It didn't start off well because the entire network was down nationwide and we couldn't check in when we arrived at 3:30 so left our bags behind the desk. They took our name to call us when it came back up, but it never came back in service and we only got in by dropping back by when they were doing it manually out of desperation. I was lucky to get the upstairs end room that I had requested when we first arrived. The staff did a good job of dealing with a very stressful situation. The room was spacious and well laid out. The couch was firm (the way we like it) and directly in front of the TV, not at the other end of the room where some other hotels (like Hyatt!) have them. The bathroom had a nice wide countertop and amenities such as makeup removal packets. The breakfast choices were good, something for everyone, but just avoid the oatmeal which tasted like dishwater (or so I would imagine). Another plus is the parking is good, and FREE. We plan on staying here whenever we visit Reno.
