Hampton Inn & Suites Fort Mill

We had a great stay! The breakfast was fresh, pool was clean, loved the outdoor seating and the staff were awesome! Can’t wait to come back and stay here, thank you!

The pool being closed kinda sucked, otherwise nice hotel stay.

Disappointed that the pool was not open. Chose this hotel specifically because it had a pool. The weather was in the mid nineties. Ice makers didn't work well either. The breakfast was bad even for a hotel breakfast. I chose to have just cold cereal and the milk was warm. The coffee was so weak it was like dirty water. Overall, not worthy of the Hilton name.

No where to park!!!

The hotel is aged and showing it. US Flag out front is faded, half the lights out on the sign at top of the building. Benches and tables in breakfast area are banged up and peeling. Finished are old, couch in room is saggy. Was told at the front desk pool was open until 10 but it was closed and green (so hadn’t been operational for a while). This was frustrating because it was a reason we chose the hotel and found the price to be acceptable. Front desk staff was helpful and beds were comfortable. Free breakfast was good.

This hotel had everything we need for a family with 2 young kids and a dog. It has a nice and big area for walking dogs. They have a good variety of snacks and microwaveable food at the front desk. The place was very clean and well maintained. We recommended it very much.

I think it would’ve been a much better stay if the management understood the importance of a clean pool in the summer, especially 4th of July. Employees were nice enough but didn’t know anything if I had a question or problem. The breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable. Only one wash cloth and two towels for 3 people in a 2 bedroom. I probably would’ve given this place another chance if anyone would’ve cared about how disgusting the pool was.

The front desk staff was great. We arrived later in the day & had no problem checking in. Ample parking & the area was safe & quiet. Location is convenient for going to Carowinds and around Charlotte. When we got to our room, we noticed one of the lamps had a broken arm that had been repaired with what looked like duct tape. No big deal, but we all had a laugh. I go to soak in the bath & there is no stopper. Annoying, but I just stuffed a washcloth in the drain & made do. Plenty of hot water & good shower pressure. My daughter goes to climb in her bed and realizes 2 of her pillows & her comforter are visibly stained. We strip the bed and call the front desk. No answer, probably bc there is only one staff member working, and she is busy. My husband takes the dirty linens downstairs and the agent tells him that there isn’t any housekeeping available and she will just switch us to a new room. Without being asked, she upgraded us to a suite. Absolutely no complaints with the suite. Beds are comfortable and the room is quiet. The free breakfast was not good (sausage was cold & omelet was burned). I would have gotten a different one, but there was only that one and a half of another left. Waffle machine worked fine. The dining room had dirty & tattered furniture. This place definitely needs a refub, but the front desk staff is top notch.

Secluded hotel but safe and well lit parking lot. Clean facilty. Nice breakfast with good selection. Elevators were a little slow so we took the stairs a few times.

This place is run down and dirty. The floors are sticky from walking in the lobby to the elevator and even in the 2 rooms I booked. The rooms are all dirty. The lighting fixtures are broken and falling apart and the bathrooms are not clean. The faucet is broken and falling apart and the shower has no pressure. Not worth the money.

Staff did not clean our room during our three night stay. There was a blood stain on one of our pillow cases when we got there.

Staff at check in was great. Breakfast was okay, but the lady running it was very friendly. Trash in parking lot and our tub didn’t drain when we showered. Overall the stay was good

Service was great, employees were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine, nothing special but adequate. Biggest issue was road noise, my room faced the interstate and noise kept me awake. Room was clean but shower drained slowly which was gross. Oh, and I hated the linens, there was something scratchy about the comforter/bedspread.

After waiting for the front desk staff to iron out an issue, I was finally checked into my room. It was a great room with lots of space. The bed, however, was a bit disappointing…not super comfortable and given four pillows the size of marshmallows didn’t help. It was quiet and clean and for that I am thankful.

We had a king suite with kitchenette. The toom was huge and so nice. The staff and breakfast was great. Nice hotel.

Seemed like the walls were paper-thin. We could hear the people across the hall from us All Night as well as the traffic outside. Otherwise clean.

Everything was great but the TV set up. It is just outdated cable service with no ability to stream anything. Not a reason not to stay there but they should upgrade. Excellent property overall.

The staff member that assisted me was really great. I wish I remembered her name. She gave me 5 star service. The room was very spacious.

Bed not comfortable. After check in, when I in bed staff call me, and ask me come down, just because my card didn't go through. Remote control from tv very dirty.

The accommodations were wonderful. The bed was comfy and the bathroom clean with decent water pressure. The staff was solemn and never smiled except for a man that was a GM at another hotel that came to help on Sunday. He was friendly. He greeted us and was receptive to anything we said to him. The lady GM was rude to my husband. There was no luggage rack available for us to carry our things from the room. We toted them one-by-one because the lady GM said, "We only have three and people probably have them in their rooms". No help at all.

Staff was friendly during check in and check in was done in a timely manner. They also offered online check in with the app.

I had an awful experience at this hotel. I had reserved two rooms for my family and arrived around 10 PM. After a long wait at the front desk, I was given two keys, but neither of them worked. I returned to the desk to have the issue fixed, and although they made some adjustments, the keys still didn’t work when I tried again. I went back to the front desk, requesting that someone accompany me to ensure the keys worked, but they refused to help and told me to leave the hotel. They also refused to refund the payment. Never staying again here.

Front desk attendant was absolutely wonderful. So sweet, welcoming, helpful. Check in was super easy. Great in & out overnight hotel!

Overnight on way to FL. Love a nice Hampton Inn with great service. Left my cell phone on counter at checkin. Dewayne called and brought it to my room!!

no one was at the front desk when I arrived. Had to stand there for 10 minutes waiting for service.

There were complications with our reservation due to the room that we had reserved being destroyed the night before. The hotel was accommodating and found another option that would work for the size of our party with no additional cost. It was a great experience.

We stay at Hampton Inns all the time because they are consistent, nice staff, clean rooms, good breakfast buffet. This particular one was a little difficult to find because it's hidden back behind a Lowes.

We were only driving through but check in was easy and the room was clean. The breakfast was one of the best with a large variety of options.

They should have better breakfast options and whole milk
