The hotel and rooms were fine. I stayed here for the convenient parking and shuttle to the airport. Parking is $175 flat fee when not staying at the hotel. I was under the impression it was $20 a night and $175 for weekly parking. That may have been my misunderstanding but it was expensive parking for 2 nights. The real issue was the shuttle never came to pick me up when I arrived at the airport following my trip. It was 10:30pm and I called for a shuttle. Hotel staff said shuttle would be there in 15 minutes. 30 minutes later I was still waiting and called again. They said there was a shift change but the shuttle had already left and would be to the airport shortly. Finally at 11:30pm I took a cab to the hotel, which is 5 minutes from the airport. When I arrived at the hotel all of the shuttles were parked. No one was actually going to come get me. Will never stay here again.

Has a very bad experience with the shuttle , I arrived and was with my luggage, called and they gave me instructions to be in terminal B lower floor after taxis, more than 30 min passed and no shuttle. Called again and they said ahh no nigh driver just collects at upper floor. I was arriving from a late and long flight and then have this misinformation from the hotel. Room I had was old furniture, bed was good and cleaning was good. Breakfast also good. But I will not go back to pay $400 at night what a horrible service

I stayed here for one night in between flights and had a great stay! The airport shuttle—which I took in both directions—was prompt, free and super convenient. The hotel is lovely — very clean, nice gym and pool, good b’fast. My room was spacious & bright. The area is quite walkable, I enjoyed discovering restaurants & Constitution Beach. And the staff was amazing, very welcoming and helpful.The only reason I gave it 4 stars is b/c of the mattress in my room, which was sagging, overly soft and IMO due for replacement.

I liked the fact that It's in walking distance to shops etc... however, the cleanliness of the room was terrible. When i arrived i had hair on top of the countertop by tv and bathroom sink and tub. Bed sheets stained along with towels. Requested extra towels just to receive stained towels.

We were there one night only. Very busy hotel, front desk staff was very cooperative and got us a room near elevator. Room & bed were comfortable and clean. The only negatives were ice machine not working, had to go down 1 floor for ice. Carpet throughout halls and room was very dirty looking and discolored in areas. On-site restaurant was good, but expensive, no free breakfast.

Only thing was there was a towel in the room that was in drawer that had some human feces I reported to the manager expressed to her that I have stated the hotel on multiple occasions. The hotel has always been clean. I have never had any issues with the hotel. She was nice. She did say that she would adjust my bill by $75 I haven’t seen the adjustment, but I will say that the hotel is a nice place and I would stay there again. I know sometimes there is a small mishap or overlook, but that does not change my view of the property and the staff. They’re all wonderful.

My room was huge!! Lots of space. I was right next to the ice machine, but never heard it. Good soundproofing. Also, quick warm shower so I didn’t waste water waiting for it to warm up. Really enjoyed the restaurant and breakfast as well

Charged me twice for the stay ..two different cards.Tild me my card was declined even though I was very surprised I went and gave a different card. Next day I checked my cards and both were charged. The general manager told me he didn’t see the first charge at all and couldn’t help me. They seemed to only care about gossiping at the front desk instead of actually helping guests. Will never stay here again.

Awful stay. Was not made welcome when we arrived, in fact we were turned away despite the late arrival straight from a flight. After talking to manager we manage to say but told we are not allowed to return. Staff were disgustingly rude and disrespectful. Wouldn’t return even if I could. Property policies are not displayed clearly on Expedia so make sure you check before you arrive. Staff need to learn how to be welcoming and polite.

Overnight before a flight, and overnight on returning. Shuttle worked like a charm both ways. The desk staff were gracious and competent. Breakfast wait staff and food were great, although the breakfast would have been outrageously expensive except for my voucher. Pub grub dinner was poor.

So the free shuttle service seems to be a hit and miss process at best. When we arrived at the airport we could barely get anyone to answer the phone at the hotel and once they did, the response was vague and inaccurate. Once the driver arrived after we waited for nearly 40 minutes, he proceeded to drive somewhere else within the airport grounds and pick up some construction worker. That seems odd and was perhaps why the driver was so delinquent with the pickup. Needless to say that further extended our drop off time at the hotel. Additionally, the following morning, we sat down for breakfast at the restaurant only to be ignored for at least 15 minutes. We left, walked down the street and enjoyed coffee and a breakfast sandwich off site. Overall, the staffing mindset appeared to be very cavalier regarding serving the customer base at all levels. Maybe we caught them at a bad moment, but it was an overall negative experience.
