in the hotel was a little louder than first room we were given but over all the stay was nice.

The staff is awesome ! Breakfast is great but I wish there were more options for lunch and dinner though there are tons of nearby restaurants about a mile away. Easy walk to Seaport and Uber to North End. My only real complaint is that they need updated furniture / couches / tables etc in rooms and they need to get the Marriot Beds and pillows! I understand that these things may be in the works. Again cannot say enough about the staff and new manager.

The front desk staff have all been very friendly and accommodating - after a red eye flight with two teenagers, we so appreciated being able to check into our hotel room early so we could refresh before exploring this great city!!

There is a convention center across the street that plays loud music, which makes it not ideal for people with babies. While it did stop around 9pm, this was way past the baby’s bedtime. Also from our 2nd floor room, you can hear every car, motorbike, truck, horn, talking going on right outside.

This property was adequate for convention center attendees. Easy and safe to walk to the center. There aren't any decent restaurants nearby, but easy to Uber. This is not a posh hotel, but they have a decent breakfast, and all the essentials.

We loved how close (10 min walk) it was to the T silver line, the free breakfasts, 24 coffee station in the lobby and valet parking. The pool was small but adequate and heated. I would suggest alternating breakfast options on a day to day basis. I would suggest more streaming TV options, because all those commercials are annoying!
