Me and my husband booked a room with a queen size bed. Upon arrival, the staff was helpful, but the moment we stepped into the room, I knew I made a mistake. Everything was extremely dingy, every wall had dirt stains on them. The bed have little pieces of hair intertwined in every layer of it. The shower/tub needed to be refinished, and was worn down enough that I decided to go another day without a shower. There was a sofa chair that was just disgusting, covered in all sorts of stains. There was straight up just a broken picture frame on the wall. on the bright side, the air conditioner worked, but even then it was extremely loud. But not quite loud enough to mute any sounds from outside. Every 15 minutes it felt like the toilet was making another strange noise, the sink hardly drained at all. And to top it all off after being there for about 15 minutes, I started to consistently notice there was tiny little flying bugs that would hover around me. Me and my husband were so uncomfortable that we decided to end our stay early and didn’t spend the night. I definitely recommend spending the little extra money to get a different hotel, because as far as cleanliness, this place didn’t have it.

We slept top floor, we heard people running on the room at 6 am… that’s Vegas we thought.. but no, it was workers doing work things. We were so exhausted from lack of sleep we didn’t even gamble. The room was a gamble.

It was a great experience there the staff was great and friendly the AC was nice and cold, my only negative was that my TV was constantly disconnecting from the Internet and the blow dryer didn't work also my fridge was not working until the staff replaced my power strip as they were trying to fix the Internet connection also they were unable to connect to the cable either. But I only stood on my room a few hours a day since we were at Hot August Nights but when they fixed it it works great and had a better time when I was in the room. I will definitely be back to this hotel next time I come into Reno thank for the good service have a great day thank you again
